And if we are even going to talk about product freshness.... within seconds of me ordering in the drive-thru, the food was handed to me right as I pulled up to the window, almost instantaneously. The only reason I order from Wendy's, is because they have Coca-Cola freestyle, which offers tons of sugar-free, non-carbonated beverages. And they can't even get that right! Twice in a row now I've ordered combo meals. I am diabetic, so I cannot have sugar, I am also a bariatric surgery post patient, and I cannot have carbonated beverage. Both times I ordered Minute Maid zero sugar orange drink. The first time I got an orange soda with carbonation. I told the manager about it, and she asked me to come down there and she'll give me my drink. It was too late, I had already had my meal, I am missing my right leg, handicapped, and I cannot get around, that is why I order food. The second time, just a couple of weeks later, I ordered the same thing, Minute Maid, zero sugar, orange drink. This time I got a Coca-Cola. I am done with that restaurant. There are plenty of other restaurants surrounding me, McDonald's, Burger King, Whataburger, Arby's , In-N-Out Burger, just a few. Great way to start the year. I went through the drive thru for my order. Afterwards I realized they forgot one of my burgers. I went to the door to realize that it was locked and the dining area was closed. But there was a huge sign in the front that says the dining room was open. So I had to go through the drive thru again and let them know they forgot my burger. The guy told me to pull forward. Well I can't, because there was like 5 cars in front of me and I have to wait in the drive thru again because they messed up. I got to the window and they just handed me the burger. During a road trip my 3 year old got hungry and wanted to stop by for a kid's meal. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and felt compelled to take a picture because I've never seen a burger so perfectly put together. All of the fixings were perfectly centered and even my 3 slices of crispy bacon were perfectly lined up. Pictures attached. Whoever made it definitely put some care into their craft. The absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Always get the order wrong. Tonight was even worse. Got in the drive thru line at 10pm. Their website says open until midnight. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to ask what I wanted. After 5 minutes and nobody I moved to the actual window hoping to order there instead. This Wendy's location seems to have checked out entirely. At this point I'm not even sure why they remain open. I've given it the 3 strikes and you're out rule of thumb before I wrote a bad review. So here's strike 3: I ordered Biggie meals with the crispy chicken sandwiches for my kids. The crispy chicken sandwiches were so hard they could not be bitten into. It was like they sat out for weeks. They were weirdly cold but not frozen. It was truly like they had been thawed and then sat out for days. Now this is only the second time I've requested a refund. The first time, my husband walked our food back into the restaurant and requested a refund. It took an incredibly long time while the family and I hungrily waited in the car. When he returned to the car, he told me they don't give refunds but he insisted they call the general manager. He finally got the refund. This time I took our food back in and asked for a refund. I was also told they don't give refunds. So I was instructed to leave my name and number for the general manager to call me. I never received a call so they gave me the GM's phone number. I called and left a message, also went back in to the restaurant and still have not received a refund. It was only $12 and some change but it's truly the principle of the matter since this is the 3rd strike for them. So buyer beware! Their food is absolutely deplorable and they have a store policy of not giving refunds. They will only offer to remake the food for you. read more

Just went to wendy's normally a really nice location and it's open late which I can appreciate. I ordered 20 spicy nuggets which I have always loved and i'm glad they are back. (They have been back for some time.) They used to have a creamy sriracha sauce but I couldn't remember so I asked the lady, specifically lynn, in the drive thru what sauces they had. She listen them all and it was a little hard to hear because she was going fast and the box just didn't sound the best. So I asked, "do you still have the siracha?" and she replied, "just the sauces I just listed" with a bit of a rude tone, so I literally said wow okay...so i just ordered BBQ because I assume every fast food burger/nugget place has BBQ. I turned to my brother who was with me and he said I should say something at the window about the way she was communicating with me. When we pulled forward she was actually super nice, she even warned me that my nuggets were hot. So I was a bit confused what her problem was at the drive thru window with me but everything turned out okay in the end. Nuggets were good, very hot. With two colder ones being at the bottom of the bag. Overall just a strange experience. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went thru the drive through because lobby was locked. This was 7am mind you. When I arrived at the window;there wasn't anyone else in line. I had to wait 5 minutes before the guy even acknowledged me, we had made eye contact. I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and coffee. He took my card closed the window and I watched as he poured some liquid and water into a cup and stirred! Do they no longer brew it?? He then disappeared out of sight, he hadn't given me back my card, after what seemed like an eternity, I honked. He came to the window and asked what the problem was?! I told him that I had been waiting now for 15 minutes and I needed my card and my food. He grinned and said we're making it fresh...When he handed me the card and food, I left only to get overly salted potatoes and barely warm food. The coffee was disposed of.
