Pretty good service. The drive through is usally a long line but fairly quick and efficent. The food is good like other wendys.

Went in and ordered, it got a little busy but I believe they handled the rush efficiently. I got my food in a timely manner and every item I ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious. The inside even have this cute play area for the kids! I'm not in this neighborhood often but if I am, I'll definitely stop by this Wendy's again. Between the guy who took my order in the drive thru, the woman who took my money and the woman who gave me my food you'd think they were being forced to be there. Been coming to this location for 15 years. The prices go up and up and the portions get smaller and smaller. The guy running the drive through was rushing me and there were no cars behind me. I felt like Larry David in an episode of curb. The guy that gave me my food didn't say a word and was looking at me like he wanted to drink my blood for no reason. The food is ok, just another plain fast food. I go to this joint because this small town does not have any other fast food joints. If you go there at the right time, you will get some fresh hot burger; but at other times, you might get a little tough and lukewarm beef patty. Many employees are rude and not trained appropriately. So rude. Only the people who've been there for a long time (managers, I guess) are friendly and kind - they should train new people better. If you are to eat-in here, fyi, it is full of little kids and old people. It gets awkward and noisy a lot so I just take it out and eat at home. read more

So I went to Wendy's around 3 to get lunch. I ordered a chicken sandwich off of the dollar screen. On the ordering screen it said it was 1.50 turns out when I went to pay it was 5.00$. The lady who I ordered it from couldn't speak english that well and It was hard to understand her. Anyway when I placed my order I was give a chicken sandwich a burger and fries. Also I ordered a Diet Coke. The food was standard but the Diet Coke was way to small. They packed my Diet Coke all the way to the top with ice and then put Diet Coke in it. This is unacceptable. The atmosphere is not the best but for a fast food restaurant it is okay. The food isn't "oh so amazing" but as I said this is a fast food restaurant. Went to get a frosty. They made me pay, and when I got to the second window they told me it wasn't working. They did not offer me my money back and their substitute I did not want. Should have never made me pay in the first place if they knew it was broken, or should I have offered me my money back. GRUMPY AND UNREALISTIC... Is what I would say about the complaints other people have posted about this restaurant. My wife and I are sitting here as I write this. We live in a neighboring town and we probably eat here 2 or 3 times a month as part of our "don't feel like cooking" rotation. It was 6:30pm when we came in. Counter was busy and the tables were about 1/3 full. Counter help was attentive and friendly. One guy was particularly friendly to a curious young boy ordering with his Dad. They moved the customers at a good pace. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes. All fresh and hot. My wife asked for no tartar sauce on her fish sandwich, and it came out with...no tartar sauce! Just like we asked for!! Right now the tables are about 2/3 full. The dining room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It has enough room for groups of people to sit, eat and talk to each other, which us what everyone here is doing. Older folks, teenagers, people with little kids and even couples (!) Conversations all around. No yelling. No disruptions. There's actually a nice little children's play area in one corner but nobody is using it right now. Lets remember what we're talking about here. An affordable restaurant in the heart of a suburban town thats a solid 10 minute car ride from the highway. This is and should be a social hub in the community. The owner/management runs a nice operation here. As far as take-out orders go, checking the bags before I drive away has been a basic life skill since I started driving (more than 30 years ago.) We can hope for perfection, but its a little naive to expect it in every visit. Trust, but verify. read more

my kids love wendys..the closest place to me is hillsdale. i have taken my son and daughter about 7 times in the last 6 months. they have never !! and i mean never!!!! ever got the order correct the first time..my daughter laughs and asks me "daddy do you think it will be right this time?" and now, i always answer no honey, they will never get it right. i don't understand how an owner of this type of business does not send a friend in to check out how the service is,or how the place is being managed.this is going to cost them a lot of money in the long run. read more

Big fan of there new burgers, also baked potato is pretty good. The dining room is usually packed and around lunch time its really loud and theres tons of kids. Once a week a clown comes to I guess play with the kids or paint there faces, I hate clowns so i never actually stuck around to see. In store take out. Months ago I stopped ordering fries when I saw the cashier / server use her hand to put some back in that were falling out of the paper container. Last week I complained to Wendy's Corp that I watched as ice cream containers were stacked right side up & the employees were picking them up with thumb on rim & fingers inside of the cups while handling money for minutes or hours before. Not even a supervisor has ensured that the cups be stacked upside down to avoid this & possibly no contamination training exists or is enforced.
