But when I asked for a SINGLE BBQ sauce for the all those fries and stuff I was told I can't have ANY extra besides the single one for each chicken nugget?! Are you kidding me?! Order is wrong EVERY TIME. Today it was no onion and no tomatoes on the burger. When I got home, my friend had Tomatoes on her burger. Young girl behind counter was sweet, but definitely overwhelmed. Food is usually decent HOWEVER would say 90% of the time the order is missing something . Most of the time I have to park right after check my bags and see what the missing item du jour is. It's anything from zero dressings , completing soda, to missing burgers. Last time they forgot a whole order of fries. God help you if you attempt to ask for extra dressings. The employees are super rude and my order was wrong. They didn't give a receipt and rushed us the whole time. The food was ok.

So I placed an order through Uber eats online for pick up. My order said it was likely ready. When I got there, they said they never received an order. The older gentleman (idk if he was a manager, he sure didn't look like one) said they never received it. He didn't even seem to care. "Oh if you placed it thru uber, then we have no control of that" meanwhile I have placed so many orders through Uber eats for pick up and NEVER once had an issue like this. My orders have ALWAYS been ready. The restaurants have always received my orders so maybe you need to check your system and see that it's YOUR store's issue. He literally was like "sorry we have no control" and proceeded to stare me down as I was trying to figure out what went wrong on my phone. Then I'm like so let me just place the order here and he was totally incompetent and didn't understand and was like "no we didn't get the order" and I'm like ILL ORDER IT AGAIN WITH YOU, NOT THRU THE APP. Overcharged and won't help refund amount overpaid or substitute equivalent food for the amount paid for, as "it's not their problem." Won't make up for mistakes that were made by their application or other technical errors that clearly aren't the customer's fault. Wonder if someone is pocketing from all the overcharging, whatever. Would recommend eating at any of the other restaurants along this street as they actually make up for their mistakes and food quality is much better. Worst experience ever. My wrap was not a wrap but some lettuce cheese ranch and chicken splashed all over an open flat bread tortilla. There was no way I could eat this without utensils. I immediately drove up to the window to show them what I received. The so called manager who obviously had not been trained in any customer service whatsoever kept arguing with me. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to, actually laughable. Not only got double charged but got multiple things in my order wrong. The store wasn't busy, the person taking my order was just on the phone while taking it. Went in to get things fixed and had three employees interrogating me and acting like I'm insane. Best Wendy's in Ronkonkoma. Don't be too excited for anything special as it is still a typical Wendy's. However this place was recently renovated and it is nice and clean. I typically only come here when I've had a few drinks so I can't really speak on the quality of the food. It always tastes great at that time. But what I can say is that their 4for4 deal is the best. I enjoy eating Wendy's way more then the other fast food joints. It's always fresh and I never feel bad after I endulce in their fries. I like that their service is fast and always friendly. I never have a problem when I ask for extra sauce. Unlike some other places that guard the sauce like it's gold they actually give you enough to enjoy your meal. All four dollars worth. Burgers and things like that. I love Wendy's - but have been avoiding fast food for a while now so I really limit my visits there. You know pretty much what they serve: fresh burgers, salads and that ultra spicy chicken sandwich that I cannot resist. My new move is to get the salad with the spicy chicken in it- I fool myself into thinking it is "healthy"... ha. The only downside to this location is the suicidal and bizarrely arranged drive through - actually the whole location of the place is strange. To begin with, if you turn in from Portion road going east, it is almost impossible to pull the g-force defying turn required to pass in front of the restaurant and get into the drive through lane. They must know that this is impossible since their solution is to have two or more ways to get into the drive through lane which inevitably results in a traffic snarl all around the restaurant. This gets so bad that even if you had parked and walk in, you may not be able to easily back the car back out and be on your way. It is, as we used to say in the military, a cluster-fuck. If you are lucky enough to get there before or after the lunch rush however, the whole thing works as you would expect at any other drive through. Parking is available also in the shopping center but it is too much to ask the fatties to park there and walk over since it would make getting out easier. The rest of you drive through people just need to be patient and courteous. read more

They need someone who is quicker working the counter. The older woman that works during the lunch rush is not exactly pleasant and does not know quality customer service. People were waiting around just to order their food for 15 minutes (that's not ideal for fast food). When I finally got to order I asked if I could scan a reward I had. The woman was rude and said she needed to click out of some screen first. The girl from the takeout window came to help the woman up front bag orders and tried giving my food to a door dash person. They realized the mistake and basically threw the food at me in a bag. When I asked for a tray to put my food on the woman gave me a dirty look. I sat down and had to go back and get the sauce I asked for originally. My food was room temperature at best, when it should be hot if you're eating inside. Another guy on the line got ticked off and said he was waiting too long to place an order. The same older woman gave him an attitude and said we are all working here! You see we're working! He asked to speak to the manager and I don't think he ever got to speak to anyone. He probably would have had to wait a half hour just to say he waited too long for his food. My experience here was my first time at any Wendy's restaurant. The line was long but I arrived at the counter quickly. I had a trainee serve me, and despite my request to change a item on their menu, he seemed to handle it fine, as I got it without error. Now to the food; as usual, I don't expect top quality food from any fast food restaurant or branch. However I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I had the honey mustard chicken wrap, the chicken actually tasted like its namesake, and I think it may have been actual chicken! SHOCK! the lettuce didn't taste old limp and dry, it was - dare I say it? Moist! Ohoho! However I felt that the flat bread overpowered the small amount of chicken I had, it was a tad floury. And the meal was small compared to the price I paid for it. Overall Wendy's is decent, and I would go back there, if I had to go eat take out and had a preference. My rating is based off the typical expectations of fast food meals and service, it wasn't greasy fatty or oily; and they didn't - as us Aussies say, bugger up my order. So lil' red headed Wendy, you get 4 stars from me. read more

I am a frequent customer at this Wendy's. Today was horrible. The place was very dirty, trash all over, no one paying any attention to the dining room, there was a nasty odor in the place, wall paper is peeling off the walls by the bathroom. The service was very slow. Took over 15 minutes to get through the line and get my food. It was obvious to me that they didn't have enough people working. The only thing good at least was the taste of the food. I am a big fan of Wendy's menu but I have been in too many dirty Wendy's restaurants. This company MUST clean up and improve the environments of your restaurants. This is a real turn off to me and I am fairly regular but not sure how much longer. The McDonald and the Burger King down the road and totally renovated and clean. At Wendy's I feel like I am in a dirty cafeteria in the basement of an old hospital. read more
