I have come here multiple times as my work is just over the bridge from this location. Alot of my crew walk of there because it is so convenient. Last Thursday night, 11/12, I went through the Drive Thru and pulled up to the window and was sitting there when I seen a worker sweeping the floor over by the Walk In counter with the mask only covering her mouth. The state does not require food workers to wear a mask over their mouth AND nose, but THEY SHOULD. She was huffing and puffing from all the work she was doing sweeping the floor when she leaned over the counter, pulled out her cell phone and removed her mask completely and she was out of breath and breathing hard. I could not believe what I was seeing. At the same time, the kind girl working the window handed me my bag and I said, "What is THAT?" as I pointed at the worker without her mask on at all, leaned over on the counter on her cell phone breathing heavy. She turned and looked and looked back at me and shrugged her shoulders and said, "I am so sorry". There has to be a manager there on a busy Thursday night and that girl could care less who seen here take her mask COMPLETLY off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. This manager should be fired for letting an employee do that. read more

Had to wait a long time and they tried to give us half of our food. Really poor service. Drove half way home and the order was wrong. Brought the food back and talked to the manager. He apologized, but offered nothing for the trouble. I've had it with this place. Won't be going back there again. It is awful every time I go there. read more

They have the wonderful drink machine at this location. The decor is updated, the service is friendly, and orders are quick. BTW, this location has been clean with a clean smell every time I've visited. read more

So a Wendy's is a Wendy's is a Wendy's but it's the staff that help this one standout more. I'm sure it's a very busy place but they take time to let you decide & only offer help if you ask. I like to go on my way home some days; and its busy inside & in the drive thru. Oh, the lobby area is clean too but the bathroom could use some work at times. read more

I ordered #1 combo and it was all dried out. My friend ordered a double one and be charged for it but there was only one patty in there. Well, we used drive-through and noticed all that when we got to a place to eat which was pretty far away from so we couldn't go back to the place. Ripped off. If I'm having a lousy day at work that lasts long into the night, I know I can come here after for a decent meal served promptly AND politely. I don't know if this is part of the deal for Wendy's everywhere, but every employee here seems to be bending over backwards to make sure customers are treated well. May not seem like much, but the treatment here really improves the taste of the food. Wendy's is my new favorite fast food joint thanks to these guys. read more

I quite literally have no clue how this is rated as high as it is. We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before they even acknowledged that cars were waiting, once we had the chance to order they got our order wrong several times before actually keying in the right things, when we got to the window they hassled us about food that we were allowed to order with a coupon through the app. When I asked them to cancel our order then since we had already dealt with enough to just opt out they told us we could just pay extra to do it with a chicken sandwich. We told them that we would just prefer to cancel the order when their person in charge, Maria, told the girl to ring it in as the other sandwich. Since we had clearly communicated twice at that point that we would rather cancel our order rather than pay more or change our food we thought they were allowing it due to the extremely long wait. After paying we were handed the sandwiches we explicitly told them we did not want several times with tomatoes on the sandwiches which we had requested to have removed several times during our original order interaction. When dealing with getting our money back Maria was incredible rude and lacked any customer service. She refused to take any accountability for how negative our experience at her location was. When I asked her for her managers information she told me I could just call tomorrow to talk to her manager and would not give me that persons name. read more

Stopped in the DT through for chili and it was great fast and hot. The cashier was friendly and I felt welcome.

I go here alot, and I tried to get a job here, so I know what their philosophy is. I went herr a few days ago and it took over 20 minutes to serve me and three other cars. They say they want to serve customers fast in under 90 seconds. Wendy's , you guys really duped the ball on your night service. read more

This is the nicest Wendy's I have been to in the entire US. The staff is kind, friendly, courteous and efficient. The food is fresh, hot and delivered quickly. Overall I would rather come to this Wendy's from Seattle by bus everyday then eat at any Wendy's in Seattle. Great Job guys, keep up the great work :-) read more

I refuse to give this restaurant any stars. The worst Wendy's restaurant ever. It is a fast food chain so I don't expect great food but at least give my kids hot food. On top of that, if you go through the drive thru after 8 pm....you are going to have the worst service ever in Lakewood. They hate their job, their world, something....truly had the worst service and rudest drive thru person help us. I realize it was 11 o'clock at night when we ordered cheap fast food but wow, don't tell me that I am the one that got the order wrong when my receipt was right, you didn't hand me my food. I know how to read, I read the screen like you said I should, don't try to tell me that I am the one that is wrong. This little girl needs to grow up, learn how to read her screen and not yell at customers. I hate to say it but try some customer service, especially to the nice customers who appreciate you as a person and as someone handing me much needed food. To all in Lakewood, both Wendy's restaurants are horrible. This one used to get the orders right but it was never hot food, still half frozen. The other one will never get the food right. So this in particular Wendy's the one right next to McDonald's and Taco Time want to make sure I'm talking about the right one most of the times that I've been there the food has been good I was just a point of that they changed their Chicken in their salads cuz I was really starting to like that barbecue chicken salad until one day I got home and I was like what the hell it tasted like somebody had been cleaning with my chicken it tasted like Pine-Sol or something just disgusting lemon cleaner but when I called and talked to the manager she told me that they had changed their chicken to a lemon herb all I got to tell you it's disgusting however all the fattening food is still good like their fries burgers and chili it's better to just go through the drive-thru though because if you go inside the tables are dirty the floor is nasty and the drink area is gross they need to hire a manager that has high standards on the cleanliness of the restaurant because that is so important it doesn't seem like it's that hard to keep a small dining room clean it's like tile sanitize water and sweep now for some reason I can't find the post about the one on Bridgeport the Wendy's on Bridgeport they are completely nasty disgusting they scoop their ice with the cup which is so unsanitary the restaurant is dirty they look dirty and I went to use the restroom before I ordered my food and I was going pee when I noticed there was something on the toilet paper roller holder and I kind of just glanced at it and I was like that's so disgusting why would somebody leave their hamburger in here and when I really looked at it it was a big bloody maxi pad I just about puked I went out there to the cash register and I told them I was going to eat here but there's a bloody nasty maxipad sitting on top of the toilet paper roller and I have no idea if it's yours they are disgusting so basically they're completely absolutely disgusting if your bathrooms look like that what is it say about your workers they don't care Management do something so that your team members can feel happy to come to work and want to do their job because obviously they feel like a piece of crap these people have no standards whatsoever absolutely disgusting stay home if you're not going to do your job bums read more
