This location consistently has poor service and long wait times. This trip was the worst and is the final nail. Another long wait. Fine. The food is usually good. Today, however, the food was not only bad but utterly trashed. An employee ripped the sausage patty in half and then placed each half in a biscuit. The seasoned potatoes were only half-filled. The last 3 times that I have been thru the drive thru, I have ordered a single with mustard and lettuce only with NO cheese and each time I get cheese. The service at nearby Popeyes, Taco Bell and Black Angus is SPOT ON. This crew is slow, unengaged. They really don't seem to exhibit any interest in taking care of customers. And, there is NO sense of urgency in their work ethic. They are in no hurry, whatsoever. First of let me start off by saying Kanyah you have no right to get mad at me for you messing my burger up 3 times I went to this Wendy's on 8/10 and order 6 frosty and a #10 with judt pickle and cheese I then received a chicken sandwich without a pretzel bun witch I orderd a bacon pretzel cheeseburger I then called the store and came up there today to get my order remade and order more food she called a manager up there and he told her to remake it and she kept saying I'm not remaking all the food finally I get my food and park and my remake burger is yet again wrong I then go back through the drive thru and tell her and she rolled her eyes and said I'm making her night miserable she then huffs and puffs and goes back to remake it AGAIN and finally gave me my burger and now all my other food is cold and she says bye and stares at me how dare you I hope your fired Wendy's y'all have terrible employed and terrible food read more

As other fast food restaurants in the area have gotten better this Wendy's has steadily declined. Dirty, cold, sad food with nothing in the way of service. I live near one Wendy's and work close to this one. This one is FAR better than the other. The food is fresher, the employees are friendlier, the joint is cleaner. If I had to judge every Wendy's based on the one on Camp Robinson, I'd never go to another one as long as I live. My experience through the drive thru was horrible. I got a 4 for 4 and another added on sandwich when we got to the window she was ignoring us she was constantly closing the window on us and being totally rude. I looked in my bad and noticed I only had one sauce, so I asked her 4 different times if I could have a couple more sauces because what can I do with one. She closed the window on us and then when she finally acknowledged me and gave me 1 once again. Worst Wendy's food I've ever had. Spicy chicken sandwich was chewy and tasted like it was sitting out all night and only half the size of the bun. Had to throw it out. Chocolate frosty looked like it was scraped off the floor and had white and black frothy residue on top. Threw it out. Fries were soggy. Will not go there again. Food isn't very good, we had to wait 15 minutes to get spicy chicken nuggets. They mess up on the burgers all the time and screw up you're order. Fries are good, however. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you're low on money and in a big rush. read more
