If it happens once, fine. Twice? Things happen. Now, when I try my best to sparse out my visits to this location due to previous bad experiences, a third time solidifies this location as the worst Wendy's in South Florida. If it's a constant issue that people have to wait 4 minutes for someone to answer at the speaker, just to say it's a mobile order and to come to the window. Once I reach the window, I and then instructed to park for a "couple of minutes" and then loop back around through the drive-through for my order. The line was now six cars long and there was no way I was going to park and wait for that line to get longer I hopped back in line and realized that the two cars in front of me had also done the exact same loop. I had just done and we're completely skipping the Speaker at that point as the line grew longer behind us. I understand staff might be short, but if this is a recurring issue, then there have to be alternatives to ensure that service is being kept up to par. No complaint on the food none so much on the quality of service from the employees or as I'm sure as I visited the lobby in the past and hadn't had no issues I cannot say the same for the last few months of this drive-through. The worst Wendy's location in Miami. Placed a mobile order through the app and waited 5 minutes before heading to the store... She took like two minutes to answer but not like I mind I know they're busy but then tells me she doesn't have my order. I verified the address on the app verbally with her and she agreed that I was at the right place and probably just needed to wait (approximately 10 minutes after I had placed my order). I waited another 10 minutes before heading back through the drive thru for her to tell me AGAIN that it didn't show up and I needed to figure it out through where the order was placed (which was literally the Wendy's app). I told her I could provide her with the receipt and order confirmation number which she refused. I'm 100% sure she just wanted me to cancel my order because she was short staffed. The manager and staff are really unpleasant. None of them are friendly or even give you a smile. But I will say they do give out the food quickly and rarely make a mistake, at least the few times I've gone. I don't go because of how the people running it not because the food is bad. If you want quick food it's not the worst option. Worse Wendy's I've been to. It's the closest to my house and I prefer driving to further locations for better service. I had a mobile order I was picking up in the drive thru. First they tell me at the speaker to move to the window. Then they tell me to move back to the speaker. Then tell me to go around again. Like I'm sorry do u pay for my gas??? No other Wendy's makes me do this. Then they gave me someone else's order thank god I checked. Then when they did give me my order I was missing an item and was give two wrong items. I ordered two biggie bags of the crispy chicken blt, instead I got a small bacon cheeseburger and one bag was missing the nuggets. I've never had an issue using the Wendy's App, until yesterday. After placing our order in the drive-thru, we showed the manager (heavy set man) the BOGO for $1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich code number, he said he needed to scan the bar code. I showed and told him there was no bar code, only the code number I was showing him. I even advised him that in small writing it states "Scan if you can. Otherwise, show cashier." He refused to acknowledge it and refused to enter the code, 99. He also didn't bother giving us a receipt. This "manager" was extremely rude, unwelcoming and simply unprofessional. It is obvious he is miserable working at Wendy's. The rating on Yelp for this store is 1.5 stars and this alone should have deterred us from going there. The sad and pathetic low rating speaks volumes about his lack of leadership, ethical behavior and professionalism. On to the food: The spicy chicken sandwiches and burgers were dry, tasteless, old, and cold. The french fries were undercooked. About 30 minutes after eating, we all had a stomach ache followed by diarrhea. Customer service here is absolute trash. Went to order at the drive thru on Friday 12/20/24 at around 10pm. Male employee wearing a striped polo (assuming it's the manager cause he had a different top on than the other employees) gave me a nasty attitude when I asked politely prior to paying why my meal of a combo, single burger, and free 10 piece nuggets comes out to $30+. He proceeded to read me the order and make comments with attitude stating "that's what you told my employee I heard you" except they both heard wrong because they were trying to charge me for 3 orders of 10 pieces chicken nuggets when I mentioned I had a free 10 piece through the app (one). He made the experience extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfying, I am never coming back to this Wendy's again. On top of that, while he was fixing their mistake he got my order wrong because I ordered the burger no pickles and it came with pickles. Food is overall good but they have forgotten my sauces and dressing after I was miles away from the drive thru and we have been turned away 15 min minutes (1:45 am) before their stated closing time on their business hours of 2 am. Apple Pay is NOT accepted! Also, not sure why but if your order is not ready by the time you get to the window, they make you reverse in the drive thru so your car isn't shown. I got hired for the front end position. I was suppose to start training today and get my paperwork filled out. However, general manager Jessica had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't going to get paid for the first couple of days that I was training because she is just "observing" me to see if I am a good fit! Unacceptable! They better put her under investigation and hope she didn't con these other people to think that you can't get paid because it's just "observing" to see if you're worth continue for training. THIS RESTAURANT'S CREW MADE MY NIGHT Being that this is Miami, and it was a fast food restaurant during dinner rush it was such a pleasant surprise the way we were treated that we found our new favorite fast food spot We went last night at around 9pm and the line at the drive thru was literally wrapping around the restaurant. I thought it was about to be one of those interactions where you wait for an hour to be able to place your order only for them to get it wrong BUT BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! The crew working there last night was a group of young people, the line moved faster than I have ever seen at ANY fast food chain even when it's not dinner rush, they not only got the order right but they were SUPER FRIENDLY and you can feel the positive environment they were working on. The young man who I assumed was the manager(he was wearing a black jacket and looked in charge) was simply AMAZING and kept apologizing for making us wait parked out front about 3 mins for one of the burgers... Yes I said 3 minutes and an apology at a fast food restaurant in Miami I recommend this restaurant to everyone and I do hope the franchise owner got my email because that entire crew deserves recognition and raise. read more

One of the employees in red was being very rude & snotty, exactly what the other reviews says about the employees. I didn't realize how terrible the service was until I read the reviews shortly after coming here. Please don't go here. Spread the word. I asked the red uniformed employee to cancel one of my orders and she gave me attitude. Then she kept on sighing... didn't give me my receipt and when I asked for the receipt after patiently waiting for a minute, they told me "It's right there." The receipt was still on the printer and I had to get it myself on their side of the counter. Oh, and they threw my sauces on my tray. What kind of service is this??? I ordered a large 4 for 4 and they rang it in as a small. When I brought it up they refused to change the mistake at the window when I was willing to pay the correct amount and then also refused to give me the large I wanted.
