They messed up my moms order and forgot to give her a sandwich on top of that also a frosty and within the time she complained she kept waiting and the food got cold and on top of that they never gave her the sandwich. I would give zero stars if able to. Super rude Latina girl in drive-thru. I literally said out loud as I was pulling away from the speaker "Geez, why you don't you try some geniality." Then she got my order wrong. I ordered 2 #3's and she tried to hand me 3 meals. When I said that's not what I ordered (mind you she never repeated the order for accuracy) she said in Spanish "Oh my God. " as she snatched the bags back and started throwing stuff around assuming I don't speak Spanish. I had already handed her my card to pay before she gave me the food so when she handed me back cash I was like "What is this for I paid with a card?" She said "Well how else am I supposed to to give you your money back?!" To which I replied "Well where's my card?" The rudest most awful service I have ever experienced. No Stars at all! This morning went for the do called fast breakfast. Was asked by the manager to park while they fried two eggs. Waited 10 minutes tried to go in the store doors where locked. NEVER order from here through any delivery app. They ALWAYS mess up your order by either not including parts of your order or substituting items without your permission. For example, I ordered a chicken sandwich which never came in the bag. I also ordered a baconator but got a JR cheeseburger instead. The delivery apps also seem to not care about you or your money and only adjust your order by a dollar or two, which makes zero sense considering a jr cheese burger is about $2 but a baconator is $8. Either go in person or just don't order from this Wendy's. Their service and priorities are abysmal - absolute trash. read more

Wanted to share my appreciation for this Wendy location. Every time I go drive through they are so sufficient and organized. I believe the supervisor helps with charging and giving the order which makes everything run so smooth. Very grateful for how you run this business since I come during my lunch break and only have 30 minutes to get food and eat. They got my order wrong... twice. I order two orders of chicken nuggets, med. fries and a frosty and when I get to the window, the lady hands me a soda and I was like "umm.. I didn't order a soda" and she asks me if I ordered a four for four and I was like "no?" and go on to tell her my order again. then she hands me the frosty and the two orders of nuggets and starts to charge me, but she forgot the fries. I let her know and she charged me again for the fries which is fine cause whatever but like there serious incompetence here. This is the worst wendys ever. They ha e two soda machines and in one the coke is bitter and the other the coke is too sweet. They're out of taco salads and their wifi is so slow and low powered that I have to use my own service. Why can't they get anything right? The place is always empty. If I could give 0 stars I would! This location is HORRIBLE. Every time I go there something is wrong with the order. Today my boyfriend ordered 2 bacon breakfast croissants, when he ordered he specifically said the combo number and read out the type of sandwich. He not only received the wrong food, he didn't get a receipt (which he should've asked for but also shouldn't have had to ask for!). He gets home and I take the sandwich back to ask for bacon instead of sausage. They bring the manager to the window who then tells me that I didn't come and order anything! Which is correct my boyfriend did, but I have a Wendy's bag in my lap with the sandwich in my hand. And I proceed to say you also didn't give him a receipt. Someone then has to come from the back to translate what I am saying to the manager! From there the manager says okay fine what do you want and I say I want the bacon croissant. I don't want sausage. They say okay, as if they understand. I was then handed a container with bacon in it. NOT A SANDWICH! To save myself from completely throwing all of the food I grab the bacon and I just leave. At this point is not even worth arguing with people who don't understand basic English. I also know Spanish. But at that point we weren't saying anything difficult other than BACON SANDWICH not SAUSAGE. I hated this Wendy's before but now I will NEVER eat from there again. At some point this location needs to better train their staff and have people at the window who know basic English at minimum. If the manager of the store has to receive a translation to understand a customer. Then they shouldn't be managing. read more

Had to give the drive thru operator my order like 3 times. It was a cheeseburger,coke,fries,frosty and straw lemonade how hard is that? I get to the window where I was greated with a blank stare. Girl do you even know where you are was my question to the dumbass employee? After she slowly hands me my food not even with a greet or anything she misses my straw lemonade. After waiting for her to hide I had to basically yell. Then with attitude ofcourse walks her slow ass to get it pratically throwing it at me. She didn't even give me a chance to ask for a straw. Great customer skills btw. As she is hiding again I call the manager to please give me a straw and he looks at me like I was asking for a million dollars with his sad miserable angry face.
