The food was what you would expect from any Wendy's, and the service was fairly quick after we ordered on the app, even though they seemed very busy and had a constant drive-thru line. Sadly Once again had an issue here. I Placed an order for door dash, the entire order was a mess, The potatoes ordered were placed in the bag upside down. The sandwiches were not made correctly. The fries were old and reheated. I called upon delivery and the Manager said "No problem, come in another day give them my name and we will make it right" When I went in I spoke to 2 different managers who would only say "Well he no longer works here, so what he said isn't important to them", then went on to say besides its a door dash problem". I attempted to explain to the manager that the way the food is made and packaged has nothing to do with the delivery service. Customer satisfaction is on the restaurants shoulder. He continued to say "Look are you done crying, your delaying the line of customers waiting". I told him I will never step in that particular store again the way he was treating me. After I turned to leave, heard him tell the other manager in spanish, see just more trash trying to get over, that's why Omar got fired, he worried about customers. My last 2 visits going through the window has not gone well. On My first visit when I received my order the pecan chicken salad was dropped on the floor before receiving the order. Whether the contents Opened up on the floor I don't know. The cashier looked at me to see if I noticed it, which I didn't, took my money and said goodbye. I'd like to give this Wendy's a higher grade but can't. Wendy's in general used to be my favorite fast food restaurant in general but no longer for many reasons. First of all their hamburger meat is lower quality than it used to be. That's all the Wendy's I've been to in the last couple of years. The quality of food since their founder Dave Thomas died has not been the same . As for this particular Wendy's let me start with the positive. The staff, they are quite friendly and pretty good at their job. I usually use drive thru but have been in there a few times and the place seems pretty clean. Now the negative, prices seem too high portions are smaller than they used to be, drive thru is slow(I blame that somewhat on the layout and the customers). As far as the food I only eat chicken sandwiches and nuggets and only when they're on sale. I used to love their burgers but the meat smells and taste funny so no longer. Also was never a fan of their specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches. Their breakfast is not bad sone items anyway but too small and too pricey. As far as the slowness of getting your order I believe that's because of their systems and techniques and being understaffed. It's a shame I can only recommend this place during off peak hours when you're in the area and when they have a promotional special. On another note I work DoorDash and uber eats and have to give them a 3.5 as far as picking up while working. Originally I would've said a 3 because of slowness but recently I've been getting orders a bit quicker. I must say, I am underwhelmed by the food portions at our fast food establishments these days. Either they think people don't notice and are general cattle or they don't care to maintain a level of quality and portion size to keep customers happy. My latest attempt at returning to fast food eateries at this Wendy's on 211 was disappointing to say the least. The burger sizes were similar to those old white castle sized burgers and a lot less tasty. The Fries well Mcdonalds still has miles ahead of them on taste. The cheese fries were marginally edible. Maybe I'll try fast food burgers again in 6 (SIX) MONTHS. Otherwise My recommendation is go to Supermarket and spend 10 bucks on 4 quality mixed meat burgers and cook them with onions. I see a lot of old reviews that were pretty bad but I'm assuming there must have been a turnover of staff since then because the experience I had at this Wendy's was great. I went through the drive thru on my lunch break, the line was pretty long but flowed. The person who handled my transaction was extremely polite and personable (rare nowadays). The food was great! first of all I ordered a number 1 large and received a number 1 large that in itself was a win (this may seem like a low standard but if you've ever visited the Chester location you'll know what I mean), the burger was fresh, hot, and taste the way I remember Wendy's burgers tasting pre pandemic, and the fries were amazing, crispy, hot, and salted just right. I will definitely be making this my go to Wendy's. read more

Always a horrible experience. Night time has poor management and horrible service. Takes so long to get your food than they give you the worst food! Food is old, fries are cold and even with two people in the line it takes longer than McDonald's! Don't come here. I use to love Wendy's but this place ruins my experience. I would give this Wendy's zero stars if I could. We went through the drive through, and order one meal. So that's a sandwich, a soda, and fries... I did not think hat could be screwed up. We drove away and there were no fries in the bag. Now we waited a LONG time to get through the drive through and I didn't want to wait again so I went back and went inside, it was messy, and seemed dirty.
