Stopped in on the way back to Baltimore with the children. We decided to go inside and eat, it was around 4pm on a Friday. We stood at the counter for a few minutes just waiting for someone to take our order but the time was needed it was the first time they had ever been to a Wendy's. The kids got kids meals, i got the 4444, and another got the spicy chicken combo meal. I had to ask for someone to clean the table and our cashier came out promptly to do so. He mentioned they were short staff - as all of the usable tables were very dirty. tables are blocked off to promote social distancing. Our cashiers name tag was Little Will or something like that- he was so nice, patient and helpful! Give him a raise :) The food was good. I was suprised at the nuggets. Which i never order, but was came with the 4444. Wendy's honey mustard beats mcdonald's! For fountain sodas, you pour your own from a machine with a ton of different options. There were TV's in there that were playing -- unfortunately, a police officer was killed in DC so that was all that was on the tvs. Not a good look for little children who saw it and were asking questions..... A door dash person was also waiting at the counter for a long time to the point where I even asked if he needed help. This not the Wendy's I grew up on. You won't find any hot and juicy burgers here. They now specialize in warm and dry. Wendy's has really fallen to the bottom of the fast food burger chains. The restaurant wasn't clean, the staff wasn't very engaged the whole vibe of the restaurant came through in my meal, which I threw away since it was so bad! Don't waste your money here. read more

Drove thru to grab a quick dinner around 4:30 or 5. I was the only car in the drive through. The drive thru employee was friendly and quick. My drink was ready the second I arrived to the window and my food less than a minute later. Way quicker than some other Wendy's locations I have been to recently. Today is not the best day. Had the jr double cheese, small fry and drink.But I received a single on a stale bun, no ketchup, cheese not melted, unripened tomato slice. Big fail! The fries were okay, not great, get cold too fast. The orange soda is good, mixed well. The service is substandard. Had to wait to be served, not in a rush here as they need time on their phones instead of with customers. The restroom is abysmal as the toilets are filthy, the soap dispenser is inoperable and the soda machine looks like a bomb went off in it. Floors need work, tables need to be wiped down. Cleanliness is not a high priority today. read more

Terrible slow service. The kind of slow where people pull out of the drive through after not moving for 15 minutes, then go inside to order "faster," then 15 minutes later are deciding whether or not to keep waiting (I've already invested 30 minutes!), to try the drive through again (although I still see the same cars in line), or just go anywhere else. Save yourself the 30 minutes and aggravation and just skip to choosing somewhere else. If you make it to getting the food, it's average to slightly below average for Wendy's quality. Nothing bad, but the wait makes this a one star place that I will never visit again. read more

Sadly, I feel this Wendy's is going to go the way of many other local ones and will be closed soon. They are insanely slow in the drive thru. They don't know how to handle mobile orders. Pop across the street to McDonalds and shadow them because they handle mobile orders like champs. The people are friendly but the food is often not hot or they are out of things. Went to millersville veterans hwy tonight said they were out of vanilla Frost you only had chocolate so I got the chocolate and it tastes like a melted fudgesicle so I gave it back then I got a root beer instead and the burger roll was not even good it was stale hard around the edges not enjoyable that location needs better management. read more

Sent my daughter here today July 3, 2022 @ 4:30 p.m. to get two-Strawberry Frosty's. She asked for both in medium size and was told they only had small and large sizes available, what kind of mess is that. Just was renovated recently but they should just close it down. Wait staff is horrid and they seem to not stock things that are on the menu. Been here twice and they never have baked potatoes. I would recommend finding a staff that is willing to work and actually place the orders to have the food on hand to stay in business. I was number 5 or 6 in line, and after about 5 min. I was one car from the order spot. I sat for a good 12 minutes waiting for the lady in front of me to move. In the mean time all of the cars ahead of her were taken care of and had left. I couldn't imagine what the problem was. And then it was my turn, and I found out what the problem was. I was asked to please wait, and I said of course.. now there is one car only in front of me and she is about to pick up her order which was $7.49. When I arrive at the pay window, there was just so many shenanigans going on hugging, playing, laughing, disappearing, coming back going away. When I got my order, I went through everything just to make sure I wouldn't have to come back and sure enough I was missing one of the three taco salads that I had ordered. So I waited until I got another. I know I should've left, but I was starving and had 2 kids in the car and my daughter and grandson around the corner waiting for the food. Just waited 40 mins for our food. We placed a drive thru mobile order. We waited behind 4 cars 20 mins finally we got up to the drive-thru window and the guy told us to come inside. We came inside then had to wait an additional 20 mins for our freakin food!!! The people in the drive thru that were behind us left before we did!Someone came in ordered at the counter and still got their food before we did! Customer service here is beyond the worse! Little girls with attitudes in here. Don't bother reading the other reviews, they're old and incorrect! The only reason we stopped here is because we were trying to stop off the highway and grab a bite to eat, after being on the highway for almost 8 hours. This has to be the CLEANEST Wendy's I've ever been to. The bathrooms were literally spotless! Unlike the other reviews, I saw no abuse of management, unprofessional workers, or slack. And the most important factor: The food was great! The fries tasted fine (not old!) and my baconater was delicious! Wish we had more fast food places like this in my city! read more

I pulled up to the drive thru and could tell right away that the women working was "happy". Every time I tried to tell her my order she was stop me to talk to someone and then would make me start over. I went through drive thru with a wendys app for buy one, get one free. The manager, Asian, didn't have a clue what to do when I pulled up to window. She ask me was I there yesterday with.app. I told her I had never been there before. She told me she could approve this time but the next time I need to print the item that was on the app. Why would print something off a wendys phone app when the app says show to cashier and it had a number on it. Once you click on it to use it it goes off your phone so you cant use it twice. Wendys need to educate managers . read more
