I understand this is a fast food restaurant; however, this particular location has the absolute worst employees. They have zero personality nor appreciation of even having a job. As I do frequent fast food restaurants, they have fried toy & happy staff members. I'm sure Dave Yhomas is rolling in his grave as if he witnessed his employee hand my drink to me as if they were showing the kid would stay on as it was handed literally on its side. I don't even know where to start. So I work at the Burger King right by it. Within the same parking lot. I have a really bad eating disorder and after going all day without eating. I cave and allow myself to eat their chili since it's not bad. I've been going to this location on my motorized scooter for basically over a month at this point. I've never had ANY issues until tonight. I placed an order, closed up my store, and hopped on my scooter. I drove next door and pulled up to the drive thru. I was there for maybe 3 minutes with no response before I backed up and went right back into it. Again I waited a couple of minutes and still no response. So I drove up to the window. No employees in sight, I sat at the window for a couple minutes before going BACK around. Sitting at the menu board for another couple minutes before going up to the window again. I sat there for another 5 minutes before a male employee wearing a black mask (who has helped me before and has ABSOLUTELY NO personality whatsoever. Has never told me have a nice day, never said thank you or please, just disgusting attitude all over) comes around the corner on his phone. He notices me and goes to turn around before I waved. He finally came over and I tried explaining that I've been waiting for a while and how I just wanted my food because I'm tired and I want to go home. And instead of just apologizing, getting my food to me, wishing me a good night and sending me on my way. He proceeded to fight with me on how I didn't set off the sensor and how he wasn't ignoring me. Mind you I never accused him of such so him bringing that up to me seems suspicious, alongside the fact that my order is normally ready for me and this time it wasn't. Leads me to believe he was ignoring me. If I'm not allowed to go through the drive thru on my MOTORIZED scooter, than just say that, I'll stop ordering through you guys, but you can't just take my money and ignore me. And then give me major attitude when I call you out on your bullshit. From other reviews looks like I'm not alone and this location needs to write their employees up and sit them down on how to properly handle situations and just how to be nice individuals. I've never met a nice employee at this location and I've actually almost been ran over by some of the day people when I'm trying to go to work and they just whip it out of the parking lot without looking. 10 pm Sunday night. Line in drive thru. I don't mind waiting for food but when I receive cold fries AFTER waiting not cool. Terrible batch of fries. I got my chicken sandwich and under my fillet was a weird piece of fried meat which looked like beef? I don't eat beef or pork so that was especially annoying since I now could not eat the sandwich. This is probably the best Wendy's location I've ever been to! I've never actually been inside, so my review is based on the drive-thru service alone. Although the workers aren't as cheerful as the In-N-Out crew, they are still polite and have never gotten any of my orders wrong. I'm always in and out and have never waited more than a minute for my food which is awesome since I only have a 30min lunch at work! You would think that since they are so fast that everything would be sloppily thrown in the bag, but that is NOT the case here. They assemble everything with care, have the right amount of condiments and always have fresh produce on their sandwiches. read more

Did a mobile order and it was great. Had a coupon for a free spicy chicken sandwich and as always the sandwich was good. Was a little disappointed that when I tried to order the first time that I couldn't order the combo and the app just discount the sandwich. Had to edit my order and redo it as single items. I went with the drive thru option and got stuck behind a guy that didn't know what he wanted. I'll try curbside next time to see if it goes quicker. I had gone to the studio and was extremely high off of emotion and needed some fries...and a bunch of dollar stuff...and a baconator. The song turned out awesome, the burgers turned into fat on my hips. It was all delicious food, however, it's Wendy's and as far as I'm concerned Jimmy John's and In-N-Out are the standards of fast food and this isn't as great as those. This Wendy's was recently renovated and looks very up to date, but it always seems to be dirty. The size of their sandwiches continues to decrease, and (not to be mean but) their employees don't always look like they have the greatest of hygiene. It is an often occurrence that the drink machine breaks and floods the floor. They don't seem to clean it up, but rather put a caution sign out. This causes it to have an unpleasant smell. read more
