I have visited and reviewed hundreds of establishments, but the Wendy's at 25 NE 167th St, Miami, FL has set a new low in customer service and professionalism. On September 15, 2025 at 4:50 PM, I went inside to place what should have been the simplest of orders: a cheeseburger and a large drink. There was no line inside, no backup in the drive-thru -- yet I stood at the counter completely ignored for 10 minutes. Only after an employee came back from break did someone acknowledge me. She politely asked what I wanted, and I clearly stated my order. Instead of completing it, she told another worker in the back to handle it. When that employee finally came forward, she asked if I "needed help," even though she had just been told exactly what I ordered. When I reminded her, she rolled her eyes and motioned impatiently for me to hurry up. I repeated my order again, trying to remain calm and respectful. But then came the moment that sealed this location's reputation in my mind forever: as she walked away, she muttered loud enough for me to hear, "I should spit in his food." Let that sink in. An employee of this Wendy's threatened to contaminate a customer's food. That is not only vile and unprofessional -- it is a serious health and safety violation. At that point, I walked out immediately, disgusted. This location is poorly managed, poorly staffed, and an embarrassment to the Wendy's brand. If corporate takes any pride in its name, this store should be investigated, and its employees either retrained or replaced entirely. As a business owner myself, I would never treat anyone this way. I work longer hours than your staff, yet I have never once disrespected or threatened a customer. What happened here today was shameful. Went here for a chicken sandwich for lunch and was impressed with the quickness of the drive thru and friendliness of the staff. You have to travel to the parking lot way behind the restaurant to access the drive thru. My grilled chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly with lettuce, tomato, and a special sweet sauce. read more

The most UNPROFESSIONAL service ever!! This morning at 11 am, I went inside to purchase three $5 gift cards and the response? We have them, but the manager does not know how to process. Although disappointed, I left and came back nearly 8 hours later at 7:45 evening and the manager was soo rude. Even after I explained that I was there earlier & was told to come back later, she told me to come back tomorrow. I'm a teacher and I needed it for the next day. Very poor customer service: you will get no "Good Afternoon" or any greeting of acknowledgement. I asked for extra S'awesome sauce and the server did not acknowledge that she heard me. She just threw it in the bag. I then asked for ketchup for my French Fries and the answer I received was "no ketchup". That's it! I then get home, only to find that my S'awesome burgers (2 combos) did NOT look like the picture on the Wendy's menu. There was 1 slice of bacon, cut in 1/2 - on each sandwich. Really? I spent $19.00 for two combos (both were double-burgers) and received 1 slice of hard/well done bacon on each. I know complaining to management will not change the issues of my complaints. Came here for the 50 cent small frosty and ordered it. The item board confirmed that they indeed still offered it. When we went to pay she said it is no longer 50 cents anymore and we have to pay more. She was very flippant and rude to us even though we were trying to explain to her that her board still said 50 cents. read more

I NEVER review fast food joints, but this place has earned it; the food is hot, fresh, and yes, it looks like it does on the picture! In addition, it is SPOTLESS; the dining area, and what we could see from the prep area. This is a rarity and should be rewarded. One down-fall: the manager chastised the young man working the cashier unfairly. The kid was very polite and the manager came off as rude. Maybe it was just a bad moment? All in all, if you're in the area, it's a good place to dine as far as fast food goes - cheers! read more
