If I could I would rate this 0 stars. This place ruined my whole day. It was my nieces birthday and Wendy's is her favorite place. We arrive there and the cashier Elizabeth was super rude we didn't feel welcome. They weren't busy and they took forever to give us our food and it wasn't right. When the cashier took out order she was being rude and always saying "what". The order came out wrong and when we went to go tell Elizabeth about the order she took her sweet time to do other things instead of telling the cooks right away that we were missing some food. I had to ask her "how long the food would take " and that's when she walked to the drive thru window and then she told the cooks about my food. Not only Elizabeth was being rude but also another worker that wasn't even wearing her proper uniform, she had a taco time sweater. She screamed at us because she thought we moved some chairs from one side of the dinning room that she closed down because it was supposably dirty. And I didn't even do it. Also, when I was trying to get my missing food she said that she gave us the food when she actually didn't . Since she didn't believe us she didn't give us medium size that we actually paid for and just gave us the small size and I didn't complain about it because they were too rude and they would take forever. Not only the service sucks here the restaurant itself it so dirty. There was no clean tables and te restroom was dirty. Instead of cleaning the tables or the restrooms they sat down on the dinning room that was closed down. Other than that the food was good. I will never return to this location. read more

This was a great spot for Saturday afternoon lunch after a fun day at Gorgoza Park. Service was quick and fountain beverages were refillable. They even have the cool machine that lets you customize your drink. There's nothing wrong with their food here, it was typical Wendy's food and I have no complaints about what I ordered. The bathrooms are also very clean! There are lots of seating too! I would visit here again! read more

Stopped by Sunday afternoon and I can honestly say that this was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in! All of the tables were dirty and not washed off, the floor was filthy and sticky. Ketchup everywhere on the condiment table. Flies all over the place. I really had to do a double take to make sure I was actually in a Wendy's. I love Wendy's, but this location should be skipped! We are visiting Park City on vacation and went to the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon. The were 2 cars in the drive thru, it took 20 min. to get to the speaker, I ordered one single burger, no mustard, no onions, no pickles. 15 min later, not kidding, I received a single burger with 4 fries in the bag, and my burger had onions on it. read more

Went through the drive thru and had an awful experience. The service was slow and some of the backlights on the menu board were out, making it impossible to read half of the menu. Once we got our food we realized that they forgot part of our meal (a half Caesar Salad). I had to get out of my car and after knocking for 5 minutes and walking around the building, an employee acknowledged me. I asked for the salad and left. Once we got back to our hotel we opened the salad and discovered that they forgot the dressing. Fries were also unsalted and undercooked(fried). Pretzel Burger and Chicken wrap were okay but not worth the trouble. 0/10 would come back here again. read more

You guys, it's a Wendy's. Even if it was messy, who cares? Fine during my visit with a nice guy working the counter during busy lunch rush.

For the last few years I've been telling myself to go somewhere else, bad service, wrong orders, missing items, no napkins, requested sauce missing, wrong drink, wrong order, out of fries... really? drive up closed due to lack of employees...bad management, this time it's official, no more Wendy's for me...they just can't manage a fast food restaurant. Hopefully they'll close and In and Out takes over...hope they're listening, I won't be back...ever. read more

This is hands down the worst fast food location I've ever experienced. I'd say I'm there once a month at most, and it never goes off without an issue. Long wait, undertrained employees, filthy conditions, the manager smoking cigarettes outside the entrance, and wrong orders. Whoever oversees this place has to step in. One of my favorite fast food burger joints. They are always quick, courteous and have yet to get a bad burger here. I am sure there are the exceptions but it has never happened to me. Restaurant and restroom is also clean especially needed when traveling long distances as we are. read more

The place looks like a tornado went through the place. Customer service is mediocre at best, they were out of every flavor of vitamin water except lemonade. Also their ice machine was broken so you better like lukewarm soda. read more

Do not waste your time- I waited for 45 min for my order and still had to correct the manager "Lori" on my order. Excuses were made over and over- don't make excuses Wendy's be better! Absolutely terrible. We came because it was late and we were hungry, pulled up to the drive through and no one answered, 3 other cars behind us. So we went inside, and they informed us that they were closed, even though their doors were unlocked, all the lights were on, and there were a bunch of cars outside who wanted their business. read more

I'm not usually one to write a bad review, but this place was horrible! It was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The floors desperately needed mopping, nearly all the tables were covered with crumbs and spilled soda, and there was garbage all over the floor. The cashier ignored us when we went up to order, the lady who gave us the food was rude and glared at us for no reason, and most of the workers were sitting around on their cell phones in the back. I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone! We arrived at 8:30 pm with no one else in the restaurant. The front door handle was broken, this should have been a sign! It appeared 4 employees were working at the time and could have done some cleaning. Garbage cans were full and spilling on the floor, floor dirty and dirty tables. The food preparation area was filthy with water, fries and paper on the floor. They were out of chili, vanilla flavor frosty and said they don't sell the Jr. Cheese Bunger Deluxe and the chocolate frosty''s were not cold but liquid as if they sat out for hours. The service was very slow! After paying, I went to the restroom and it was filthy with toilet paper stacked up on the side of the toilet. This has got to be the worst restaurant I have been in. they need to serve a fly swatter with every meal. my hamburger bun was cold . the floor was filthy. the carpet neded tto be vac. tables were not clean. the bathroom sink filled when u washed your hands. could have been cleaner. employees standing outside smoking .maybe they could have been cleaning instead . including the manager. i will never go there again read more
