They say picture speaks a thousand words. Here is the photo of our epic takeout and 20 dollar salad, what do you think? After waiting for literally 45 minutes for this piece of culinary art - we have been blessed with attempting to figure out what did the chef try to accomplish. We do like the dry sense of humor though worth a laugh for sure.

Great spot for the post slopes meal in Canyons. They had a surprisingly large selection of cocktails well priced around $15 and extensive burgers menu. Mm slightly cramped inside but warm, convenient and good service. I'll be back to try some other burgers and creative drinks!

Got the Chuck Norris to go - Chicken Burger Sandwich. It had the DBB buffalo sauce on it. It was a great meal!

I had the best chili relleno near Salt Lake City on my burger. Seriously, I had gone to the top Mexican restaurant downtown, it didn't come close. Besides that the atmosphere is a burger bar in a ski resort. The actual burger was great and they even had flat grilled gluten-free buns, which sealed the deal for my wife. Considering the options and low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly, and attentive. The Sundays people were getting around us looked over the top and if I had room I'd would have gotten one.

This place is awesome! The quality of food is amazing! Service is on point. There is an amazing view of the Mountain we enjoyed sitting outside. This was our second time here and we will return again!

Had a Burger and shake from Drafts Burger Bar. The food took a very long time to come to the table but once i received my order it was definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend.

We recently spent a long weekend in Park City, Utah. One of my favorite meals of the trip was at Drafts Burger Bar. This gastropub is in the Canyons Village at Park City. They feature 20 draft beers, burgers, and gigantic shakes. There is a kid's menu, but my daughter ordered off the main menu once she saw the broccoli cheddar soup served in a sourdough bread bowl ($15). She seemed really happy with this choice and the bread bowl itself was solid. My wife ordered the "boujie hippie" burger with house-made quinoa, sunflower seed, and black bean patty topped with hummus, tomato jam, Boursin cheese, and crispy kale chips ($18) with sweet potato fries ($8). This was right in her wheelhouse and did not seem to disappoint. The sweet potato fries were especially sweet, just the way she likes them. My son had a kid's grilled cheese with fries ($9). Again no complaints here. Finally, I had the "vote for pedro" and swapped the burger for a fried chicken breast at no extra charge. This monstrous sandwich came topped with a chile relleno, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, smoked queso, fried jalapeno, and lettuce ($23). Wow was this good! It was pretty messy but worth it. I also enjoyed a side of fries $6). And for my kids' favorite part of the meal, they have gigantic milkshakes ($13 each). My son enjoyed the "need a moment" with vanilla ice cream, caramel, and a Twix candy bar. And my daughter enjoyed a "taste of the season" which in March was some kind of mint cookies and cream combination. Both were excellent!

Is it expensive, yes. But you are in park city Utah. Your not paying for the food your paying for the view. Very chill restaurant and kid friendly. Mille shake was very tasty and my girls loved it. Waiter was quick and very energetic. Burger was worth the money honestly. Have your kids split a meal, share with you and split a meal with your wife and you're good to go. One of the better burgers I've had. It was the garlic burger.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

I recently dined at KITA and overall had a fun and flavorful experience…read more We started with the Firecracker roll, which was excellent. The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

Customer service is rarely decent, staff seem disinterested in guests and are content being complacent, knowing that their business will survive strictly because of the popularity of the town. The Eating Establishment fell squarely into this category; slow, disinterested service, mediocre food and ridiculous prices. My partner and I ordered breakfast-I had eggs, potatoes and bacon. The eggs had a strange, burnt taste to them and the potatoes were cold. The ambience here is great, very mountain-vibe. I like the historic building and all the character that comes with it. Perhaps with a little "give a damn," they could make this a place that I'd love to return to.

When we requested a table, the host informed us there was an active reservation for our table in 1.5 hour and we could dine as long as we could be gone by that time. That took me by surprise as the restaurant was very much empty. We were too invested now to find a different restaurant, but it felt degrading. So, I agreed to vacate our dining table on time, if they could ensure our food would be served in 30 min. So, we sit and order hastily. So, here a hastily written review to match our dining experience. The cheddar biscuits were tasty. The smash burger is just another burger with a side of fries. It had some fun Parmesan crisp for extra flavor and texture. The birria tacos were very unexciting in flavor. The burrata salad was interesting, and sparked my culinary curiosity. I didn't want to push my luck with dessert. To not overstay our welcome, we paid and skedaddled. Although I felt rushed and judged, the server was polite and kind. In conclusion, the food ranged from interesting to disappointing, but service was great. Maybe next time I'll make a reservation for a table that comes without a hot timer... if there is a next time. Also, when we left, only about 30% of the tables looked occupied. The forced rush was really unnecessary.
