We ordered through Grubhub (unknowingly, as were just pre-ordering and picking it up). I paid online and was given a confirmation number. At Wendy's, they did NOT have the order, said they never got it, and that they use 4-digit confirmation numbers. After some back and forth, we RE-ORDERED and had to PAY AGAIN! I'm very surprised about the chili I really like it they give you crackers and cheese with it and you can get a large one for only three dollars I think that's a great buy for Chili Best Buy around here north of Boston. The location is pretty large exceed a lot of people must have 100 chairs in here. They have a good size parking lot also. There's a bunch of high school kids behind the counter doing a pretty decent job I would say. Remember this is fast food the twins if you leave here spending on the 10 bucks in your stomach is full you did pretty well. The area is lively and quiet, always people snacking in their cars through the parking lot. It's located right off of a main road, slightly further down from a rotary turn. The parking lot was really well-maintained, well-lot and plenty of room with many spaces and multiple ins and outs, including to a back-street to go back around the rotary quicker. The staff at the pick-up window of the drive-thru wore masks, which promotes safety precautions during Covid-19 which is appreciated. The service was great. The cashier operating the speaker greeted quickly and friendly. The employee repeated the order back for accuracy and added customer service. Both the cashier operator and the employee at the pick up windows were friendly, accurate and kind. Great late-night customer service! For this order, I wanted something with bacon, so I ordered the #7 Medium Combo Meal Double, with a Coca Cola light ice. It was a Big Bacon Classic with two beef patties topped with lettuce, sliced tomato, pickles, shredded onions, bacon strips, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. It came with a medium Coca Cola and medium French Fries. The Big Bacon Classic Double was a perfect sandwich for the food-mood that fed the craving for bacon and filled me nicely. The double beef patty was just right, it did its job where I couldn't look at a single the same way again. Fresh ingredients and sides of BBQ Sauce for dipping the Medium Fries is a classic maneuver in the drive-thru era. The Coco Cola quenched the thirst and reminded me to breathe between bites of the delicious burger in my hand. In total, it was about $13. Great meal, that selection was really filling and satisfied the hunger. I've been coming to this Wendy's for 15+ years and would continue to return and also recommend to friends, family and others. The drive-they and late-night hours usually make this Wendy's a serious contender with late bite options at night. The access to the highways and rotary between routes have notably made this Wendy's particularly familiar to many. This Wendy's has gotten my order wrong twice, and when I complained to corporate, they offered to replace my meal. Their exact wording: "I would like to offer you a replacement meal on your next visit. Please let me know if you would like me to mail something to you or would like to come into the restaurant for a replacement." Clearly, I don't trust the restaurant to get this replacement offer right, so I sent my email and address to corporate. Contacted them twice more. No response. No coupon. Nada.
