This location is really hit or miss. I find if I go during the day the service and food is a lot better than if I were to go at night. If you did go at night you could be subject to a frantic staff that will most likely be yelling at each other or even YOU! I've witnessed both. read more

I just spent $20.00 for a chicken sandwich, although I ordered a baconator sandwich as well but could not eat it because I specifically and I specifically asked them twice to only have lettuce and onions, yet when I got home the burger had all the other condiments on it. I'm allergic to ketchup and cannot eat it. plus I couldn't go back to change it, my wife had to take the car. I always go to the drive through, they're nice most of the time! We really like Wendy's sandwiches, but unfortunately at this location, the kitchen will miss something once in two or three times I visit them :( The sandwiches most of the times don't come with lettuce and tomatoes like the recipe, or sometimes they send different sandwiches: the last ones were spicy instead of being just regular. Two weeks in a row I've gone to the store and ordered myself a five dollar double bacon Nader value meal and my son a $4 for four. Both time I ask for no cheese on my bacon double stack, and Both times I up with no cheese and NO BACON. And both times I didn't bother to check until I got home. How hard is it to get an order right? If it's a salad, I would think you'd just go into the fridge, pick the one that's PRE-MARKED and give it to me. That's all.. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to get that right... doesn't even take a monkey to do this job. But that's asking too much for this particular establishment. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't a perpetual problem. Missing items in my bag after I get home which happens way too much. This place should definitely get a handle on their training. The worst horrible customer service, and that's saying a lot for a fast food restaurant . The woman in charge of the drive-tru this morning was very unprofessional and should be terminated. I was in the parking lot area and placed a mobile order at 10:22am. The Wendy's app indicated as long I placed the order at 10:22am, I can still pick my order after 10:30am. I went to pick up the order between 10:30am-10:40am. She informed me that they didn't get the order until 10:27am and because I didn't get to the drive-thru by 10:30am, they could not fulfilled my order. I calmly explained to her that I met the order deadline, but she said they have 'no idea what you're talking about' and she just let me sit in idle at the drive-thru. It was so bizarre. It wasn't until I spoke up and question for a refund (have to cancel through the app). Normally, in situation like this, it just require better training. And I get let it go. However, this time around it was so frustrating because she kept being rude by interrupting me mid-sentence while I was explaining my order details. She didn't bother checking the system to see maybe there was a possible misunderstanding. This women was being difficult on purpose and making up her own rules. Flat, no ice (?), tasted weird. Really weird, like sanitizing fluid weird. Kid's Frosty. "Machine's broke." Okay... still on the receipt. "I don't know how to charge it back, so here's a dollar." (It's 99¢) "Can I get a penny back? My register can't be off." Obviously, sales tax doesn't exist in Revere. I don't write bad reviews as I don't like to effect small business owners as a result I take extreme caution when I have to write my first negative review. I went to Wendy's a week from the day I wrote this review to the drive through that evening. I ordered their pull pork cheeseburger, large fries, and jr. Cheeseburger. A few hours after eating I experience the worst food poisoning in years. So bad that I ended throwing up on myself as I could not make to the bathroom. I was bed ridden for 3 days straight and missed work. As a result I lost money since I don't get paid for sick days. I called Wendy to not ask for reimbursement rather to inform them of what happened to me along with the day and time I ordered their food so they could do a quality food check. The lady who I spoke to seemed nice but did not impress on me that she was going to check the ingredients that I ate. Lesson learned never eat here again! Food safety is not their priority read more

The chicken was many hours old (dark in color, cold, hard, and oily ), and the French fries were also cold. Disgusting. This is a relatively new Wendy's as it is part of the also relatively new shopping center across from Suffolk Downs, which includes a nice Target and a Super Stop and Shop. You'd NEVER know this Wendy's is on the newer side, though, as it is FILTHY. The dining area is always atrocious. There is never a clean table to be seen, even when the place is EMPTY, at about 5pm on a typical Thursday Also, the amount of time you wait for your food to be prepared is really much too long, and many times they will put your fries out before the meal is even ready, so they are ICE COLD and like rubber. On more than one occasion, I went through the drive- up window, and ended up going home with cold, rubbery fries, as well. I suspect they figure that someone in a car isn't going to notice the crappy condition of the fries until they are well on their way down the road for home. But this doesn't explain the reasoning behind cold fries served directly in front of you when you are actually at the service counter, having ordered inside. read more

I love Wendy's in general. I will go to McDonald's or Burger King only when there is no Wendy's nearby. My only complaints are that there are not enough of them around (especially around the Cambridge and Somerville areas), and that they should add "coffee" as a flavor for their Frosty! I have been to this location approximately ten times in the past five or six years, and I have received neither bad food nor bad service on any of my visits. The staff here has always been top notch, knowledgeable and fast. The food has always been served hot (or cold in the case of drinks), and tasty. This is my second-favorite location after the one on Revere Beach Parkway in Everett. Yesterday was no exception. My burger was fresh; my fries hot and crispy, and my server was professional, with a nice, friendly smile. I ate in for the first time, and the tables and floors were nice and clean and the atmosphere was comfortable and fairly quiet. read more

The person who took our orders messed up our orders when me and my boyfriend wanted to get a number 9 with regular fries and a drink and then another ten piece with baconator fries . But she replaced the regular fries to baconator fries for the #9 and when I said I wanted ranch for my nuggets for the separate order , she said please remind her at the window . So when me and my boyfriend finally reached the drive thru window to pay and receive our food , she gave us our bag and my boyfriend asked if there was any ranch sauce in there and the person at the window gave us such an attitude saying "why don't you check yourself". Wendys in Revere Ma last night was horrible. It took a long time to order while we were stationed at the drive thru order speaker. $10.50 for a double cheese burger value meal.... Are you insane? My job i make $9.50 an hour after taxes i would have to work an hour just to eat at a fast food joint. There is something wrong with that. I cancelled that order and ordered 2 jr bacons with pretzel buns and my room mate ordered nugget meal + jr bacon. When we got to the window they said our order was double cheese burger meal, spicy chicken meal, 2 jr bacons with pretzel buns and 1 jr bacon. We corrected them and told them what we ordered. When we drove off we stopped to check the order and the jr bacon was missing and my burgers were cold so we got out and went inside the restaurant. Also they gave us no receipt. We got the order fixed and still the pretzel buns seemed old and now the next morning my stomach is killing me.
