It's Wendy's. You know what you are getting. Service at this location is hit or miss. Drive through seems to be always be a bit slow though. Inside is always clean, has lots of seating, TV and wifi. On a positive note, I'm not sure when but they have new dipping sauces for nuggets. Amazing! What an upgrade. Also keep an eye out they always have promotional sandwiches. read more

Just went to the Wendy's at 6:25pm Friday the 17th of July. And my dill chicken sandwich came with the last of the lettuce. It was completely white no green. I got a large Chilli's and it had maybe 2 spoonfuls of beans and barely any meat. My husband got a salad. Seems to be fine. I will try it again if it improves I will change my review. FIRST AND FOREMOST..the lobby was supposed to be open until 11pm on this Saturday night. It's 9:30 and they aren't letting anyone in saying they're close. Second I spend another 20 minutes in the drive thru then when I finally get my order took she was beyond rude and sounded like she didn't want to be there. They charged me to add an extra patty to both my burgers and they weren't in the burgers when I got home. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! They suck. I almost always have a problem with my order. You would think fast foods workers would have basic reading skills but apparently not. It's not hard to remember cheese on a wrap. The fact that they have forgotten my cheese over 3 times really speaks to their intelligence & work ethic. Find a simpler job if putting food together is too complicated for you. read more

Probably will not go back again- food was cold- fries were horrible, and the order was wrong. AND make sure you count your change - drive in tried to pocket a dollar- bill was 12 and change- handed us back 6 and change for a 20- asked how much was that again - she quickly handed out a dollar without going into the drawer. read more

Absolutely gross! Ever since this Wendy's was built the food has always been gross. Buns hard as a rock, hard chicken looks and taste microwaved, baked potato old and nasty, brown lettuce, I could keep going on. After many chances since it is fast food I will not be back! read more

Well I'm must confess I've been to this particular Wendy's a few times only to be more & more disappointed. Mostly drive-thru but only once inside the restaurant. Don't expect a smile, don't expect to feel welcomed and sadly don't expect hot food. The place is fairly new and is a mess. The Soda machines and the areas around them are disgusting and out of the more popular type of beverages. The floors are slippery and counters are a disaster. I know some customers are to blame but with a crew of maybe 8-10 employees not including management this place should be spotless especially at 2:00 in afternoon with no one else in the restaurant. I'm only giving 1 star because of the frosty. There aren't many ways to screw them up but like I said in the beginning. Don't expect a smile or a Thanks You when you drive up to pay and get your order. Their attitudes are colder than their frosty. read more

Just went here and it was a horrible transaction, I sat in the drive thru for 30 mins, finally got to order and had to wait another 10 mins until someone was ready to take my order then she kept telling me the price after every item I said like I was finished, got only 5 nuggets in my 6 piece, my burger was wrong and the fries were cold, there were two African American women with extremely long hair to there butt, not tied up or hair netted or anything, long fingernails with no gloves (all unsanitary and nasty) the one filling the drinks was playing with her hair then touched the cups and lids with her bare hands, GROSS, and made me reach almost inside for my items, she didn't reach out to hand them to me at all #nevergoingbackthere read more

The people at this Wendy's are so friendly it makes me want to smack my head against the wall. I was trying to order some nuggets for my child and since they have changed the display on the drive-thru menu, they don't have the $0.99 or the dollar menu or are the cheap items. So I started to ask for the item that I remember and they kept giving me the wrong one to order, and when I specifically asked for the one that was on the dollar menu they said with a rude voice they don't have a dollar menu. I don't care what it was called before it was a 99 cent menu a dollar menu don't be smart. You knew exactly what it was because then you told me the item which is what I asked for in the first place. Then when I actually get to the window they abruptly give me my food but neglect all the sauces which I had asked about. Then they don't want to give me my receipt and the girl has such a wonderful this position on her face it made me want to order a Frosty just so I could throw it back at them. This is the worst wendys i have ever been too I found it does not matter when I go there the restaurant is always dirty half the time the coke machines dont have ice or r not working we went thru drive thru no one in line order 2 chicken wraps and a diet we get to window and they give us our drink no straw and adk us to move up so we sit for 5 to 10 minutes and no one went thru drive thru and they decide to bring us our 2 wraps they were cold they didnt give me a receipt if i didnt have to go to airport i would of went back and got manager that doesnt seem to do any good any way they dont care that was the last time i go there the board of health needs to pop in its nasty and i will make sure i tell everyone how it is read more

This place deserves zero stars and the health commission people needs to do a pop up inspection at this place. Orders are consistently wrong, they never have what's on the menu, and they are rude when you ask them to fix the order. I would love to see another restaurant or fast food place come in their place because these people do not deserve a job. The night shift stinks and they are without manners. I believe they do nasty illegal things to food back there. I hope none of them ever need services such as hospital care, food, etc because karma is a bitch. I wish they would closed down. Wendy's is Wendy's. But this certain location has rude employees that bicker to each other while we have been there. There's always so many of them "working" but not really doing anything. It's dirty and smells awful as soon as you walk in the door. I'm not one to complain, but we won't be going to that location anymore. read more

I was so excited when we got our own Wendy's in this part of South Hillsborough, it was great when they first opened. The experience now is very disappointing, there was only one table with people already seated with their food when I walked in. No one was at the register and it took a while for someone to come over and take my order. Then I walked over to where you get your food. There were two girls at the drive thru helping customers and the manager was preparing the food. I waited and finally the boy who took my order did double duty and retrieved the food from the manager and got me my chili. Restaurant is dirty and to say that they do not have a system is an understatement. I would not be surprised if this restaurant closes, there is plenty of competition in the immediate area, McDonalds, Burger King, and if you really want Wendy's the other two locations are ions above the 301 location, those being Gibsonton Drive and Sun City Center. Clean up your act people or you will all be looking for jobs. read more
