    Peppermint Frosty

Stopped by to try the peppermint frosty. I wish it had more peppermint flavor because the taste was very mild compared to the vanilla it's mixed with. I feel like a next level move would have been to order a chocolate frostie as well and get them mixed! Will have to try it next time. Drive through service was decent. Nothing to complain about.

    Watered down chili

Every item is stale or watered down. I got a cold brew too, it was basically water. This coke, not sweet and water. This Cinnabon stale and dry. The lady with the glasses is moody every time I come in. Extra butter or sour cream, they charge you. How about decent fast food? Only reason I go is my work is close by and there are zero local options. Even the chili is watered down! Good grief =(

For $6.60 You can't beat the Price & Value at Wendy's Saw a YouTube video ranking Wendy's as S Tier Fast Food and decided to get their $6 Big Value Meal Deal Got the Chicken BLT, with 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a soft drink! All this for under $7! Which is crazy value for a meal! Chicken BLT was 3 in quality but tasted okay. 3/5. Fries were surprisingly good! Better than McDonald fries! 4/5. Chicken Nuggets were 3.5/5. Peach Iced Tea was good! 5/5 For my 1st time at Wendy's I was pleasantly surprised by the value meals! They have one for $5 as well! So under $6 total! The modern red sleek interior felt more like SFO airport lounge with WiFi and outlets! Overall, this Wendy's Fast Food Restaurant is a 3.75/5! Still better than most Fast Food locations. Gotta come back next time to try their Baconator Burger to see how good it is compared to other fast food places. Service was standard as well.

Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad, 12 nuggets, all the dipping sauces

This was my first visit to Wendy's and I was actually blown away by the quality. I never would have expected something like this from a fast food restaurant. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad with Bacon. The greens were fresh. The bacon was crispy. The Avocado was generous. The chicken was tasty. Really do much better than I expected, especially for only $5.59 with a $2 off coupon I got in the mail. My only alterations would be 1) Ask for no cheese 2) The Southwest Ranch dressing wasn't my favorite, I tried the Caesar and it was pretty good, would also try other flavors. All their dressings are Marzetti Simply Dressed, so if you like one of their dressings, you can but it at the store. I also got 12 nuggets for $2.39 (with a BOGO coupon) and their nuggets are pretty good. I also tried all the sauce and my favorite was BBQ. Ranch was too sour, Sweet and Sour was too sweet, and honey mustard was too pungent / mustardy. They have some promotions going on. For example, a junior burger, four nuggets, fries and a drink for $4.

No wonder most states are envious of how easy we can get their food. After a signing event a block away, we looked at the clock and learned there weren't many options for a relatively later dinner at 8:30 pm on a Monday night. We were a little worried about the drive up line so I convinced my friend thSt we should find a parking spot and dine in. We walked in and saw one line with four people ahead of us with two cashiers taking orders; that should beat the 9-10 cars that we saw snake out to Rollins Road. Besides the dining area inside, there are several outdoor tables in case you prefer that or the overflow is too much inside. A short time later, we placed our order, keeping the receipt handy and waiting for our # to be called. I took my beverage cup to the soda station to fill as my friend used the restroom. I found a disabled person table near the side entrance. When my friend reached the table and after he filled his beverage cup, I walked to to ketchup station which doubled as a pepper station too. Getting mini paper cups of both for us both, I brought them to the table and, about two minutes later, our # was called. I got the meal #2 which is comprised of a cheeseburger (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=cLIXVi0sQXaMWTkcLRcbtw), fries, and a medium soda, fries requested well done (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=4C2u6M3n35ODUWgYD-sxdA); haven't this for a number of years, it is as good as I remember. My friend commented about the fries, asking why they're different from other popular fast food places. I told him the the potatoes are fresh cut on site, a reason for my well done request. I alternated bites with the peppers (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=SI8uVSAzW4uyKXBTTu9v5Q) for a change of pace. Thank you to In-N-Out for satisfying our hunger pangs. Thanks to Gavin who patiently and efficiently took our order and the expediting gal for pointing me to the ketchup and pepper station. .

Add all those tourists and transit people you also have people from the whole peninsula, you can understand how crowded it gets here. The parking lot is probably the worst part of the experience here because it's always congested so I do not recommend coming here is you are short of time. It shares the parking lot with the carwash and several other restaurants so you'll likely be stuck here for a long while regardless whether you are going through drive thru or parking. The food is standard in n out which means something if you either are local or tourist. In n out intentionally goes old school so there is no app no order ahead and everything is pretty much all hand made including fries. If you never had their fries you may be surprised at the difference in texture but you'll like it the more you try. The burger is fresh and my only complaint is that I don't like their buns especially if you do grilled onions or animal style because the buns get soggy and breaks apart. That's one part shake shack had the upper hand.

Truly heartbreaking to see how far we've fallen with this shop from the staff blatantly ignoring customers to gab, deceptive assembly of sandwiches, to questionable practices of food safety. I don't like to complicate things, so I will 9/10 times order something I've eaten before because I like "tried and true." Due to this, for the aforementioned 20 years, I have ordered the Little Lucca Ultimate Club on Dutch Crunch, same cheese every time and all. Imagine my surprise when the bread is still roughly the same size as always, but the meat portions are wildly lacking in comparison to past orders. Little Lucca has been featured on TV and social media for the enormous size of their sandwiches and have been heavily commended on the meat-to-price ratio of sorts for that reason. I mean, even here on their Yelp page they boast about the sizeable sandwiches. The issue now is that reducing portion size of the interior (meat), while keeping the exterior the same (bread), is very misleading when your brand is known for loading up the sandwich. Bread is delicious, but I'd hazard a guess that customers would want less bread than less meat. I am no detective, but I did notice that my total for two sandwiches was ~$33 which was less than the usual ~$39, so it could be that the reason for less meat is to keep the cost low. Still, even when it was costing me an all-time high of ~$18 for an Ultimate Club, it was worth it in the end for the portion received. For sandwiches' sake, THREE different people were involved in my Club and I was thoroughly told I was wrong to believe the ULTIMATE Club came with more than THREE strips of bacon despite it being one of the three meats of the sandwich. I attached photos to show how I'd rather pay the extra $6 to get the original sandwich back. I didn't want to argue, so after they said it a second time, I relented. Still, as I was going to pay, they opened up another sandwich to "prove" the bacon portion size. I apologized to the other customer on their (Lucca) behalf. There are two boxes of gloves always on the counters of Little Lucca, one by the bread, the other by the meat slicer. They have been there faithfully for so long, it's almost comforting to see them. I found out today that they are just for decoration as not one of the FIVE sandwich makers replaced their gloves between touching meats, surfaces (microwave/fridges/drawers/slicer), ingredients from the bucket underneath, sandwich assembly, or my personal favorite, coming from the back storage. In lieu of swapping gloves, the sandwich makers have settled on wiping the surface of their current gloves with butcher paper. When I asked at the register about this practice, I was told that is literally as they are trained to do. They are apparently told there is NO NEED to replace gloves unless they go to the back storage. That one hit a little weird for me. I promise that this is not an easy review to leave and it is so disappointing that this is where Little Lucca ends for me, but I could not be less enthused about paying less for a sandwich if it's going to be so poorly made, nostalgia be dawned. The locals already know this, but I'll just put it out there for visitors to not get duped, you will for sure catch me going to Teani's from now on. I asked for Kathy, the owner, at the register so that I could share my concern with her, but she was in the back and I was told she was busy. I didn't want to hold the flow of the business up, so I paid, thanked the person at the register and left, not to return. Few things are as much of a bummer as paying for food you didn't like.

And When I say literally, you guys charged me for stuff that you never even gave me. And for me to have to go back there with all of the traffic, have to get out of my car ( WHICH DEFEATS THE GODDAMN PURPOSE OF A DRIVE-THROUGH !!) would be another 30 minutes that I don't have. You charged $9.20 for two regular tacos and one bean burrito add sour cream and extra red sauce. I just want to note that you guys charge $.90 extra for a side of sour cream. You should honestly be ashamed of yourself. I don't know if it's the individual owner or the corporation that decides it, but regardless, you people are freaking ridiculous and your assholes for doing that. I would be embarrassed if I was you. You are crooks and you have zero integrity. Another thing I noticed is how you guys charge $1.89 for a cheesy bean and rice burrito yet it's a dollar more for a bean burrito??!! WTF is the actual thought process on this?! You guys are crooks. Here's the funniest part of my experience, the lady in the drive-through asked me how many sauces I wanted for my meal. I said seven or eight. I like sauce, don't judge. When I got back to work, not a single packet of sauce in sight. And my bean burrito that I ordered extra red sauce for, well they gave me the extra sauce on the side, but no sauce in my burrito. F you for that. And the $.90 they charged me for for the side of sour cream... No side of sour cream. You guys are horrible. It even says on the receipt Seven hot sauces. LOL. Another terrific part of this whole experience was not having a single napkin to go with my meal. I guess you have to pay for those too. I want to note that it wasn't busy nor was it extremely slow. There was about 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through and a few cars in the parking lot. I mention this because if it's insanely busy then there has to be a forgiveness factor but this is just inexcusable, lazy, and bad business. For the amount of money that you guys are charging for your product only to NOT give people what they paid for?! You're scummy. Just straight up bad business.
