The service is extremely slow and it's obvious they prioritize the drive through traffic, but here's the kicker--even their drive through service is horrendous! I've tried it both ways and there doesn't seem to be a solution. So Wendy's food is just like any other fast food joint, and occasionally it's nice to go there instead of a McDonald's, and I like their shakes and their chicken sandwiches but I've given up on this place mainly for the service issues. read more

Currently awaiting 9:24 P.M after being in line for the past 30 minutes without moving a single spot forward until we managed to get out of the line and parked to just walk right in to order our food. We attempted to order, and the manager Rachhpal straight mugged us the whole time. I debated if I wanted to stay or not because why would anyone want to order from someone that looks lazy or would mess with your food on purpose because they just judge by your looks? Plus, you got some slow workers at this time to make the drive-thru line so slow that 5+ cars that were waiting behind us turned back around and left. Walked out with our food finally at 10:10 P.M and we see the same exact cars in the same exact spot or moved up at least one spot if I'm not mistaken. Wendy's burgers are always bomb for fast food. I wish the wait time was quicker here but like I said for fast food it does the job. They got the 4 for $4 meal which is a good buy. If I could give this place a zero I would! This place is absolutely horrible. Lines longer than in n out, there's no costumer service, and it's dirty. I came here Sunday, March 29, at 5:30 pm. Ordered my food on my mobile app. Paid for everything. They handed my meal. As I was checking if i received everything I ordered I realized, I was missing a kids chicken nuggets, and 3 burgers. Since the dining area is closed due to covid 19 i got out of my car and tried to talk to someone in the window. Upon reviewing my orders in front of them, they dropped a burger on the floor and they told me, "sorry I can't return it and I can't give you a new one since you touched it" some small older lady got very defensive with me yelling at me telling me she put everything in my bag as if I was trying to steal food from them. I showed them my bags. And they refused to give me my missing meals. It wasn't until I asked for my refund did they throw a missing chicken sandwich, fries and kids meal at me. They said they were busy and if I wanted to get helped then I would have to drive back in the drive thru and wait my turn. My children were hurry and upset so I just left with what they gave me. My total bill was 78 dollars and I left with out what I asked. Upon getting home I started eating my chicken sandwich when I pulled out a long black hair (not mine or anyone from my houses hair) out of my sandwich. absolutely disgusting. Worst costumer service. My friend and I decided that we had to see what all the fuss was about after reading the reviews. We were expecting rude managers, long waits, employees spitting in our food, dumb cash register attendants with pretty faces, and possibly a fire breathing dragon. We had a very normal experience. They even threw cheese on my burger upon request (I ordered a double stack ketchup only, not adding cheese is totally reasonable). Just goes to show you can't judge a book by its reviews. read more

I've come here quite a few times and this last time I went I was very displeased. I went through the drive through and my order came out wrong. I checked after pulling away from the window and so I thought to myself "no big deal I'll just park and go inside" thinking it would be something quick, but was I wrong. I went in and they saw me come in yet ignored me they saw me standing there and still nothing. I even said "excuse me" to whoever was around twice. Well it was all in vain because no one bothered to answer. I was in like alone for a good while but after being there and waiting about 10 minutes+ until i was finally acknowledged there were like 3 other people in line now waiting to order. I finally got the attention of the manager and told her what was wrong and I informed her how long I had been waiting and why. The only thing she offered was to give me free small fries. Big whoop. I told her no thanks and just walked out with my order finally correct. I just went to Wendy's to get a garden salad and some chicken nuggets. I'm very disappointed they were out of regular nuggets. All they had was spicy. Then I asked for blue cheese dressing when ranch showed up on the screen. When I got the to window I asked for blue cheese, they told me they don't have it. That would've been nice to know before I paid for the salad. They gave me some vinaigrette that I can't stand and no croutons. I love Wendy's. I hate the online ordering system through their website and this specific Wendy's handling of the problem. I ordered for pickup in the drive thru form this location's website. I checked in while driving up to the ordering screen and told them we were the online order that just checked in. He was confused and said they only do that inside. So we went inside and told a female employee who seemed to be a supervisor of sort about the order. I showed her a confirmation email on my phone. She took my phone (which is also my wallet) and walked to the back where I couldn't see. She was back there for 5 minutes. I could hear mumbled arguing and listing of some of my items on my phone. She came back saying they had the order but it had been thrown away. We checked in the order 1 minute before approaching the order screen in the drive thru. When would the confused employee have had time to make the order let alone thrown it away?? So I know their only knowledge of this order is from my phone email. Only problem is that the email confirmation does not specify the quantity of an item, it only showed the charge for it double when 2 are ordered. Immediately, I knew she was going to give me 1 Caesar salad instead of 2. So when I saw her grab 1 I informed her that it was 2. She said something about only seeing one. So I said it 2 more times and then she added another. We just wanted to leave after that because this took 20 mins. We did the online order to save time. When we get home we noticed that our very small order was missing 2 more items. Oh and those two Caesar salads were filled with cheddar cheese and came with ranch. I'm making review to warn others of online orders for this Wendy's. Super bummed out by this experience. I lost my appetite. read more

My friends and I wanted some spicy nuggets and decided to grab a few from this Wendys. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the guy told me to reverse back a bit to take the order when the speaker was already beside me. When I pulled up to get my food, there were only 2 sauce containers in there so I asked for more. The cashier only gave me ONE more container and continued giving me one more each time I asked for more. Did he expect a group of people share 100 nuggets with less than 5 sauces. He was some tall Asian guy in his late 20s with a dirty face. Also, the frostys here are never mixed thoroughly, just the top half is partially mixed. read more

This location isn't as good as it used to be. More often than not, the fries aren't hot anymore. Wendy's used to have killer fries but that ship has definitely sailed on. And they can't seem to remember dipping sauce for the nuggets. Oh, and for the moron customers at the drive-thru who want to change the terms of a meal deal by paying extra (ie. changing drinks or fries to a large) then it is no longer a special deal. If they ask you if you want to upgrade, then by all means do so. If they don't offer, then they aren't at liberty to make changes to the promotional deal. Either you want the deal or you don't. If you want to change the terms of the deal, then expect to pay a la carte prices, not the deal price. And if you decide not to come back, that's fine. The cashier won't have to explain the obvious and the customers won't have to listen to you whine "but why can't I pay extra for a large. I don't understand...." read more
