I came here not too long ago and ordered from the drive through. I had ordered a jr. Cheeseburger for my nephew and before I got to the window I decided just to get the meal cause it would be cheaper. We just came to this Wendy's right now 10:24 pm and we found HAIR in our jr. bacon cheeseburger - that is so disgusting. We showed the Manager and she just threw it away like it was nothing and like it happened all the time. Drive thru line was long and took at least 20 mins, accompanied by drugged up homeless people asking for money at your car window. The employees are incompetent, rude and slow. My boyfriend got the wrong order, the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been cooked in old oil or something. Also I found a piece of paper INSIDE my sandwich.. I've lived in the Evergreen area my entire life and have gone to this Wendy's more times than I'd like to admit. Every time I go, it's a minimum of a 20+ minute wait to get through the Drive-Thru. Most recently, I went to the Drive-Thru to order 3 Large Frosty's for myself and my kids. After over 15 minutes of waiting behind 2 cars, I arrive at the window and pay. 5 minutes later, I get my Frosty's and drive off. Something told me to remove the lids off to see the contents and noticed that the cups were not filled to the top. There was about 2 inches of "Frosty-less" space in a "Large" cup that cost $3.50. I was beyond frustrated, decided to park, and walked into the restaurant to show the manager the kind of "Quality" that Wendy's boasts about. There was one guy in line and 5 people working. For the next 5 minutes, no one acknowledged his existence. Once someone finally did, I decided to flag someone down off to the side and tell them my situation. The person I spoke to just looked at me without saying a word. She took the cups and walked away. I asked to speak to a manager (Loida?) and she also didn't say a single word to me. She looked at me unapologetically and gave me 3 full cups. 30 minutes wasted at a "fast food" drive-thru only to end up walking into the restaurant anyway. Quick tip: Check your drinks and bags before driving off. Odds are VERY good that they will get something wrong with your order. This place takes for ever to take your order. 4 people in front of me and they take 5 minutes per person! I guess each person needs to get their food first before they take another order! Love the #1 burger but their fries suck! I like McDonalds fries, Wienersnitchels, or even jack n the box, but Wendy's fries at this location needs to change, it's not crispy probably from not cooking it right. My daughter gets hungry...so I choose this for her because she orders a plain baked potato with a side of cheddar. Healthier then a lot of other to go options. Every time I order, same deal when that old Indian manager-lady is working... ~Gives us dirty looks even if we smile ~Gets annoyed because we ask for a little, tiny side of cheddar ~Charges us for the side of cheese, even though we don't take the chives, butter, or sour cream ~Employees look scared of this witch-lady and have to be okayed to do anything Today my daughter asked for another tiny side of cheddar and the girl woking the window turned to ask the manager. I have always been satisfied with this location. They've pretty much never got my order wrong. I usually go through the drive through at all different times of the day. There's usually a really long wait but it's worth it for that Chili bowl. I love that chili! Perfect and hot every time! If you've never tried the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, you've been missing out. I have been to Wendy's with family and the service was somewhat okay but nothing to be excited about. There are often moments when the staff would confuse orders and you're kept waiting even longer for your meal. This is simply a minor setback but I am sure their pretzel cheeseburger makes up for it. It's disappointing that they do not have a wide variety however the prices are reasonable and dependable. I'm sure you can get a better burger elsewhere but for the time being Wendy's has definitely been the place for me. read more

What can I say? Wendy's has one of the best nuggets in the fast food industry. They finally incorporated the nuggets as a combo meal now too. I usually get honey mustard with my nuggets, but I tried out this new Spicy 'n Sweet Hawaiian sauce. I don't know what's going on with this Hawaiian craze, but the sauce is good. Wendy's really sucks. I ask them to read the order back, they read it back fine, then I get my food only to discover it's all wrong. If I ask them to add something to my burger, it's never there. If I ask them to take a topping off, it's always there. Sometimes they forget entire items from my order. They never actually put my nugget sauce in the bag. They hand me the bag and quickly shut the window. I have to wait until they notice I'm still there and make them give me a freakin' BBQ sauce. I mean come on... it's not like it's a fluke. We honestly eat at Wendy's all the time and order drive thru only and I haven't had a problem at all so far. It does get pretty busy here sometimes and I noticed the drive thru can be slower than normal, even on non busy days. But I love Wendy's burgers, almost more than McDonalds nowadays. Seriously, i have been waiting for 15 for a bowl of chili. That's the only thing I ordered. Service is extremely slow.

The only reason i rated this location 1 star is cause i had too to leave my opinion. Worse drive thru experience ever. A bunch of teenagers focusing on laughing and talking to each other opposed to helping each other get their guests thru what is so called "the express line" where's the manager through all this? Maybe it was the kid with all the paper towels on his head?. 1) Took 20 mins to actually get to the order monitor. 2)Took another 5 mins for someone to even say welcome how can we help you. 3) The employee Couldn't get the order right as I repeated myself over and over again, maybe cause some other employee was talking loudly and aggressively to the guests in the car infront of us at the window cause their order was messed up. And if we heard it through the monitor then yeah that should tell u something. Professionalism is definitely out the window at this location. 4) Took us another 10 mins to get to the window after the handled the mistakes in the car infront of us. 5) When we asked for ranch dressing one of the other employees said u can only give out 2. Where in the rules of customer service does it say you have the right to refuse more product to a consumer? The diet coke was supposedly watered down so they were out. so I opted for the iced tea which we all know is made with water but how was that more watered down then the diet coke? there was about 3 cubes of ice in the ICED tea. Keyword iced. When asked for a cheeseburger plain just cheese meat and bun why u putting pickles in it?... Ok bottom line it starts with management. Your night manager clearly doesnt have a hold of the operation and your restaurant manager doesn't have control of the entire establishment. Training is the key to a successful business which might I add doesnt belong to any of you in that restaurant. Follow the rules and regulations to the late Dave Thomas and his empire and make sure your customers and establishment is running efficiently and properly before you open your doors. I love Wendy's but I HATE THIS LOCATION! I mainly go through the drive through for convenience- and 9 out of 10 times, they get my order wrong/ or items are missing. To top it all off, the staff are RUDE! Approximately 6 months ago- I decided to have Wendy's for dinner. I pulled into the drive through, and placed my order. 1order of five piece nuggets, a biggie fry, and a jr. bacon with cheese. I go to the first window. Pay. Pull up to the 2nd window. Wait for my food patiently. Food comes out. Yay. Double check my bag (for mistakes/missing items.) Find out my nuggets are missing.... I kindly alert the staff that my nuggets are missing. He responds " I put them in the bag." I respond, " Umm they're not in here." He responds by saying again "I put them in the bag." WHILE GLANCING AROUND IN MY CAR!!!! By then, I was more than pissed, since he was now accusing me of stealing 99 cent nuggets! I told him " you can search my car if you want, but I am not going to steal no 99 cent nuggets." He then gave me a new order, and rolled his eyes. Because of that experience, I have banned them from my diet and have never looked back.
