I've driven past ini Burger for a while now but never stopped in--until recently. I was craving a burger and honestly bored with my usual spots, so I decided to give it a try. First impression: clean, which already puts them ahead of a lot of places. I went about an hour before lunch, so I had the place to myself. Ordering was simple with the kiosks, but if you prefer talking to an actual human, that's an option too (always appreciated). I went with the two mini burger option so I could try more than one. I ordered the Classic Americano (Angus beef, ini sauce, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions) and the Hawaiian Spice (Angus beef, spicy ini sauce, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pineapple, jalapeño), plus fries/onion rings and a drink. Let me just say--the Hawaiian Spice was hands down the winner. It was so good that I already know next time (and yes, there will be a next time), I'm going straight for the full-size version. It also comes with their house ini sauce which I subbed for spicy and I liked it, it's got a good heat to it. The meat itself is so good and you can taste that nice grill char, they use qood quality and fresh ingredients and it's obvious in the taste. The fries I got were the ini loaded fries which is their crinkle cut fries topped with their house iniSauce, grilled onions and nacho cheese. I thought these were so good I just wished that the fries were cooked a little more crispy but they are still good enough that I'd order them again. Great burgers here. There is something here for everyone including vegetarian and vegan. I am amazed at all the different offerings here, both in regular and mini sizes (to be fair, the 2 M'inni Burgers filled me up more than a regular burger . . .). I must say that from all that we ordered - 2 M'inni Burgers (I chose the falafel and mushroom cheese), the Americano and the B'igi Burger with Cheese - they were all flavorful. The Mediterranean spice in the falafel, which I was not fully expecting, hit me full on with my saliva glands bursting out. I customized the mushroom burger by adding some avocado - simply delicious! Now, I always judge a burger place first on the basics - a simple hamburger. In truth, many hamburger joints just add stuff to "enhance" the burger, but what they are really doing is masking the dryness of the burger, or at best the blandness of the patty. Being Halal, there is a higher standard for the quality of beef, and it shows. Both the Americano and the B'igi Burger were amazing! The beef flavor (a hamburger patty that has flavor???) was evident in these juicy burgers, even without the extras. And in fact, this is one of only a couple of places where the toppings blended seamlessly with the burger, rather than just being add-ons. Great job here! Of course I can't forget to mention the fries - golden and crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. My wife asked if these were air-fried, as they were not greasy. But, no, these were fried in canola oil just perfectly to give that crisp, satisfying crunch, and the soft potato fluffiness on the inside. If there was one minor fault, the onion rings, delicious as they were, were too hard and too crunchy. I scratched the roof of my mouth on my first bite. I had to peel off the hard crust on my final couple of rings to finish. Now, if they can just make a delicately crispy onion ring, that would make my day! The tablet ordering screens created a barrier between the customers and workers and made the experience feel impersonal. I love IniBurger as they have halal and gluten free items and have always had a good experience at the Santa Clara location. I was excited to try this one out as it is closer to home and it was our first time visiting this location as it recently opened up last year. We visited over the weekend and picked up items to go which were packed neatly in a bag. I ordered everything through the screen which was convenient but did take sometime. We ordered a few regular burgers and a few with gluten free buns, wings, some shakes and fries. I asked the cash register employee about which items are gluten free and if they fry their fries separately in their own fryer as some places fry their fried chicken, non gluten free items (onion rings, etc in the same fryer. Fortunately here, they do. Wings were great, all of our shakes were runny and felt "watered down" and they forgot our toppings on top ( syrups), and the non customized burgers were great. The gluten free buns were fluffy and delicious (surprisingly). We then wrote in the notes "gluten free allergy"on the items needing extra care due to dietary restrictions (celiac). When we got home, we didn't think to open the gluten free burgers piece by piece, and when a bite was taken there was the onion ring. Had a nice lunch here today with my husband. This was our first time here. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. You had the option of ordering from their self serve kiosk or from an employee. We ordered from their self kiosk. We ordered the Americano burger and the Hawaiian spice burger with a side of onion rings. What I liked about the kiosk was that everything was customizable. You can add or remove toppings to your burger. They delivered our order to us within 5 minutes. Everything was cooked to order and very fresh. The burgers were very delicious. The burgers were seasoned well and all the vegetables were fresh. The ini sauce was really tasty. The Hawaiian spice burger had pineapple and jalapeños which added a nice quick. The onion rings were piping hot, crispy and seasoned perfectly. It came with a side of ranch. There were plenty of seating options inside and a covered patio area for outdoor seating. The food tasted so good. My brothers and i got the three minis to try the different ones they had. I got the barbecue burger and it tasted pretty solid. The juiciness was there, along with the flavor of each layer ( onion rings, bbq sauce) and no overpowering flavors, you can taste the meat which can be hard with such strong flavors. Unfortunately my brothers did not feel like they were in an adventurous mood, so they both got the mushroom burger. They said it was tastier than shake shack so that sounds pretty good. I got to try their loaded fries with chicken and jalapeños. It was really cheesy and ok on the spice. I think I wouldn't get that again but i think everyone should give it a try. Sadly, i ate here on May 15th. I ended up getting food poisoning for 2 days. I ate the western burger and buffalo chicken fries. She has customer service to an art form in that her charisma and energy that uses to engage customers is at another level. I tried my husbands nashville hot chicken burger and was not a fan at all. It was a dry rub style and the rub was very overpowering of strong chili powder, too dry. Inside there is the option to order at a tablet or with someone behind the counter. The burgers are sold a la carte and fries/drinks are separate. There is plenty of seating inside as well as a covered patio. When we went there was a young guy working behind the counter taking orders, delivering them to tables, and wiping down tables when people left. He was doing it all on his own during a light rush while being super friendly and helpful so shout out to him. This time I only tried a cheeseburger but I will likely be back to try their turkey bacon burger. The staff were super warm and welcoming, and they were very attentive to our needs. The space was nice, and there was plenty of seating (indoor and out). I had iniBurger at the Fremont location a few years back and really liked it, so I was excited to hear that one was opening up near me! I came by for their ribbon cutting to check it out, and it was just as good as I remembered! I like that they have full sized burgers and minis, and especially like that you can opt for multiple different burgers if you are getting the minis! Since it had been years since I ate here, and I'm a huge fan of trying it all, I ended up getting the mini trio and trying the mushroom swiss, hawaiian spice, and falafel burgers. I liked each one of them and would order any again. The combo also came with fries, which are crinkle cut and crispy! Even though the burgers are mini, they do indeed fill you up. I tried my best, but I was not able to finish all 3 of my minis or the fries. I was surprised to see a pretty large outdoor patio that was mostly covered and had heaters! This is a new addition to the area. I was warmly greeted by the manager, a young woman, who walked me through all the options. Great attitude, she is going to go far. I settled for the Bigi burger and fries which was good, not great. It was $17 with tip and I could not help but think how this would have been $6-7 not that long ago. Well...that's another story. Tried iniBurger for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered one of the combos with a vegetarian burger with sweet potato fries and a strawberry milkshake. The vegetarian burger was flavorful, well seasoned, and really satisfying not dry or bland like some veggie burgers can be. The bun was soft, fresh, and held everything together nicely. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. The strawberry milkshake was also really creamy, not overly sweet, with a good strawberry flavor, and topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. It felt like a fun, classic treat. Overall, the food tasted fresh, portions were solid, and it's a great option if you're looking for a good veggie burger that doesn't feel like an afterthought. This new burger spot just opened up in the Kirkwood Plaza off Campbell Ave. in Campbell. I have to admit I was deeply skeptical of yet another burger place in the area since we seem to have so many already. I read the reviews and figured I give it a try. I ordered online and headed over. It was around 1pm on a Saturday so I figured that parking I. The small lot would be a challenge but I got a spot right in front. I live really close so my order wasn't quite ready when I arrived. Both owners were there and I was greeted so warmly when I walked in. There were a few groups at tables inside and a few folks sitting in the outside patio. I waited a few minutes while they packed up my order and while they did that, the owner came over to apologize for the wait and offered me a drink. I knew I was early so I let her know that no apology was necessary. The restaurant is light and bright and felt uncluttered and calm. They have a self serve soda fountain and plenty of tables numerous guests to sit. Before I knew it, my order was ready and back home I went. Here's what I got: 2 MINI BURGERS - Mushroom Swiss Burger was very good. The flavors were all on point and the bun was soft but held up perfectly. The other burger I chose was the Hawaiian. Yum! This was also yummy. I did have to take off a few of the grilled jalapeños because they were a touch too hot for me. Both burgers were juicy and flavorful. ONION RINGS - Perfection! Crispy and the onion didn't pull out of the coating with the first bite. Super yum! DIPPY SAUCES - I added 3 sauces to my order for $0.50 each. Here's that I got: Signature Inisauce: very mild Mayo with a few spices mixed in. Good burger sauce. Ranch: Not over powering. Just simple good ranch flavor Mango jalapeño: hands down my favorite! Spicy, sweet and mixed with the ranch it made a perfect dip for my onion rings. Overall this place is a solid burger option. The new iniburger in Campbell is nice and clean. The service is fast and friendly, but there's a weird shortage of napkins and utensils. You would also expect a burger place to have self service ketchup mustard and other condiments. The real issue is the food. They have a few things to work on. The chicken wings were overcooked and dry yet not that hot. Maybe they were sitting under heat lamps for a while? The bbq sauce was also caked on (so again heat lamps??) The chicken in the mini burger was barely hot and weirdly rubbery. The vegetables (lettuce tomato and avocado) didn't seem fresh. The bun was cold and bland (like wonder bread). The burger was also bland and dry. Same complaints about the bun and vegetables though the Swiss cheese seems ok. The sweet potato fries were decent but probably manufactured and frozen. It's been a long time since I've had a burger and thought I'd stop by and give it a shot. It was about 12:15 PM on Saturday and thought it might be a little busy but I was pleasantly surprised that I could walk right up to the order kiosk without anybody ahead of me. I ordered the Big'i Americano Combo with regular fries. The store is really clean and the folks that work there are friendly. After a short wait, I received my takeout order and headed home. The burger was really good although the patty itself was well done. I usually like a little pinkness but I didn't specify a temperature either way. Nonetheless, it was still juicy and very good. That's ok, I was more interested in the food. Everyone, especially the counter attendant was super nice and apologetic that everything was not available. I really liked the option of ordering at the computer screen or via the cashier. They accept cash or cards for payment. I ordered the Mushroom Burger, Onion Rings and Chicken Wings. Quality is the recipe here. They use 100% Halel Beef, all natural gourmet wings (no antibiotics or hormones). The bun for the burger was fresh and excellent. I first discovered iniBurger in Santa Clara with my wife, and we became fans right away. I'm very familiar with what it takes to run a good burger joint, having worked at In N Out burger in the past, and seeing what happens behind the scenes. Cleanliness, customer service and consistency are the most important aspects, and iniBurger has all 3 qualities. I love the combo with 3 mini burgers, because you get to try 3 different styles for an affordable price. Their crinkle fries are the perfect size for a balanced crunch, but don't overlook their onion rings either, they're really good too. Everything is halal, and the bacon is turkey bacon, just in case that's important to you. There's lots of other stuff like chicken wings too, but I always go when I'm in a burger mood, so I don't have any review to give on the chicken. When the Campbell location opened, we were really excited because it was a lot closer to where we live. We went on opening night, and the owners were going all out making sure everybody had a great experience. Since then, they've kept the same level of excellence and still treat every day as if it's grand opening. I can't see a reason why we would go to the Santa Clara location anymore, this one is by far the better location in my opinion. Obviously, you should always judge a restaurant by their service and food quality. These guys deserve 10 stars in these categories, but something most people don't know, is that you should also judge restaurants by the cleanliness of their restrooms. I'm happy to report that every time I've been here so far, their restrooms were spotless! I gotta give a shout out to Amr as well. You can't miss him, he's the guy who seems like he's doing 8 different things at once, all with a smile on his face, whether he's speaking with customers or just wiping down a table. He made us feel very welcome, and he was very down to earth and humble. He seems happy to be working, while working happily at the same time. It's cool if you can't commit to a burger and want to order mini burgers or whatever kind they offer instead- I got the mini American and mini Swiss. No lettuce but spring mix inside. I was also craving tenders, and was hoping it was gonna be sauced up, but Buffalo sauce was on the side , and couldn't order more sauces- knowing I'd pay more.
