Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food chains. This Wendy's has been a go to spot through the years when coming or going from Tybee Island. This restaurant was recently updated and includes a flat screen TV. Additionally, they've updated their seating to include a conversation pit by the TV, plenty of booth and table seating for large or small groups. Their menu is what you expect, but Wendy's is a chain that creates an ever changing seasonal menu. I noticed a new addition of a Birthday frosty complete with sprinkles and crumbled sugar cookie topping. This would make some child's day! Service is just horrible! They never say thank you or how are you! Everyone there seems to young to hate there jobs that bad. They are just lazy when asked for certain things when they Dont feel like making it so they say they are out. They Throw bags at you and slam windows! This used to be a fairly well run Wendy's but for the past at least 6-8 months it has gotten really awful. The service is terrible, and orders are not completed correctly. I have personally filled out numerous surveys but nothing has changed for the better. Today we walked on and was told they were only accepting orders from the kiosk. She was rude, so we left. possibly one of the worst restaurant services I have ever received. We stopped here while in a rush expecting a quick response given the restaurant was empty. We were waiting 20 minutes before we asked if our food was almost ready, and we were told, extremely rudely, that the drive thru people need their food and we need to wait. The boy at the counter and the woman at the drive thru were incredibly unprofessional and rude when we told them we're in a rush. I'm sure the food is fine. However, I went in- and before ordering, since there was a long line, I decided to go ahead and use the restroom. It was disgusting. The men's toilet would not flush and it was full of excrement. It smelled like a gas station bathroom. It was the type of bathroom that gets neglected for far too long and no one wants to clean it anymore. I was completely disgusted, so I went ahead and left. I had to go find another bathroom. After asking if I was at the right location she had a nasty attitude , she then said it's not on her screen but in the takeout window. I proceeded to tell her my app says drive through. Literally messed up everything. My dad specifically said no mustard and onions but that was exactly what my mom got. My dad had my food a HAMburger but there a big slice of cheese. Also, for the kids meals there is usually a toy, but my little sister just had absolutely no toy. Plus my dad ordered bbq sauce for my sister's meal. Just absolutely horrible. Wendy's - dave's Double Stack with mold - Burgers Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

I've been to this location my whole life and it was great up until around 2015. The quality and freshness of the food has been dropping steadily since then. And in 2020 a tik tok showing small cockroaches crawling over the kitchen equipment and counters in the kitchen in this specific Wendy's. The management ended up firing this whistleblower and has hushed he local media. Absolutely disgusting. I've been back ONE time since and I almost threw up thinking about what if there were roaches that have touched this food. I ended up throwing basically a whole meal away. Boycott this Wendy's and demand a detailed inspection before anyone eats here again read more

I've had some pretty bad experiences with Wendy's in the past. I even stopped eating Wendy's cause the food and experience has been so bad. A review on fast food doesn't seem like something I would normally do but this restaurant hands down is the best I have ever visited. I often grab a pecan apple chicken salad at one near my work in north Georgia. This one is so much better. The food was delicious. The service staff was friendly and helpful. While visiting Tybee Island for a conference my daughter and I are here all totaled three times. Each time the food and service was remarkable. read more

I use the drive thru 2 or 3 times a month. My orders have always been correct. The food is always hot and properly cooked. Long lines always move fast during the busiest hours.The window servers are always polite. I definitely recommend this Wendys. read more

Disappointed. I purchased a key card for a free Jr frosty with purchase. 1 st time using I ordered my meal and requested a frosty and told her I had the key card. She charged me for a frosty and gave me a free frosty. When I got to pay window I requested it to be fixed, supposedly he did however after driving off noticed I paid for the frosty and got a free one. When lady who took my order handed me my food she nearly threw it at me and slammed her window shut in my face. I cannot stand poor attitudes. read more

I had just purchased a half taco salad at the victory drive location for my elderly mom. It was fantastic, and she loved it! So, I decided, on my way home, to get one for myself, at the Wilmington island location. Not so good as the one purchased for my mom. The greens were totally iceberg lettuce, not as much cheese and definitely not as much chili! PLUS, it was fifty cents more at this location! Next time I want one, I will, for sure, purchase it at the Victory Drive location! You need to step up your game! read more

First let me say I like Wendy's but this location has gone down hill in the past few months. Usually I go through the drive thru, I don't like the new "premium bun" so I always request the smaller regular bun (it's the bun the jr bacon cheeseburger comes on) the last two times I've ordered I've requested a regular bun and I always clarify with the cashier that I want the regular smaller bun NOT the premium bun. I've never had a problem until the last couple of months, each time I was given the components of my burger in a potato container with NO bun! I asked for a regular bun at no point in time did I request no bun! Each time my receipt read correctly, it clearly says "no premium bun" it's doesn't read "no bun." On one of these occasions I ordered two burgers the same both on regular buns, one was made correctly and the other one was put in a potato container with no bun. Seriously?!? How did you get one right and one completely wrong? I hope that Wendy's gets there act together fast. read more
