I ended up waiting about 20 minutes and the cook brought my order over, I thanked her and asked if it was medium rare to which she replied yes. To my astonishment, the burger was well done and the fries were ice cold! Not what I was expecting at all. When I got my bill, I explained the issue to provide feedback for the establishment. My server then picked up the tab and apologized for my experience. Just as I am getting ready to leave, my server approached me and explained that whenever there's a complaint they needed to call the owner. The owner instructed that I needed to pay them the old price of $9.25. I was floored! I paid, and explained that I nor any other people that I recommended to Copper Mug to over the years will ever set foot here again. I hope the owner is a better attorney than he is being a pub owner!
