I also had chargers that I wanted for every guest, and she made that happen! On our big day, she arrived to the venue at 2:30pm, so she could make sure all the vendors were there. When we arrived around 4pm, she made sure the bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony since we didn't have rehearsal the day before.
