Store looked very cute and aesthetic, and since there is no seating, it is more of a grab and go spot. My friend got the seasonal Triple Treat Bundtlet and it was tasty! The cake was soft and I liked the Reese's and Oreo bits throughout the cake. There is also a peanut butter center. The sweetness of the frosting balanced out the cake, but overall it was pretty sweet. If you are a chocolate fan and want something indulgent, then I would recommend this one! Staff was friendly. I selected a Red Velvet Bundtlet, which is my fave flavor. I enjoy all things chocolate and this Red Velvet is really good. I've been having these kind of desserts when I was younger. The quality and the taste of them has never changed. The Bundt Cakes have come in different sizes. You can get your own personal one or a bigger size for a special event. The last one we got one is during my sister's 21st birthday party. We got the bigger one and a personal one. The cake was also a good size; it serves one or two people. Went to this location to redeem my birthday bundlet Saturday morning. The lady working at the front was incredibly rude. She did not acknowledge my hello, had an attitude when I told her it was for my free cake, and the overall vibe she gave off was that she did not want me in that store. The cakes were fine. My complaint is about delivery. I should have put the order in through ubereats, or something. The service would have been more reliable. I placed an order for 6 dozen bundtinis on 5/15., through the app. I know that the order was processed because my credit card was charged. I did not receive an email or a phone call to follow up on delivery. On 5/21, my delivery date, I had to call to find out if I had an order pending. I had to call again to find out if the delivery was picked up. I received no notification when my order was dropped off. The person at NBC couldn't even tell me if DoorDash or UberEats picked up the order. My delivery was dropped off on the couches of the waiting area. As far as I know, the driver just left them without telling anyone in the office. Because of this the cakes were not found until an hour later after I asked for them to be delivered. There are several flavors that I really enjoy and always look forward to any new flavors they bring-out. Recently, they've introduced a Lemon Raspberry and most recently they debuted the Oreo Cookies & Cream. They even held a promo to celebrate the 111th birthday of the Oreo cookie. Each store advertised they would be distributing 111 Oreo Cookies & Cream starting at 1pm. I went to the Milpitas Bakery for the promo, but bought the Oreo Cookies & Cream a few days earlier in Fremont. Both the Lemon Radpberry and Oreo Cookies & Cream are awesome! Fremont California's Nothing Bundt Cakes Owner "H.P." attempted to require our daughter (who is a minor) to show her California State ID *most minors under 16 don't have this as it isn't a requirement, COVID Card, Medical Insurance Card or Birth Certificate (all of which contain private confidential information) in order to be allowed to receive her free birthday-bundtlet despite her proving legitimacy with her school ID and email proof of the corporate coupon. He was so wrong and unprofessionally impolite in his actions that I had to be called into the store to address this mistake on his part. *Note: No minor is required to show any such thing in order to receive a gift that their corporate parent company has emailed. The email and coupon itself are enough. Who does this sort of thing? Why would you continue trying to pull this type of fast-one when a parent who clearly knows how the company does things and how you're supposed to treat a customer is sitting there politely enforcing his child's protection and making it clear what you're doing is seriously wrong?
