I had lunch in the area and later went to Nothing Bundt Cakes yesterday. I found a close parking spot, which was a bonus. I redeemed my free birthday Bundtlet offer before it expires. I selected a Red Velvet Bundtlet, which is my fave flavor. I enjoy all things chocolate and this Red Velvet is really good. The Bundtlet is also good-sized and it usually takes me a day or so to finish it. There is ample parking right outside, since this location is at the Fremont Hub. The staff are friendly and helpful. Came here to purchase a total of 4 bundtlet, 1 of which was a birthday reward. I also had a stamped card for a free bundtlet. I was told they couldn't honor both, understandable. Proceeded to check out. Got home and realized rewards weren't applied because cashier never asked for my email or phone number. Called to ask if I can redeem or add rewards by receipt entry on app and was told once order had been completed, it's not possible. The reason for the 2 stars is for the service, Cali J was the person who assisted me. I called and spoke to her and she kept saying "sorry" but tone didn't really sound like she cared. If a customer is redeeming a birthday Bundt, it's telling that they are signed up for the rewards program. If rewards program are something your establishment offers, asking for email and phone number should be the first process of check out. "Are you signed up for our rewards? Yes. Great, what is your number so you can earn rewards" simple, friendly encounter. These cakes are obviously for special occasions rewards rarely rack up, so each visit makes a difference. Store looked very cute and aesthetic, and since there is no seating, it is more of a grab and go spot. My friend got the seasonal Triple Treat Bundtlet and it was tasty! The cake was soft and I liked the Reese's and Oreo bits throughout the cake. There is also a peanut butter center. The sweetness of the frosting balanced out the cake, but overall it was pretty sweet. If you are a chocolate fan and want something indulgent, then I would recommend this one! Staff was friendly. The moisture in these Bundt cakes is crazy! - I love how they ALWAYS have a variety and a seemingly special flavor every month. - my go to has been the confetti (since it's the safest) - there are of course flavors that are "meh" and of course opinions vary such as even though I love tart foods, I didn't like their lemon flavor but I know a family who customizes a three layered Bundt cake for every birthday and they love the lemon flavor - their red velvet in my opinion is lackluster and the most disappointing - I love love love and appreciate the free birthday Bundt cake, there is no price limit so the worker allowed me to try the February special! There was no need to be so rude when all you had to do was simply kindly say no. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that sometimes you have to say no to certain things. As such, I also know there are ways to say no without being difficult and condescending by asking someone sarcastically if they're able to read. Listen, I get it. I've been having these kind of desserts when I was younger. The quality and the taste of them has never changed. The Bundt Cakes have come in different sizes. You can get your own personal one or a bigger size for a special event. The last one we got one is during my sister's 21st birthday party. We got the bigger one and a personal one. The cake was also a good size; it serves one or two people. So I don't love Nothing Bundt Cakes as much as everyone else seems to. I mean, don't get me wrong... I like them but I don't "loooove" them. With the exception of the strawberry when they have it. The cakes were fine. My complaint is about delivery. I should have put the order in through ubereats, or something. The service would have been more reliable. I placed an order for 6 dozen bundtinis on 5/15., through the app. I know that the order was processed because my credit card was charged. I did not receive an email or a phone call to follow up on delivery. On 5/21, my delivery date, I had to call to find out if I had an order pending. I had to call again to find out if the delivery was picked up. I received no notification when my order was dropped off. The person at NBC couldn't even tell me if DoorDash or UberEats picked up the order. My delivery was dropped off on the couches of the waiting area. As far as I know, the driver just left them without telling anyone in the office. Because of this the cakes were not found until an hour later after I asked for them to be delivered. I may order from NBC again, but I will only do so if I can pick up the order and I have absolutely no other option. read more

Depending upon my mood, I can devour one in one sitting, or I'll eat half, so I can enjoy the other half another day. There are several flavors that I really enjoy and always look forward to any new flavors they bring-out. Recently, they've introduced a Lemon Raspberry and most recently they debuted the Oreo Cookies & Cream. They even held a promo to celebrate the 111th birthday of the Oreo cookie. Each store advertised they would be distributing 111 Oreo Cookies & Cream starting at 1pm. I went to the Milpitas Bakery for the promo, but bought the Oreo Cookies & Cream a few days earlier in Fremont. Both the Lemon Radpberry and Oreo Cookies & Cream are awesome! The place looks clean and they are always well stocked. I love how they have other little things you can buy, coffee mugs, reusable cups, etc. These are great gift options in the event you are there picking up a birthday or celebration cake, you can pick-up a small affordable gift as well. The place itself has a huge parking lot. It is fairly easy to get in and out. And if you just drop in they'll probably have what you want. I am very unhappy with this experience at the Fremont location. I have been coming here for about two years and love their cupcakes. However, I recently got a stamp card from another location and when i tried to use it here the lady at counter said I can't use it because they are a different owner.. but when I was given the stamp card I could use it at any location. When I asked her if I can get a stamp card for Fremont then she said no that they don't give the stamp card anymore. So I basically purchase 5 Bundt's & didn't get my card stamped.
