OK OK. Please let me start out this review by saying we are all very very thankful for this place. I started a book club 3 years ago and we have been coming every month (a group of 7 women) on Monday nights. Food is good (more dessert options please!) And the waiter was friendly (we miss you Andy!) and remembered our orders every single time. The fact that this place can still give us consistency and service during covid is AMAZING. And for that, we are eternally grateful. Now, please, just a few things I need to say to management. We were just in this week, and the weather turned cold. There are ZERO heaters. I understand. Heaters are expensive. But put something on your Instagram or something so your loyal regulars can prepare for it. And even just 1 propane heater in the center of the tent would have done something. And the waitress made us sit at 2 separate tables this time because we had 7 instead of 6 ladies show up. Sure, we did it begrudgingly but in the best interest of everyone else. But right behind us was a table of 7 people! When we asked why, we were told it's because one of them worked there. Listen. Viruses don't follow these exceptions. They don't say "oh hey, since that person already works here, I will leave them alone then." If we ALL have to follow rules, then having the other table separate themselves too should be a given! I am not leaving this review to be difficult. I promise. We want to support you in the years to come. We want you to do well. There's a reason why a group of women who actually don't drink alcohol come regularly every single month for 3 years. Pork rinds were EXCELLENT! They were accommodating to my request for vinegar and hot sauce on the side. They only had white vinegar and tapatio. I used the pork rinds to stir my vinegar tapatio concoction and I was a happy girl. The burger was good and juicy. I particularly liked the buns. Strange that it stood out but it had a good chew to it. The beer selection was good too! There's something for everyone. If indecisive, get a flight. You don't even have to buy a full paddle per flight. If you have a peanut allergy, know that they use peanut oil on a lot of things. Ask first, but you should have options under the Taco and Pizza sections of the menu. Peanut oil is like double the price of canola oil so I was impressed to know they spend extra money to make sure food is prepared with quality ingredients. Service I was great. This is, literally, the first place I've been to since the start of the pandemic (7 months ago). We decided it was time to give outdoor dining a try and I'm so glad we picked We're Pouring; it was such a great outing. The staff all wore masks, even the staff members coming into work wore masks from the moment they stepped out of their cars. The servers don't hand out menus but they have a QR code on the door to scan, and bring around a paper to scan if you didn't find it on the door. Such a great idea! Our server was very respectful, wore her mask the whole time, took our order from a distance, etc., and we tried to wear our masks whenever someone was nearby. There is a big tent set up with picnic tables, and some 2-person tables set up outside the building. We sat at a 2-person table and it was nice and shady and comfortable (no fans, which weren't necessary even in 90+ degrees but would have been bad Covid-wise). We came right at opening so it wasn't crowded, and I'm not sure I would have felt comfortable if the tent were completely full (though you can tell I'm erring far on the safe side). But other customers spread out responsibly and it felt plenty safe. We each had a couple beers and shared the ahi poke. We're IPA fans and there was a great selection on the menu. The poke was great! It would be nice to have a few lighter items on the menu, but the food seemed great quality. I'm excited to try the pizzas and sliders. My only suggestion would be to put the Covid protocols on the website! We live right around the corner (walked to here) and have been trying to find a place that felt safe enough for an outing. Almost didn't try this because we weren't sure what the seating/protocols were like, but they seem to be very safe and taking things seriously which is a big relief. We'll be regulars! read more

Great beer selection, and I liked that it wasn't all IPAs. Lots of choices, and the food menu was good as well. We went for a work happy hour and sampled a bunch of the pizza bites, Brussels sprouts, and churros, among other things. I would definitely have another group event here, or just come for dinner. Terrible service. The food doesn't come out for your entire party. Half of us had food, which was equivalent to low grade fast food, the other half sat there with no food. Staff never came to check on us, never came but to refill drinks, and did I mention how terrible the food was? Waited an hour for a refill and by the time it came out we were leaving. They honestly looked better in pics. The sauce they came with was the highlight of this plate Hot Wings: 3 STARS They weren't terrible but they also weren't great. I could have gone without them. The sauce was typical hot wing sauce but the wings themselves were a little dry. I like my wings saucy AF! Garlic Fries: 3 STARS Skinny fries with some garlic on them. Nothing too special or memorable Brussels Sprouts: 5 STARS Everyone's favorite dish by far. It's hard to screw up Brussels sprouts. The glaze was really great. To go with all this food was a glass of Rosè which was part of their happy hour menu. Oh yeah this place only serves beer and wine. They have quite a selection of beer. Simple concept, decent delivery. I was in and out after a burger (no fries included) and beer. They were all tapped out on my first order (Japanese Style Lager) but the back up Hazy IPA did the trick! I was only there for a couple minutes but the staff seemed slightly scattered but friendly. We come here almost every weekend. It's a cool place to sit outside with a big group of friends. The menu is varied with items like chicken sandwiches, fish tacos and pizza amongst other things. It all tastes like good comfort food and the variety is nice for a big group. The beer selection is large and everyone always seems to be able to find something. The service is a coin flip. Most of the time it's really good. A couple of times we've gone and it's been hard to find someone and it's taken 40 minutes for food. That's not frequent but has happened. One of my favorite places to grab a beer and good food in Glendale is We're Pouring!! I feel like often times it's one or the other but this place is great at both beer and food! I have tried almost every single thing on the menu here. The three best things on the menu in my opinion are the BBQ Chicken Pizza (which I usually don't pick), the wedge salad, and the fried pickles! Everyone that works here is great and helps recommend beer to you! Typically I will get a flight to try four different beers. I can't believe I haven't written a review up until now. We've been going to We're Pouring well before Covid, and when restaurants reopened, this is the only place we go to. Because if We're Pouring closed-- we would be LOST! They are so safe and clean, we feel incredibly comfortable there! We have our dog with us most of the time, and no matter which server we have, they are always ready with a bowl of water for her. And when you bring a dog to a restaurant, that's never expected, but always appreciated. Their beer selection is unmatched-- I check their tap list daily, and it never disappoints. This place was utterly unremarkable in its decor and ambiance, the outdoor seating was definitely just a "check in the box," and the generally felt like a place that wasn't interested in quality and experience as much as they were in it for large margins. We're Pouring is one of the single best spots to drink and munch in Glendale. It's an unassuming place, but there's so much to say: For one, if you're a beer lover, a cider lover, or a lover of sours... this is the place for you! They have so many drinks on tap, and it feels like it's constantly rotating! There's a small part of me that wishes it didn't rotate so often because once I try a beer I like, I try to have a lot of it. The more prevailing part of me enjoys trying new and different sorts of beer, so We're Pouring is perfect for my appetite in that regard. Their food is phenomenal. They have some original dishes as far as pubs go, like the knife and fork fish taco which is one of the better fish tacos you'll find yourself craving. Their other options are a bit more routine, like sliders and pizza variants, but hot damn they have perfected the pairing with their drinks - you can enjoy solo or in groups and everything will have a pleasant effect on your palette. Finally, I would say their service is top notch. Not only are they attentive to their customers but they're also attentive to one another. I just witnessed a server called over by a couple for a chat and an order while she held a tray of empty glasses, and the bartender rushed right over with a spring in his step to take her tray so that she could attend to the pair. I've never been left wanting by the service, and they're super knowledgeable about their own menu and the many beers on offer. Whenever I'm home to beautiful Southern California, I always make sure to stop by this little joint that's become one of my favorite spots in Glendale. First off, I love the ambiance...and ambiance is not a word I use often, but felt it necessary for this review. I love a place with a good booth and a good view of sports on the tele...vision, not phone. The service is great...the bartender is sweet and always had a huge smile on her face and I WISH I could remember her name, but the beers were so good and numerous that it's escaped me. Anyway, last time I was home, I came by here with a few friends and just had a heck of a time, as always. I ended up chatting with the owner, John, seemingly as always, and I just love that dude. He runs a great business and is hilarious. He's like a character from the Hobbit if it was a comedy. But I digress...the beer selection at this place is pretty epic. I think there's around 30...I only got 1/6 of those, but really loved it or at least really enjoyed them all. I then got some kind of white sauce garlic pizza bites and truffle fries and HOLY WOW I DOMINATED THE HELL OUT OF THEM. They were so damn good...especially after 1/6 of their beer menu. I've come here a couple of times and was never exceptionally impressed with either visit. What wine tasting place doesn't offer charcuterie boards and snubs their nose when you ask. Instead, I was served prefrozen garlic fries. ‍ Second visit was the last straw, a group of friends and I went to sit at the table since nobody attended to us. Ok, I get it, maybe you're busy. What I didn't expect was for the waitress to come out, hands full, and scream at us like a bratty little sister. Apparently, she said, there was a sign and we needed to wait for a table. Such a relaxed place! Go with your flip flops and joggers no one cares, or go with your fancy clothes again no one cares. The ambience is so comfy and chill, outside tables are my favourite. Great beer selection! I been here probably dozen times with friends, family, coworkers and never disappointed. I have recommended this place to many people I know and whoever came they loved it. Lots of street parking. Staff are chill as well, they don't bother you much and rush you to eat, pay and leave. So you can enjoy your food and beer with no rush. It's a very friendly place, you feel like you are sitting in your own backyard eating drinking. One of my top favourite breweries. Only one request, please clean the outside wooden tables with wet cloth. As people put beer glasses on those tables and accidentally spill beers on tables, the outside tables gets very sticky.
