I could not have asked for a better experience overall. Very nice guy, super knowledgeable, cared about doing a good job but not spending money for things that wouldn't work. Called originally for tub tile cleaning then saw he does concrete repairs. He patched up and polished up our old and run down patio. It doesn't look like new, but its so much better than I thought it could be. John was very flexible and worked and worked on the patio until he and I both thought it was as good as it could get. I called West Coast Hard Surface Restoration and John the owner came out and gave me an estimate. I decided to accept the estimate for the stripping and cleaning and sealing of my travertine floors i felt the estimate was fair and reasonable. We made an appointment for later that week and John came out on the appointed date and time and did the work. After completion of the work and later that date I called John and mentioned to him that after everything was dried I felt the floors need some additional stripping in a small area. He came out the very next day at the agreed time examined the floor and said he was not happy. He wanted to to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. We made an appointment and he came back out at the exact time agreed to and did the work at no additional charges. I must point out that the floors were in bad shape and we don't know when the travertine was last properly serviced since we just recently purchased the house. I highly recommend his services and the fact that he was prompt and came at the appointment time tells me I would not have to miss a full days work because he was here when he said he would be and did the work. We have natural stone tiles in our kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom stone was laid about nine years ago and the kitchen was laid about five years ago. Both have looked increasingly dingy and grimy and I wanted to see if I could get them cleaned before Christmas. I cannot believe the job that John did! The kitchen looks brand new.
