One bite somehow managed to satisfy my teeth, my tongue, my throat, and even my nose. It's rare to find a sandwich that engages all of your senses at once. Too often, bread is just the thing that holds the filling together. Here, it deserves equal billing. Upon entering, the store is sparse, with a small ordering counter on the right side, drink fridge in the back and a few local items for purchase on the left side. The menu offered a variety of hot and cold sandwiches. I ordered the "Grilled Chicken Pesto sandwich", off the FAVORITES sandwiches menu. It includes a hearty combo of grilled chicken breast, red bell peppers, caramelized onions, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato on a focaccia roll.
