And the acoustics in that room, with the particilar timber of her voice, just made it ear piercingly annoying . Seriously I couldn't wait to get out of there for my ears to have a rest. Management, you should tell your employees that unnecessary yapping is not a good look. Consider the customer's experience while in your establishment.

I have been here 10 times, and 8 of those times, I have had cars that arrived after me somehow jump cars in my line, because my line was slower. Not only that, but the staff members walk up the line toward the entrance, which bottlenecks their entrance/exit, creating a dangerous traffic hazard. Meanwhile, the actual drive thru has room for 15-20 cars, but mostly unused because of this method.

Conveniently, I could add those things onto other dishes if they're my preference since there's a number of toppings that cost nothing to add or accentuate. Pretty solid in my book just for that. Maybe I was supposed to figure out how to make a substitution at that point, but typically I would ask my server about what would work in its place that they have on hand. In this case it just took my payment and delivered the salad without it. I then moved to the dining area, which is entirely, completely, totally two or three tables that will accommodate two people each. There are tables outside in the covered breezeway if your party includes three or more people I guess. There are people working in the facility, but they are very back of house, not gonna talk to you employees. When my food was ready a guy took it from the machine, placed it on the pickup counter, called out my name, then returned backstage. The lamb/gyro bowl has usually been solid since the meat has been good. The chicken pita the meat was pretty dry unfortunately so we've ventured away from that one. I liked the mediterranean bowl for the crispy chickpeas. It'd usually be a lot of lettuce and rice though and not enough of the other veggies. There's different inconsistencies with the food and what you get on that end balance wise. Adding veggies or just the regular included veggies would not amount to much, but feels worse so if it's a cost. We've also gotten the sauce and fries on the side since usually the fries wouldn't be worth it delivery wise, and the sauce on the side makes things easier to control.

It's not the real fresh ground beef flavor kind but it was good enough. I still added a little salt and pepper. I liked that it was the right size for me and my hubs to share and try. We also had onion rings which were ok and garlic fries to share. The garlic fries were a little oily though but good. Had to add a little salt to it though. We also had their shakes. They used Dryers ice cream so I opted to have cookies and cream. Very good and nice and thick. Was happy they don't charge for extra for ranch sauce. The staff was helpful and friendly.
