This moving company and could not be more impressed. They called me the morning of the move to give me an exact time of there arrival (company gives an one hour window). They showed up on time and began to work right away. They wrapped everything and moved it all with care. A lot better than I could ever expect my friends to do it. They moved items with care and wrapped them incredibly well. I could not be more impressed. They are truly a company I highly recommend people use them. They had me inspect the items and then inspect their truck when they were done. I am truly impressed and recommend them to anyone. The picture below is how nicely packed all of my items were. Took them exactly four hours to move everything from one place to another. I gladly paid it because I'd be still moving if I had to get my friends to do it.

I also discovered that Beatrice and Jaime are a husband and wife team who run the business! JC Moving has pretty flexible schedules and very competitive rates for the area. Beatrice will always reconfirm your move a day or two before and provide you with arrival time and the movers names. On the day of the movers always arrive a little early and are truly at your disposal. If you need more packed or unpacked than expected they'll gladly help. If you need to stop at goodwill they'll do it. I've also received tons of moving tips such as how to best pack your boxes and prepare for your movers so that they can do the job as quickly and safely for you as possible. They also provide fun conversation! Other companies will quote you one price but after it is all done, will charge you more, and it is always more, they never surprise you with less. But this company always keeps to their word which i appreciate. I use them for my personal moves and for my business. Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
