If it's possible to give this practice 5000 stars I would. I have been bringing my minpin Lucy to this clinic since moving to this area 8 years ago. They have always been there to provide all of my Lucys health and well being services. Eve is one of the most helpful compassionate souls I have ever met. She has always handled Lucy with extreme care and love. Lucy crossed the rainbow bridge today at 16 years 7 months of age. She was blind, deaf and had several seizures over the last year and today the decision was made to help.her cross over. Dr Nicole Beasley handled the euthanasia with care and a very gentle touch with Eve assisting. I would highly recommend this practice to any pet owner far and near. Felicia followed up with handling selection of an urn and how to letter it. I have had pets, dogs and cats my whole life and this team is the best group of folks I've ever know. Thank you for the love, comfort and support you have shown my family and Lucy. Please stay well and know that my entire family loves you all!!!

We love our vet and all the staff and we love how they spoil us!

I boarded my two cats here. They seemed to have received excellent care. No complaints when they returned home. Reasonable boarding prices.

The owner Brandon acted like he was doing us a favor by boarding the dogs that was created from their negligence. Their insurance said they won't cover the damages. That's all you need to know about this dump. We are suing them.

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS…read more I want to start the review off by saying that I had taken my dog to The Dog House for more than two years before this most recent experience. They would reach out if the food ran out or anything happened to my dog. However, the business has greatly dropped off over the past year. Since I was going to be gone for 2 weeks, I wanted to ensure my dog was able to go outside so I elected to pay the extra money so my dog could go outside. However, THIS WAS A MISTAKE and I couldn't believe what I saw when I picked my dog up. She had bite and scratch marks all over her face and body, in addition to dried blood in many areas. I asked the owner (Brandon) if anyone was watching the animals while they were outside and he said someone SHOULD HAVE been outside but couldn't confirm. Why would someone pay for their dogs to be let outside and not be supervised? My dog also "ran out of food" even though I packed extra bags. I even picked up my dog EARLY and they couldn't tell me when my dog had be fed last but swore we had enough good. However, they couldn't find any of the extra bags I packed. On top of all this, they improperly had their costs listed on their google site, which the owner (Brandon) said he would correct. Unfortunately, it took me submitting a complaint to my credit card company before he finally addressed the overcharge. After all this, the owner offered to give my dog the bath that I had initially asked for but I would NEVER leave my animal in their care again so I politely declined. In summary, The Dog House failed to deliver on every aspect of their business and I would never recommend to anyone who cares about their pet's safety.

After over 30 calls to different pet boarding facilities and All saying " sorry,we are completely booked for the Thanksgiving holiday" Guided Footsteps Canine Camp came to my rescues! I will be fully transparent I am very protective of my fur babies so was a bit hesitant at first as I was only use to one specific boarding school to watch them however there was only room for my feline at that facility and not my canine. So unfortunately they were going to be separated. Alicia from Guided Footsteps was so thorough with her processes, very informative, communication remained consistent. To add, Alicia had A-1 review ratings, testimonials on google and her official website. Once o was able to get all my questions answered and agree to boarding, Alicia sent all her paper work electronically to review and sign off on. Very easy confident process. She also gives you an itemized break down of your daily charges for you to review before confirming the booking. There was no pressure, no fine print, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward. Alicia also has 5 fur babies of her own in which one happens to be a black lab name Buddy who looked like a twin to my black lab Onyx which was very cool! Onyx gained 5 new besties and I can tell he missed them. Alicia sent us daily updates and attached photos of Onyx playing or relaxing. She sent us the absolute cutest thanksgiving photo I'll post with this review. Alicia's proactiveness and communication brought my family and I lots of comforts knowing our Onyx was in great hands! I absolutely do plan to utilize Alicia's services in the future. She has been a true blessing and nothing but amazing! I highly recommend Guided Footsteps Canine Camp!

Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.

Our dog, Theo, needs consistent levels of activity in his schedule or he can start to get bored (and sometime destructive). While we do lots of walks and dog park trips, we felt like a weekly doggy daycare visit would help him blow off some steam, give him some socialization with new dogs and people, and relieve our schedules a bit. We're also big believers that regular exercise is some of the best "training" you can do for a dog - dogs with too much energy seem much more likely to get into trouble. So why Dog River Retreat? It's by far the best option out there in terms of providing supervision, allowing dogs to be dogs in large outdoor grassy spaces, and it's convenient. When I started my doggy daycare research, I found that most options in the city were overcrowded, loud, and mostly concrete. That environment didn't seem like a good fit for a sensitive rescue dog like ours, and feels potentially dangerous (I wasn't surprised to read reviews of dogs getting hurt or coming home with cuts and scrapes). Dog River Retreat felt like the opposite, with lots of space to spread out, sniff, and opt in or out of group play. I was so happy to find an option with spacious, natural outdoor space - if your dog loves going to dog parks, this is the right place. While not physically located in the city of Atlanta, Cruise does regular pick-ups and drop-offs in the city for no extra charge - hard to beat door-to-door service! Cruise is really great with the dogs and an excellent communicator, texting us when he's 10-15 minutes out (or he's also fine with using a lockbox key if you're not home during pick up or drop off). He also provides us with photo and video updates, and Theo always looks like he's having the best time. Typically, he's gone from about 8am and back by around 3pm - he comes home happy and almost immediately climbs into bed and passes out for the rest of the day. The price is consistent with any of the other options in the city and feels well worth it. Thank you Cruise for providing a safe and fun outlet for our city dog!

I've been bringing Luna and Charlie to dog River Retreat for a couple weeks now and they Love it! I…read moredrop them off and pick them up myself since I live in Whitesburg/Carrollton area. They LOVE being outdoors and the exercise is so good for them. We've tried other doggy "day care" places and they don't get to be outdoors enough at the other places. I will be using them for overnight boarding as well.
