If Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth, Wade's is the happiest place where things go boom. I…read morewalked in expecting a normal shooting range experience and instead found the friendliest, most safety‑obsessed staff this side of an FAA control tower. These folks don't just remind you about safety -- they radiate it. I have seen them intervening to help people with everything from inproper stance to improper firearm holding handling to keep the more Inexperienced from hurting themselves. (Even stopped some guy that resembled me from pinching my er i mean their thumb in the hammer once. The gun selection? Unreal. They've got everything from adorable little .22 pistols -- basically the BB gun's slightly more confident cousin -- all the way up to the 50mm Israeli Desert Eagle, a firearm so powerful it should come with its own chiropractor. You can only shoot that beast with staff present, which is fair, because it's less "pistol" and more "portable cannon." The beauty is that you can rent any or all of these for a very reasonable price/ rate And the rifles? Too many to list. If it has a barrel and goes bang, Wade's probably has it. I half expected to see a musket from the Revolutionary War and a 40 watt plasma rifle sitting side by side with a big man in a leather jacket with an Austrian accent asking about it. Between the top‑tier safety, the shockingly friendly staff, and the arsenal that looks like it was curated for the Terminator to protect John Connor and the Smithsonian at the same time, , Wade's is easily a five‑star experience. Whether you're a beginner, a pro, or someone who just wants to feel like an action hero for 30 minutes, this place delivers. Highly recommend. Just don't skip arm day before trying the Desert Eagle. To quote the Austrian guy " I'll Be Bock"

I had only ever shot handguns before and was…read morelooking forward to actually shooting a 12 ga. shotgun I had purchased over a decade ago and never shot. The first two hours were spent in the classroom with information presented on gun/range safety, types of shells, patterning, etc. The instructor was ex-military and had SWAT and ballistics experience, and it was evident he knew what he was doing/talking about. He also took questions throughout and provided thoughtful answers. We spent a fair amount of time on how to disassemble our guns and clean/oil them. The instructor and another fellow helped everyone with this. We went to the range for approximately the last hour of class and were shown how to load ammo and hold our guns (along with more range safety training). We shot several dummy rounds before starting the live fire rounds at paper targets (both single and quick succession firing). Then back to class for a wrap-up/survey (I left a very brief survey page, but expounding on it here). My personal objective for attending the class (I am a female, by the way), was familiarization with my gun (how it works, proper way to hold it, ammo selection (which type for which use, as there are so many kinds/sizes), cleaning/disassembly, how it feels to shoot it, safe handling, etc.) These objectives were all met, and while I definitely need to work on my stance and aim so I'm actually doing what the instructor said to do and not just trying to do it, I feel so much more comfortable now with that gun than before the class. Night and day difference. The class was definitely money well spent. The only nitpick I have is that we were required to purchase 60 rounds of ammo (20 00, 20 #4, and 20 slugs. After shooting the dummy rounds, we only had time to shoot 10 live shots, so I have 50 expensive rounds left. I don't know if/when I will ever shoot that gun again, so ??? I probably should try to make some time to practice, as an hour plus of loading/shooting training for a brand new long gun shooter isn't enough time for any degree of proficiency, but I think requiring 5 rounds (or max 10), of each type of ammo would be better (not 20!) or extend the shooting time and add a short break to shoot more. All in all, an excellent class and instructor, and I definitely recommend it for anyone new to pump shotgun shooting. Cheers!

I brought the gold membership. It is a bit costly but I would say it worth the price if you come regularly. It's also a great option for me as it includes the rental fees and I'd like to try different guns each time. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. One small thing to mention: They do provide shotguns for rental but the only standard option is KS7, which is cool if it's not jamming. I went to rent it twice and it both jammed. Staffs are nice as they switched Benelli M4 to me which was intended to be a "premium" rental. Would be nicer if they also provide 590/870/any other pump-action shotguns as standard options in the future. Apart from that, there's nothing I can complain. There was a time I went to the range with a friend who's shooting for the first time. Chris was very helpful and provides my friend with a quick but through intro and some other helps. For the shop: Great service. There's a young staff who is really friendly and helpful. No one would push you to make decisions here (which I like it) but you can always find helps if needed.
