The rep was extremely rude and stated "what kind of earnings is a 5 year going to have?" in a rude and judgmental tone. He then started reading "policy" and stated must be bc she is under 6 which has literally nothing to do with the letter I received. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to let me saying he gave me the answer and I can come into to the office. He refused to allow me to even speak or tell him what specifically the letter states bc he continued to cut me off as I was talking. He then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again before answering. I will report this to corporate office. Who employs these incompetent people?

More importantly, I was surprised how efficiently from start to finish I was able to complete the process in less than 30-40 minutes. Particularly during what appeared to be a mad lunch dash of customers. This is a DMV location to consider if you're short of time.
