This place is extremely unprofessional. I have tried them three times now with appointments and all three times they have been late 20-30 minutes. Today at least they "attempted" to call and inform me they were running late by calling FIVE MINUTES before the appointment time. Don't waste your time here. read more

Walked- in early morning but I'll never do that again. My pedicure was not bad but durning my manicure the lady adds acetone to the polish and it completely changed the color of the polish. She kept painting my nails and even charged me full price. read more

I came in 30 minutes before closing time and they happily took me. They did a wonderful pedicure and gel mani and did not rush at all. If you go to most places before closing time, they just wanna get you out of there. The staff was so sweet and really paid attention to details. Will be coming here again!! read more

I must have had a different technician than the other reviewers. They were very nice so I really wanted to love them...but it was an awful manicure and took a really long time. Also hurt a bit with sharp instrument. I had to remove the polish when I got home. read more

Walked in for a gel mani and regular pedi ($53). The place is fairly dirty and not well maintained. The prices high considering the quality of service and products. The nail tech barely spoke/understood English and she was pretty rough. The pedi massage was painful too, and overall not a relaxing pampered experience. read more

I never get my nails done. They were really nice. I got a manicure/pedicure. It's a friendly place with great pricing. Convenient location. Places to eat nearby. I got my nails done while I was waiting on my oil change. My girlfriend got a manicure/pedicure as well. read more

Where do I even start... If I had one word for this place is would be GROSS. Took my 6 year old daughter so we could both get pedicures and boy do I regret it. The place is very dirty, I felt uncomfortable sitting in the chairs. When they turned on the water for our feet there was dirt and debris floating all around. The woman working on my daughters toes was an actual mess. She was in and out of the salon, rushed on my daughter, was very rough to the point where my 6 year old kept yelling ouch. After her THREE minute pedicure the nail tech went back to " sit in her car" she says. My daughter began to cry because her nails looked so bad. There was polish all over her toes. We had to ask to have them redone. We decided to just ask for the same style on both of our toes to make it easy. Not only am I upset with my daughters pedicure but my pedicure was a mess as well. Very unhappy and will not be returning. read more

Great nail salon. Both myself and husband have been going to get our nails done for a few years now and very happy with the services and staff members. I was potentially a new customer at Weston Nails. I initially spoke on the phone with Karen & made an appointment, at which Karen agreed to discuss enhancement options with me so I could decide what to have done. When I came to the salon for the appointment I was completely ignored by the two girls on the floor, one busy on a personal cell phone call, the other curled up in a chair performing some procedure to her own toe nails. Eventually the girl on the phone paused her conversation to ask if she could help. I gave my name and informed her I was here for an appointment; she looked in the appointment book and said "Yes, it's here." and proceeded with her phone conversation and continued to ignore me. Not knowing exactly what that meant or what I was to do next, I stood at the front desk and continued to be ignored by both until the girl engrossed with her toenails looked up and said I should take a seat pointing vaguely. I had to ask twice where exactly she was directing me to sit, while she continued administering to her own toenails. Eventually I disturbed her self-pedicure asking for Karen and was told that she was not in but someone else would provide my service but they were in the back doing a customer's eyebrows. While the 2 girls continued about their personal business, I was not given any indication as to how long before I could expect service, or as to whether the technician assigned to me even knew that I was there. While I have no issues waiting for a technician to finish up with another customer, I do expect a basic level of communication and customer service from the staff and to be made to feel somewhat welcome; whereas I received absolutely none of this. I actually felt that I was a big bother to be disturbing the personal phone call on the one hand and the personal pedicure on the other and wondered if the place was actually open for business or not. I felt that if this is the basic reception, I would hate to stay to find out what the actual service I came for would be like, and decided it best for me to leave at that time. So a customer lost for Weston Nails, but sadly I somehow feel that nobody really cares. I ended up going to By The Strand down the road where I was made to feel totally welcome from the get go, and received awesome service. It certainly worked out for the best for me. I hope however that this note helps Weston Nails to become aware of what is happening at their salon, giving them an opportunity to address the relevant issues. read more

I'm not familiar with the Weston area but I found myself here with some time to kill so I decided to get a manicure. After seeing their reviews here on Yelp I decided to go thinking it would be great. I was wrong. The girl doing my nails was very nice but didn't seem to really know what she was doing. She didn't clean the cuticles around my nails very well and they are so sharp I could cut someone. Then I had to pick three different colors because the bottles were empty. Finally I left with nothing but a base coat to find another salon with more color options AND they still charged me as if they had done full service. I get to another salon and the lady asked if I wanted a manicure. When I told her I literally just came from somewhere else she made a face and started fixing them for me. I find this a very nice place to do your nails with many options. Other salons don't offer the gel polish or other specialized techniques which is what I like about this place. They all knowledgable and patient with you. Most of the times, if no always, I can call to make an appointment the same day and they can accommodate me, which is very convenient. Also, Weston area is expensive, but the prices here are more affordable than others which is also a plus! read more

New owner, newly redecorated, new pedicure massage chairs ! So very happy to have found this salon. My pink and white gel nails look sooo natural and always look beautiful ! The pedicures last for weeks! Very professional nail techs and always a very nice experience. I love Jenny!!!! Her nails get me tons of compliments. I get my nails done elsewhere every other week and have never had such a poor manacure. My cuticles were clipped to the point of bleeding and my pedicure had smudges I had to fix myself. My nails were obliterated. I had my husband come along as we were on vacation here and his manicure was terrible. They didn't buff either of our nails and when I requested it for him, I was told it was extra...he didn't get polish, so why extra? 35 for a man's manicure and pedicure with no polish where they don't even buff is ridiculous. My gelish manicure won't last as the gentleman manicurist didn't use an appropriate light. Overall $93 for bleeding cuticles and terrible nails. read more

I made an appointment to come here yesterday which was my birthday. Another woman came in right before me with no appointment and they basically sent her away telling her minimum 30 minute wait. I waited nearly 30 minutes with an appointment and eventually walked out. My birthday dinner was almost ruined as now I was running late. The manager and staff could not have cared less. I used to love this salon under the original ownership. This place has totally gone down hill. I ended up walking into a White Orchid up the street with no appointment. I got one great mani pedi. The place was clean and beautiful with plenty of staff ready to serve walk ins. DO NOT visit Weston Nails! read more

Absolute worst service I've ever gotten. This guy (who looks like the owner) does my French acrylic and I ask for it to be thin and natural looking. He said don't come back to me if it breaks. Isn't it your job to make them look natural?! If I wanted blocks on my fingers I would've gone to freaking LegoLand. He paints the pink over the white and 1 day later it turns yellow. So I come back to him to fix it and he said that's what you get for picking acrylic. Your products are cheap and your service is disgusting. Stop making excuses for your poor quality products and do what your paid to do. While he's finishing my nails he's commenting about how uneven my last nail tech did them and what a horrible job they did. So I told him he was my last nail tech and he made them look like that. I have never had so poor manicure!!!! They charged me 45 for regular pedicure plus 10 to take away my gel polish and my gelish manicure won't last more than a few days. NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!! 95 for mani and pedi even with gel its expensive. read more
