Can you tell me why da eff I was tasked with this? It was either come here and try my luck and get the hole plugged up or drive to La Guardia and heck no I am not going to La Guardia. In any case, the attendants here were great and fixed the hole in no time and got me on my way. And they were pleasant, nice and had a good sense of humor. We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to.
