I waited in line for 50 minutes, then when I got in the bay the attendent went on a 30 minute luch break leaving me sitting in the bay with the garage door closed so I couldn't leave, I told the attendant in the bay next to me to open the door, I got out and told the attendant to open the door, he just look at me so I openned it myself and he told me I can't do that, the manager came over and told me he would change my oil, he did, took him 20 minutes with the help of the attendaent that returned from lunch. I paid my $127 and I left after almost two hours of my time, and I won't go back
