This is top notch service here. You do not want to go anywhere else after you've experience this kind of friendly, expertise, and incredibly low rates to get your computer fix. Here is my story~ Three months ago, my brand new gaming computer desktop crashed. shut down by it self and went blank. I did system recovery and everything to get it back up again (I know the basics of computer). Feeling quite satisfy with myself, I then boot the computer and downloaded my games. During the installation, I kept receiving errors messages. Something about direct X error code, my standard VGA in device manager was marked, and many other issues. I thought it was a driver software program so I went out of my way from calling the customer service but they told me that it was just software problems and it can be updated and fix through the phone. I strongly disagree and ask to send my computer in for a check up and repair because it was still under warranty. Customer service then told me that if i sent it in and the computer still boot up perfectly fine, then they will automatically send it back without even checking if anything is wrong with it internally. Frustrated, I went ahead and bought this $30 software that helps me automatically update drivers. After I ran a scan and installed the proper drivers, I still could not play my games. I found Weyant~ As a last resort, I doubtfully called Weyant and explained to them my situation. On the same day, I was able to bring in my computer and have it fix. When I brought it in a man named Vincent was there to help me take the heavy computer into his house and assure me that he can help me resolve the issue. While I was school, Vincent kept me updated with his diagnosis through emails and treated my computer very mindfully and gently (he called me to ask if he could empty my recycling bin). After several hours of taking out individual components of the computer to test it against his, he finally found the "culprit". One of my duo graphic card was broken! BUT the service did not end there. Vincent continued to research about my graphics card and its warranty information. He provided me with a website to get it replace because it has a lifetime warranty. Even though its missing one graphic card, Vincent never the less made it work again by switching the primary graphic card to the other duo one. He explained to me that I could still play games but my graphics wont be as good on screen because its still missing its partner. At the end of the day, Vincent charged me $40 dollars for the service. $40 dollars!!!! That's usually just for diagnostic. I felt like the work was above and beyond its worth so I gave an extra $10 as my way of showing gratitude. IN CONCLUSION. Weyant is fast, friendly, and is very genuine about their good work ethics. I definitely recommend you, your friends, and your families to come to weyant if you ever needed computer technical help. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here. read more

I am an Office Manager at an OB/GYN office in Oxnard CA. The office has been looking into upgrading our computer systems and possibly adding a server system for information storage. I was very impressed with Michael's knowledge and ability to explain the technical aspects of what we needed in a matter that I could understand (absolutely no technical background). I have contacted other IT companies and found them all lacking in friendliness, and sheer willingness to help and give an honest estimate of what choices are available for cost effectiveness. Michael and his staff were able to diagnose the problem with my PC within thirty minutes (bad sectors in my hard drive, which needed to be replaced) after I dropped off the tower while I could not determine the problem through almost two weeks of tinkering for several hours a day. I took in an external hard drive that was not functioning. The error I received indicated that the drive needed to be reformated and I would lose all data on the drive. Michael took a look at it and didn't seem to think I would have a happy outcome. I hung out and chatted with the guys of Weyant for a couple hours while they worked, good guys. Took my Toshiba Satellite because it randomly rebooted. Previously sent to Toshiba who said they fixed it and yes it worked for about a week and again started then increased frequency of reboots. Over the last couple of years I have purchased 2 desktop computers from Weyant Enterprises and they are the best computers I have ever had. And I think I started using personal computer in i believe 1998. I have one for both myself and my wife and we have had zero degradation on the speed and zero corruption issues. I did have one small problem with my speakers and they took care of it right away. Cannot recommend them enough.
