Went for a quick drink before grocery shopping. However, wait time was a little long but friendly staff warned us beforehand White chocolate mocha with almond milk was very good!

Jamboree Juices is located inside of Whole Foods market in Tustin. Sometimes I like to enjoy smoothies as dinner replacements, so it seemed like perfect timing to check out Jamboree Juices since my Chase Freedom account is giving me 5% cash back for Wholefoods. Covid Safety - Staff is wearing face masks and gloves. Plexi glass at the cashier. 6 feet distancing markers by Whole Foods. All customers also must wear face masks to enter Whole Foods. I was trying to be time efficient so I put in my order as I entered the market, so I could grab my groceries while they make my smoothie. I ordered a 24 oz Amazon Berry ($7). I picked this one since it has acai sorbet, blueberries, bananas and apple juice so I liked the antioxidants and flavor combination. So I quickly shop for my kombucha in the main market, and when I came back... my drink was not ready? So confused. When I inquired about it, the staff said someone else must have taken my drink... Whaaattttt!?!?! The staff was apologetic and offered to remake my smoothie. They even gave me some of the other idiot's order to compensate for my time loss. The idiots who took my drink had bad taste and it didn't taste as good as my selection. The color was also wayyyyy off so they must be colorblind on top of being stupid. Nevertheless I felt like staff handled the situation well and tried to quickly solve the issue. I enjoyed my Amazon Berry smoothie and would definitely come back for more the next time I feel like skipping meals for smoothies. It's a pricey habit...

This place is great. All of the employees that I've encountered were so nice. The sandwich options are so great and the smoothies hit the spot. They have a wide variety of fruit and veggies to choose from. Sandwiches range from $7-$12 and smoothies are about $7-$10.

    16 oz strawberry smoothie ($5)

Your standard smoothie establishment offering a good selection of smoothies, juices, coffee and tea. What I liked immediately about this place is their sizing and price point. I want to say the smoothie here is something you can probably make at home with a blender. The ingredients are pretty basic: various fruit + a milk alternative base. I did not see many meal replacement options. Also they advertise a seasonal smoothie but they said they ran out of a particular fruit (which is ironic since they are inside a Whole Foods). This is definitely a convenient stop for a smoothie/juice but it's nothing out of the ordinary.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. This juice bar is located on the left side of the entrance across from the Fresh Squeezed Juice Bar and Coffee Drinks. This juice bar uses organic fruits and vegetables. This is definitely the place to come if your on a JUICE diet, or just looking to drink or consume something healthy. ATTENTION ALL...this is not a JAMBA JUICE or a ROBEKS JUICE or a JUICE IT UP type of business. Everything here is purely from organic fruits and vegetables. NO ICE CREAM. NO YOGURT. none of that Here are a couple of things that they have on the menu: -apple -beet -garlic -celery -zucchini -cabbage -parsley -spinach -bell pepper -chard -ginger -lemon -kale -cucumber -tomato -wheatgrass shots -carrot -apples -orange -grapefruit -pineapple -etc... Basically, you can mix and match ANY FRUIT and ANY VEGETABLES to create your own masterpiece A large juice size goes for around $8-$9 and a regular juice size goes for about $5-$6. Yah it might be a little bit more expensive, but TRUST ME, those extra dollars are worth it because everything that goes inside your body is fresh and organic. For any of those who are dieting, or looking to slim down for the summer time...THIS IS A VERY GUUD AND GREAT PLACE TO VISIT! In addition, a lot of the drinks and ingredients that they have are GUUD for cleansing your body AKA detoxing. My absolute favorite juice is the DR OZ GREEN (apple, spinach, cucumber, celery, parsley, lemon, lime, ginger) ....yah it sounds digusting, but TRUST ME, the description is no where close to the how it taste. I began off as a person who was not a big fan of raw vegetables, I was basically a "hater" ...but after I went on a detox and started learning about nutrition, this place HAS BEEN MY HEAVEN. If this juice location can put a 180 degree turn on me, changing me from raw veggie/fruit hater to raw veggie/fruit lover...THE SAME CAN GO FOR YOU AS WELL! After consistently coming here...I can truly say that I am feeling better, looking better, and feeling more energetic than I have ever felt before. On another note, if you are at this location...look for the buff asian-like guy working behind the counter. His name is IAN. He noticeable because hes one of the buffer guys that works there and the only person that wears his name tag on his shirt sleeves -_____- Anywho, this dude juices the best and I will ONLY allow him to make my juices. He's simply the best and knows how to blend, mix and match, and which order of vegetables and fruits to throw in the blender...so yah my recommendation...allow IAN to make your juice WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK and FOREVER A FAN OF THIS JUICE BAR. I can honestly say GUUD BYE to JAMBA JUICE/ROBEKS/ JUICE IT UP why? CUZ HEALTHY IS JUST SO MUCH BETTER! UNTIL THEN!! ^-^

The green Dr. Oz juice ... not worth the hassle ... I won't be back!

This place sucks butt. No seriously they really do suck. Let me start off by saying I'm not a juice health fanatic ... but yesterday I was at Whole Foods for $1 Taco Tuesday for lunch (don't judge me) As I was leaving I saw the juice bar by the exit and thought oh cool I'll get myself a juice to offset the 3 tacos I just gobbled down ... It's around 2pm so there was nobody in line or waiting for a drink. I walk up to the counter and this young snarky wannabe hipster kid just looks at me. No "Hello" ... No "What can I get you" ... Nothing just a blank stare. So I proceed to greet him ... Hi there! It's my 1st time here and I'm a newbie at juices ... can you help me choose something that's not super sweet and does not have berries in it. I could not believe the look on this guys face, it was like "I can't believe you don't know what you want to order" ... He looked like my question was a huge annoyance to his day. Did I mention there were no other customers in line but me? He proceeds to recommend the green Dr. Oz to me saying its the most popular drink. So I ask him "Oh ok, what's in it?" To which his reply was pointing to the board behind him. I smiled and told him "I left my glasses in the car and can't see the board to well can you just tell me." So he rattled off some ingredients with the biggest attitude. At that point I should have just said no thanks and walked away. Instead I said that's fine I'll take a small one of those. The grand total for this drink with a side of BS attitude was $6.95. I know this is Whole Foods so $7 for a small juice is probably normal, but the crappy attitude that came along with this employee was a joke. How was the drink you ask? It was ok but the attitude of the employee left such a sour taste in my mouth, even if the drink was the best juice I've ever tasted I wouldn't come back. Also there were 2 other girls working during the same time as the young man. So 3 people working the juice bar total and check out the dirty counter space and drinks being just left out ... I took these pictures while I waited about 20 minutes to get my $7 juice. Never again.

The good stuff, My breakfast OC crush juice! :)

I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

The location is small and they recently took out the interior tables too. They haven't changed their overall look in a while, which is somewhat comforting. I'm actually reviewing this for the Earl Grey Milk Tea but here is my all go-to's. Karate Chicken - 5 Star- If I'm even the slightest bit hungry we get an order. We've gone with #2 spice for years, very good heat that builds slowly. Crunchy, juicy and actually seasoned, this is what I compare other "popcorn" chicken to. Watermelon Heaven - 5 Star - This is a seasonal drink but they use fresh watermelon blended with ice for an amazing slushie. I get it "1/2 Sweet" when I order. iI's the best drink for hot weather. Black Iced Tea - 3 Star - I'm particular about the types of black tea that I consider good. The stronger the better, so Tastea black tea is on the light side for me. Earl Grey Milk Tea - 5 Star - I'm not sure if this is in their rotation but it just became my new favorite. The Earl Grey flavor is very forward and the non dairy creamer as the standard was perfect. .

However, after this last experience, I am sad to say I will no longer be a customer for this establishment. The service is friendly and quick, so while I appreciate that, I do not appreciate the changes they have made with drink customizations. As someone that is unable to drink cold stuff (iced) due to health reasons, I always ask for no ice so I would be able to enjoy the drink immediately, as opposed to having to wait until it becomes room temperature. If I'm already paying $7.80 for a 32oz, should I not be entitled to tea totalling 32oz? Apparently not. Please refer to my photo for what I received. The cup was basically 1/4 empty- considering the top is wider than the bottom. Tastea used to be able to accommodate no ice without an extra surcharge, so I suppose this is shrinkflation at its finest. Why should I need to pay $0.50-0.80 more for my drink to be filled where it's supposed to be filled? I'm already paying $7.80 for the tea! $7.80/32oz = $0.24/oz. I am sure my drink is missing more than just 2oz of tea. I will no longer be a customer.

I don't like bubble tea but to honor her request to get these cute little magnets we went out of our way to get some tea yesterday. When we arrived, there was a sign in the window showing the promo - NO WHERE STATING YOU HAD TO PLACE IN PERSON ORDER RATHER THAN APP. So out of convenience, although there was hardly a line when we arrived, we ordered two orders of two drinks via the app. We waited over 30 mins for those drinks. To our regrettable surprise, the girl who handed us the drinks said the magnets were only included in the orders placed in person. We said no one said that nor was it advertised anywhere otherwise we would have placed in person. WHAT DOES IT MATTER REGARDLESS? MONEY IS MONEY AND EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT IN PERSON TO PU. We asked for the magnets since we didn't know. THEY COLDLY DECLINED GIVIBG US TWO MAGNETS WHICH PROBABLY COST THEM $0.10 Each BUT COST US $25 + OVER 30 Mins AND RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S EXCITEMENT AND JOY OF RECEIVING THE WORLD CUP MAGNETS. How cold and disrespectful. First of all - very misleading and doesn't even make sense. We would never have made that trip if it weren't for that promo and you couldn't even give us two magnets? Ridiculous. While I appreciate the business manager feedback, the appropriate response would be "we apologize for the lack of communication - please come by to receive two magnets".
