Decent burgers, super slow service, no matter what time of day or night you go. You will always have to wait to have your order taken and food to be delivered. Drive thru can be a nightmare if you go around lunch time, so unless you are starving, just don't even try that catastrophe. They are one of the few places that are opened 24 hours so that is a plus. I did give them 3 stars because I absolutely love their fries and hot ketchup. Every now and again I will get lucky and get a good burger, I go mainly for the fries but will get a regular cheeseburger on occasion. Staff is hit and miss here. Seems to have a super high turnover rate. Never actually been inside here, so I can't tell you about the cleanliness or ample seating is available. read more

As always Whataburger's food was excellent, what really caught my attention was the staff. Everyone was extremely clean and presentable. Being a Sunday night it wasn't too busy, just myself and two other people. They made me feel as if I was at a sit down restaurant and not just a fast food place. From the person behind the counter to the cook that appears to be the manager came around to everyone asking if they needed anything and now the workers are cleaning all the tables. my experience at this whataburger was anything but pleasant. my boyfriend and i stopped here on our way home from vacation, hoping to catch a quick bite before heading back on the road...but no. i walk in and up to the register and the only girl who was taking orders walks away and starts cleaning tables. multiple other people filed in behind me, waiting to order their food. finally after about 5 minutes of standing there, she comes back. she takes my order, barely looking at me or giving me a smile. i go sit down at a booth to wait for my food. my boyfriend and i sat there for 45 minutes before getting our food. i almost went up and asked for a refund. it was ridiculous. the service was not good whatsoever. the food was average and definitely not worth the wait, especially since we still had 9 hours of driving ahead of us. i do not recommend this whataburger. read more

Is it healthy...nope, but is it good....heck yeah! I do not have a Whataburger where I live so it is a treat for me, but I am always pleased when I stop in one. I pulled into this location at 1:30am and fully acknowledged that it was late, but they are supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant so I didn't think it was going to be bad. I waited over 15 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to place orders. This was mainly due to the person working the drive thru that would ask people to wait before they would accept an order. Over 45 minutes later I pulled out of the drive thru without any food because the person two cars up still didn't have their food. I'm just sad that I sat there so long that my other food options closed. First of all, let me explain that we were traveling through the area. Specifically looking for a Whataburger on the way back to Illinois from Florida because we really liked the food received at other locations in previous years. I talked up the restaurant to my family who also stopped behind us to eat it, ONLY to be extremely unhappy and with cold food. The lobby being closed completely slows down any "fast food service". Secondly, the 45-50 minute wait in line before ordering food and only having 5 cars ahead of us was insane. Thirdly, the employee once at the menu to order took awhile to greet me and was not friendly by any means. Once the food was ordered we waited another 15-20 minutes to get to the window to pay/receive order. Then got our drinks and were told to pull forward to wait for the rest of our meal. So this makes me think, they are"obviously" busy and everything is being made fresh!!! Well that was a LIE. Once we received the food, my wife's order was inaccurate she asked for mustard and Mayo on her cheese burger and got nothing on it. Mine, my wife's, and friends in the vehicle food was COLD. The cheese was not even melted. Same with my family's vehicle behind us. Their food was cold. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Whataburger. I have been to locations in San Antonio Texas where they were much busier than this one and is Destin Florida, again much busier. This location should truthfully shut down if it can't keep up. I know we were not the only ones unhappy with our experience as I talked to other that had waited. Also, once our food was received the employee ran back inside and we couldn't get ahold of anyone to get it corrected. There was no way I was waiting in like again for 50 minutes. I don't what a free meal for completing this. I'd rather have my 47.00 back I spent on the crap service we got and crap food. read more

By far the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've been to in memory. I am a driver for DoorDash, which means the order I'm picking up was placed ahead of time. However, it defeats the purpose of calling in your order if they don't start processing it until you get there; that is, after you've waited in line as well. I've never had Whataburger before but this was a terrible experience. They only had 1 register of 3 open and the woman taking orders was constantly having to get help from the manager. I was in line for at least 7 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Once I ordered, I went to get my drink. The sweet tea urn was completely empty, the coca cola was out, and the coke zero tasted disgusting. My grilled chicken sandwich was decent but even with avocado added to it, it still had little flavor. The fries were awesome though! Burgers have no taste seems to have been sitting in a water bath however shakes are ok.

Upon arriving we had to wait at least 3 minutes for our order to be taken. When we received our burgers they were wrong. We sent them back and after waiting about 5 minutes they got our order wrong again. Being raised eating Whataburgers (I'm 51) I have to say this was the worst experience ever. read more
