Horrible. Service is so slow. They don't know what they are doing . They had to come to window twice and ask what we ordered.

Went through the drive through expecting to order some food and a gift card. However, when I tried to pay they charged my card twice and said it didn't go through. Then they forgot to give us our food for 10 minutes. This was the worst fast food experience of my life. read more

When this place first opened it rocked "BUT" since then I have seen it steadly decline. I get the COVID thing, I think we can all relate to that and that all restaurants have had to make adjusments to survive. Let me say that when first pulling up to place an order you can see that the line is long - both lanes are full, you assume they are busy but then you catch a glimpse of the double line across the way at ChickfilA and the lines are moving - I mean moving. Orders are being taken and customer service is at it's best - not here. You'll be stuck in line for at least a good 10 min if not more waiting for orders to be filled and cross you fingers that your order that you had to repeat at least 3 time comes out correctly! I made a complaint to the coporate office and all they did was send my complaint to the local manager. Bottom line, I don't fault the kids working there, it's the owner and managers fault for letting such a prime brand and location falter to the worst!!!! This place sucks! i do not recommend this place at all. they got my order wrong twice, the lady in the drive thru taking orders was extremely rude, laughing like something was funny, after they got my order wrong the first time i told them the second time the right order and they still managed to mess up, not sure how that happens . on top of getting my order wrong, twice, my food was cold & stale . everytime i come here, which has been a total of 4 times & today was the last, they mess my order up and piss me off somehow. highly don't recommend what so ever. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I visited this location on 1/25/21. I pulled into the 2nd lane to place my order and sat there thru 2 cars being serviced in the first lane. Finally someone took my order and told me to pull to the right. I'm in the lane to the right behind another car. 5 min later another car pulled in behind me. We all sat there for 15min and no one came out to take our money or bring food. So the gentleman behind me gets out of his car and walks to the window like what's going on. We should have gotten our food already. They yelled to him that someone would be with us shortly. Another 10min passed and no one came out. Mind you 6 cars have come and gone thru the other lane. So I get out of my car and walk over to the door. I ask the young lady who came out if I needed to go inside to get my food faster than what was going on out here. She replied well you pulled into the wrong lane so that's not our fault. At this point there are 3 other cars sitting behind me. All of which are standing outside of their cars trying to find out what is going on. A manager comes outside and asks how she can help me. I told here that I just wanted my food and I understand they are having communication issues inside but don't leave us out here waiting. She took my money and I told her what my order was. 10min later still no food and another manager comes outside and is yelling at me telling me that standing on the side of the building was a hazard and that I needed to get back in my car. I was like I just want my food the other lady has already taken my money and that was 10min ago. I just want my food. She said she didn't car and starting yelling it's a hazard to stand on the side of the building. So my friend comes over to ask what's going on and the manager starts yelling this is a hazard go back to your car or I'm calling the police. Mind you we aren't the only ones on the side of the building, but we are the only African Americans. So I asked for a refund cause I was tired of waiting. 30-40min of waiting and no food. I'm not waiting any longer. So the first manager finally comes out with the money, and it was short $10. We finally get all of our money back and the manager doing all of the yelling says we are still calling the police on y'all and have a blessed day. I drive a cross the street to Chick-fil-A to get food and Anna PD waits until we came out of the drive thru to stop us and gave us trespassing citations even though we were no longer on Chick-fil-A property. No one else standing on the side of the establishment was banned but us. This location definitely needs to be closed for training because all of that could have been avoided. I wasn't loud or belligerent, but was met by a manager who was yelling, and acting crazy, but the cops were called on me. I was just trying to get my children something to eat. Now get this, they told the police that I tried to force my way inside and that my friend raised her dress and showed her butt. Which never happened. Avoid this location at all costs. Management has bad attitudes and they have no clue what they are doing. read more

We have never had cold or bad tasting burgers. We go to the drive-thru here in Anna once or twice a week. We have done this since the opening of our Whataburger. We love Whataburger. The longest we have ever had to wait in line is 15 minutes, and we knew it would be longer because of the massive number of people already lined up there. There are a few complainers in this city, and they will always find something to complain about whether it is at Whataburger or any other restaurant in town. Then they try to outdo each other and exaggerate their experiences. We have seen this in this community time and time again. They just like to gripe. When we order, mine is always a custom order, because I am gluten-free. Every single time we pick up our order for burgers it is accurate.We have never had cold or bad tasting burgers. We have never experienced cold burgers or fries. We enjoy being able to order a malted, versus a shake. I think most of the problems some people experience at Whataburger is due to the fact that in this town people gossip and love to criticize so the employee turnover is way too high, resulting in a problem keeping staff that don't have enough training. I think there could be a better choice in a manager, Because this one has not handled the complaints very well and has not protected their employees' reputations. Quite frankly with all of the gripers in this town, who also diss and make fun of and criticize these poor little teen-aged employees, publicly, who would want to work there just to be griped about? Thus the primary reason for any help that isn't the most efficient is because of all these gripers gripers. We usually do not visit Whataburger at Peak hours. We have a different schedule. We like the Whataburger, we are glad it is here, and wish people would quit griping about it. The food is excellent, always as ordered, always fresh and never cold .... every single time we've been there since it opened. Thank you for opening a Whataburger in Anna Texas. read more
