I really hate to leave a review bc of my name but I Fr lost my shit today, came to the drive through and normally you have complaints about night shift but not this time ordering at 5:40 pm and this lady with the worst attitude starts taking our order no biggie we trying to work with her despite her, having a language barrier. No shame in that props to her. But is the attitude that got me made us repeat our order 4 times and she still wasn't understanding or maybe not wanting to listen to us. Still tried to keep my cool she kept on giving attitude back after I asked her to repeat that's when I started talking to her like she was dumb cause I can only take so much at this point, never did repeat my order asked somebody else to repeat it for us I feel like she should maybe choose a different line of work if she doesn't want to take customer orders and gets annoyed from the moment she greets you. -5 stars for this experience read more

Ordered online and it was HORRIBLE! Fries were seriously uncooked I asked for jalapeño ranch on my avocado burger the bacon in it was UNCOOKED they forgot to give me a whole Meal I ordered. Whataburger we need to talk. More than 24 minutes for three hamburgers is inexcusable no matter how busy you are. We came to this location on our way back to Dallas after a Texas Rangers game and the unthinkable happened; it literally took almost 26 minutes to get three hamburgers. That's right three hamburgers. How do I know this? Well my receipt is time-stamped. After 15 minutes I asked for a manager who came out a few minutes later and couldn't believe how long it took. She said that she would be back out in two minutes with my hamburger and 10 minutes later she showed up. In their defense it was crowded, but no more crowded than any other fast food restaurant is on a normal day. And why do we call Whataburger fast food? Because you get your food fast. Not more than 25 minutes for a hamburger. What makes it worse? It was 11 p.m. and my two young nephews are in the car waiting for their hamburger. Worst experience ever. Poor service and poor management! Ordered 2 meals and almost got charged for 3 if I didn't correct the cashier, waited over 30 minutes until I received my order. Apparently my order was lost and when asked for an update, one of the employees attempted to locate it then disappeared when she realized it wasn't on their board to prepare? Addressed it to a second employee and she reported that it will have to be remade and will take a few minutes. Within that 10 minutes, a minimum of 3 orders were sent out to other customers. Finally received my "ready made #1s" with cold cheese and fries. Management needs to step in and do a better job of training employees to perform their roles and make employees accountable for their Actions. It appears it's a busy location so there needs to also be coaching on organization and efficiency in service. read more

I work for a delivery service. I noticed that my order is always last or almost last to be given. I am also a customer and working delivery is a different perspective of how many restaurants view us. I heard an employee say something negative about a certain delivery service and that I was part of that service. The food that a customer orders is an extension of the delivery service and there shouldn't be a delay. Sadly, this place must have negative views about delivery service people. At this point it has to be a failure by management to help these workers out at this location. The double lines are always packed back to the road with restaurant wait times to get food in drive thru. And since they are always swamped like that you can guarantee that your order is messed up. I will never visit Whataburger again. This location was swarming with LARGE Texas crickets on my visit in September. Inside the restaurant! Is that a health violation? The floor in the entrance was soaking wet, beyond what the entry mat could hold. No wet floor sign. As I walked in trying to avoid the DOZENS of bugs, I slipped and fractured my ankle. Whataburger accepted NO responsibility for any of this. I believe keeping a clean, dry, and insect free restaurant is their responsibility. Which this location is not. Horrified!! I ordered a bacon cheese burger on Friday, August 30 and not only was the burger inedible, it was COLD. The slice of cheese was not even melted and the bun looked like it had been smashed at the bottom of a garbage can. I took one bite and the taste was beyond horrible, I spit it out. The bacon tasted rancid. I will NEVER purchase another piece of food from Whataburger and will make sure I reveal my horrible meal to all my students...you have no right to sell a product that is so poorly cooked and prepared. This location off of cockrell hill road is one of the two worst locations I have ever been to. The first time I came here I ordered a simple #20 for breakfast and after I waited 20 minutes I went up to the counter to find out that my food was sitting on a tray ready to go but no one ever brought it out. I decided to give this location another try so here I am writing this review eating my breakfast at whataburger after a 15 minute wait for my food. I have been to many whataburger locations in my life and I know what a well-managed one looks like and how quick they operate, and this is not one of them. read more

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger. I'm a bred Texan and love whataburger but something needs to seriously be done about the people that work here.
