First time at the elusive (none in South Florida) Whataburger. I ordered a Pico de Gallo burger. It was good but the bun was smushed, causing the sauce to leak all around it. This Whataburger is a GREAT location! We stopped on our way to Dothan and it is right off I10 so it makes it very convenient to get off and on in a hurry! While traveling in October 2021 we stopped at this Whataburger and went through the drive through which took forever purchased our food and left. While driving on the interstate we pulled out our food and my wife took a bite from her HBBQ Chicken Strip sandwich and it was terrible. I contacted Whataburger after we arrived home and they kept telling me that they would send this to escalations/upper management here we are 4 months later (Feb 2022) and still trying to get this resolved and still nothing. This is a good place to stop to grab something quick to eat.... The food here is always hot, fresh and great tasting... The service is well above average in comparison to other fast food joints... The restaurant and restrooms are kept clean which is good, since most fast food places lack cleanliness.... This Whataburger is worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

Food was good and service from the counter was amazing however I have noticed a few problems that need attention from management. I have seen countless times when a walk-out and kitchen lady has exited the kitchen, grabbed trays or even opened doors and went outside all while wearing gloves. I have not seen or noticed a single glove change or sanitzation of her hands or gloves. She goes into the kitchen prepares food and then touches every surface in the restaurant. According to cdc and fda guidelines gloves in a kitchen or restaurant should be changed after your hands leave or touch another station. Her actions can cause several cross contamination issues especially if she has ever touched anything raw before preparing food. I have been educated and taught proper cleanliness in a restaurant and if I am seeing this improper sanitization i can only imagine what goes on behind the counter. The fries were cold but I don't blame them. They were also a little pale. I have not eaten at a Whataburger in a while but pale fries are usually a sign of a basket being pulled early which could cause a number of safety hazards. read more

Absolutely no service . I sat at the window for 45 minutes, and got absolutely no help. I proceeded to knock on the window and rev my car just in case he didn't know we were there. Mind you there is an entire line of people in the drive through and he had cones in front of the drive through screen. Cheeseburger was large and tasty! The bun is so soft like a good dinner roll! It's just plain good! Onion rings a little greasy but the ketchup is like non i have ever had its a rich sweet tangy flavor! It all just hit the spot!
