Every table was dirty, most of the trash bins were overflowing, one of the bathroom stalls in the women's restroom had no lights and was very dark while the other stall had a long streak of dry blood going down the toilet, and bathroom trash was overflowing. You have to yell into the speaker for them to hear you. Wait time is 30 minutes no matter what. And even when they repeat back your order right and you double check at the window they still seem to get it wrong. I could go to a place like Red Robin, get a better burger in less time and only pay a couple more dollars. My experience with this whataburger hasn't been the same for other people on this app, that being said I gave four stars because even though it's not every time this place can be a little slow. I have contacted manager twice, once through email and once through calling. in which she responded with offering a free meal next time which I never received. and this time? they wanted me to drive up there to grab what I'm missing. but I can't because my children are sleeping. they consistently mess my food up and always leave something out. I am a stay at home mom and occasionally order delivery. every single time they forget the essentials. This location is going through some "learning curves" I should say to put nicely. Very long wait times in the drive thru. The young kids running back and forth out of the restaurant trying to get the correct order to two drive thru lanes... They are trying, but in the meantime the customers are the ones who are paying for it. Paying for it by (1) with their money, and (2) by getting home several miles away only to find out the order isn't even correct. I've been back a few times during the late night/early morning to find this location is a pretty big hangout for the local high school crowd. Both in the parking lot, and inside. The food is typically right. However, my dad did get a burger from here once and they didn't even place a patty on it. It was annoying but funny and they resolved it quickly. I don't like the drive through. If it's busy you can get stuck here with no way out which is really bad if you have to be somewhere. Overall, my experience here is usually a good one. read more

Forget the food, the manager at 8:30 pm (4/28/2021) of this place is extremely rude and actually pretty cruel. My family of 3 (Mom, Dad, 6 yr. old child) were inside ordering and a tornado warning alarm goes off. At 1st, they locked the doors and we were all going into bathrooms. Then the manager yells for them to get the customers (us) out and to lock the doors. So with my terrified 6 year old crying, we are ushered out and had the doors locked behind us. Seriously? I understand liabilities and such, but to have us in there and lock the doors only to then have some manager say to kick us out, as the tornado warning is blaring is just cruel. I love whataburger because they always do an excellent job on freshness, always hot and great quality. I was very disappointed not only in how long the wait was tonight but that I ordered a large onion ring and basically got a medium in a large container. I've been to A LOT, I mean a lot of different Whataburgers. For starters, this is by far the cleanest, easiest on the eyes I've been to. The fries were hot, not too over done, not undercooked- just perfect. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and it was one of the best I've ever had, fast food or not. Our strawberry shake was the perfect consistency. Our food came out quickly, but not too quick. They definitely made it fresh. The gentlemen working tonight are both sweet and welcoming. I've been to this Whataburger during the day and it was what I'd expect. But tonight on my way home at around 10:30 I picked up some fries as a snack and they were horrible. They tasted like they were fried over 3 hours ago, they had that taste fries get if you try to microwave leftover fries. I was too tired to make a fuss but I was not happy. We decided to dine in for this visit. The staff we encountered seemed very unorganized and slow. While there it took multiple groups of people a long time to get their orders. Based off the previous reviews it seems like no matter if you are dining inside or going through drive through it will be slow. My burger tasted good even though it looked bad. Ordered just a burger and two taquitos at 1033, didnt get food until about 1055, meanwhile everyone behind us (about 5 or 6 customers) all got their food. A whole family got theirs before us. I've been to this Whataburger 5 times and the drive thru is always slow but this last time was unacceptable for a "fast food" restaurant. There was no line in the second lane at 5:30pm but when I got to the window I waited for 30 MINUTES!!! The attendant came the first time and asked what my order was because they couldn't find it. She took payment from all 4 cars behind me and now they had to wait for me to get my order. She came out again to ask me my order and said it was ready and would take payment when she came back...she came back 20 minutes later. I got home and my fries were missing and my dry hamburger had pickles on it. I ordered 4 burgers and ALL of them were over salted...we couldn't even finish them they were so salty.
