This Whataburger hits the spot every time--because let's be honest, nothing beats a late-night Patty Melt. But the real MVP? Manager Hector (I think that was his name) who's always serving up positivity with every order. Whether you're there for breakfast taquitos or a midnight shake, they make sure your experience is as legendary as the spicy ketchup. Five stars, easy--because at this Whataburger, smiles are always on the menu!"

This location opened several month ago and first time in was today about 2PM. Haven't eaten at a Whataburger in years. Last time was in Texas many moons ago! There motto is: Since 1950, we've proudly served a bigger, better burger. This is somewhat fact. Seems to be the biggest burger of any other fast food chain I've experienced. Better? That all depends on the diner. Order at the counter & you're given a number. When your food is ready they bring it to your table. My friend ordered their green chili burger and swears by it! She lived in New Mexico & this was the most popular burger on their menu there. She got that & I got the double. My meal arrived fairly quickly and I was offered numerous sauces by the staffer that carried a tray which consisted of: fancy ketchup, spicy ketchup, picante sauce, salsa verde, buffalo, creamy pepper & honey BBQ. I just simple went with ketchup. My friends meal unfortunately took a little longer as she had some "to go" items in her order as well. They never called her number or delivered it to the table until we flagged someone down?! With that delay, they did make up for it by giving us a sample of their banana cream pie shakes after our meal. That was really yummy. Not to sweet, not over powering with the banana flavor & just a fun treat to finish our experience. Service and staff were very friendly & the store was impeccably clean. Each and every Whataburger meal is a made on request. They use 100% pure, never-frozen beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. They're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Currently, the company has more than 890 Whataburgers across the country. They plan to build a few more locations here in the Gilbert area and around the Valley. Go check them out if you haven't already! It's a great fresh quality meal and at a fare affordable price.

Me and my family came here for a quick lunch stop after getting our nails done. The location was semi busy but the line moved really fast. The staff was really nice and joked around with us as we ordered. The food came out relatively quick. Everything was made accurately and seemed to be fresh. It should be noted you have to pay extra for certain sauces such as ranch. Everything tasted fresh. My burger personally had too much mustard but was still satisfying when being hungry. However, my tia (aunt) did find a hair imbedded in her cheese with her burger. The manager did not offer a refund but had asked if we wanted a cinnamon roll. We pushed for a refund where they had instead suggested a cookie. Eventually we did get a refund for her card. They did not accommodate with a dessert after we got a refund. Overall the place wasn't horrible. It seemed clean enough and you can tell it is a newer building. The only disappointment was how much they tried not to give us our money back after finding the hair.

Last time I was here, it was genuinely gross inside, all the tables were dirty and it wasn't even that just so it was weird the staff wasn't cleaning anything. There was a giant soda spill on the floor (from some highschoolers) that we informed the staff about and it took them 10 minutes to clean it.... Someone very easily could've slipped on it and got a million dollar settlement. But the fact the staff was informed and it took 10 minutes to clean it was crazy. I'm regretting not adding the jalapeños to it. They had this lemon cake milkshake that is absolutely delicious. There's actual cake in that that shake! I noticed that they offer catering too. The first thing to know is that this isn't necessarily a cheap lunch spot, especially if you're paying full price. I'd definitely recommend downloading the app and joining the rewards program before you go, as it can help offset some of the cost. We spent about $130 to feed our family of seven plus Grandma, which I felt was reasonable for the quality of the food and the overall experience. I ordered the Double Bacon ShackBurger, and it was excellent. I'm a big fan of smash-style burgers, and this one delivered with juicy beef, crispy edges, and perfectly cooked bacon. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. Personally, it wasn't my favorite because I felt it was seasoned a little heavily with black pepper, but that's just my personal preference rather than a knock on the sandwich itself. The kids enjoyed a mix of burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, and onion rings, and everyone was happy with what they ordered. We cleaned our trays completely, which is saying something when you're feeding a family our size! Overall, Shake Shack exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everyone found something they enjoyed. While it isn't the cheapest lunch option, the quality made it worth it, and I'd definitely recommend using the app and rewards program to get the best value. We'll definitely be back!

My chicken sandwich was good. We didn't like the onion rings very much. You get 4 large onion rings. The batter is thin. However, it was falling off the onion ring. The reason for only 4 stars is due to the price of the chicken sandwich. It was almost $17 for the sandwich alone. Plus a charge for the onion rings & an additional charge for the iced tea. The legendary…read moreAnthony Bourdain, who had a disdain for chain restaurants, said Jollibee was the exception. This Filipino fried chicken fast food joint has definitely earned my affection too. I visited their only location in the Phoenix metropolitan area for dinner on a weekday. Located in Chandler, parking won't be tough in the large complimentary lot surrounding the restaurant. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean it's a fast food joint so you don't really go there for ambiance. It's similar in this way to other fast food restaurants we've all been to. When it comes to a fast casual restaurant, I mostly care about cleanliness. This is done at a high level there. I snagged a booth that was a bit dirty. A worker cleaned off my table without me asking soon after I started hovering around the table. Well done. Service (4.5/5): You can either place your order at the counter if you're paying cash or use your card at one of the self-service kiosks. I used the latter option. What's nice about it is that it's easy to customize your order. The kiosk was easy to use and I got my food within a reasonable amount of time (even with the restaurant close to capacity while we were there). Drinks (4/5): At fast food joints, you're expecting your typical soft drinks. Jollibee has that, but they also offer more. Which is a nice touch. I had a pineapple refresher. Pineapple is my favorite fruit so I couldn't say no. While a bit pricey, it was good. Food (4.5/5): Now, for the good stuff. Jollibee is known for a couple of things. First and foremost, their fried chicken. I've had my fair share and the chicken here is quality. When you think of fried chicken, you want a flavorful crispy exterior with a juicy interior. Mission accomplished. The crispiness is at a high level. We shared a six piece chicken joy bucket so you get all the different parts e.g. drumstick, breast, etc. and they all delivered. Another thing Jollibee is know for is their spaghetti. Yep, you read that right. Spaghet' at a fast food restaurant. And this isn't your mom's spaghetti. Instead of marinara sauce, as is popular in The Philippines, they use banana ketchup. Throw in some cheese and some sausage and there's your side dish. It's going to shock you at first as it's sweeter than what you're used to but it's pretty good. A better side than rice (even the adobo rice) or fries in my opinion. O and I forgot to mention, you're given gravy with your fried chicken. Dunk that thing in there. It makes it even better. You're probably already full by reading this but finish things off with a peach mango pie. They look like McDonald's apple pies but they are significantly better. Trust me. While the menu has a lot more than what I just covered, these are the dishes Jollibee is known for. It's a good starting point, especially if it's your first time. Pretty much anything Anthony Bourdain said was accurate. His thoughts on Jollibee included.

It was a 20 minute wait for the spicy flavor which is crazy because they should've had this ready for the dinner rush on a Friday 6pm. The sides were okay, could've been better for the price ($4.95/each). The mac and cheese was not warm, and also came in a smaller container than the spaghetti. The biggest disappointment was the bucket only came with 10 pieces, even though I ordered 12 pieces. The chicken was good and came with gravy, but to pay $30 and be shorted is not okay.
