Stopped here on Labor Day and self treat. My special order on the spicy chicken sandwich was made fresh and hot along with the delicious fries! Ambiance clean and amazing! Service by MOD Jordan and Cashier Asmita was extremely courteous and very friendly! Also to ALWAYS see a scripture at the cash register makes me feel amazing to be dining in an establishment where they openly acknowledge Jesus our Lord and His word! Will be back on my next treat meal! Bravo Zulu Whataburger on Chastain!

WHAT A BREAKFAST AT WHATABURGER | we made the drive up to Whataburger Sunday morning several months after it first opened to avoid the lines. I've had Whataburger a few times before but never for breakfast - and I'd heard good things about the honey butter chicken biscuit. The Kennesaw location is huge and modern - we just got our food to go. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit meal - which was definitely a heavy breakfast but pretty tasty. Worth the hype? Maybe not. I got it with hash brown sticks, which ended up being my favorite part of the meal. Perfectly hot and crispy. The taquito with cheese was more basic (I didn't even get a photo) but hit the spot. We also decided to try the cinnamon roll, as well, although it turned out to be a bit doughy and slightly undercooked. Overall, if I'm ever en route again, I may stop by - but may skip the cinnamon roll next time.

I waited 17 min and my food wasn't ready This is unacceptable -the. The order was wrong Worker had an attitude. I was like Girl do better please-don't blame me your slow...... I took whatever it was and left. It's the simple stuff that's a challenge for people Do better! Stop putting these children to work without providing them with skills to work professionally. It's not their fault but these business owners* are so greedy they don't care anymore And we love some whataburger. In Dallas, we go late at night and everyone is pleasant & the food is hottttt! Owners get up and go work your businesses fore you're out of business (eye roll)

In on a Friday night 1030 and able to order quickly, friendly helpful staff. Order was out timely and was nice and hot. Lobby was clean - tables were clean as we ate in, and place looked new.

I had never had Whataburger. Was in town and there was one by hotel. The burger was good and decent size. It had onion, pickles and mustard. Very satisfying

The first Whataburger I went to was in Texas a few years back and enjoyed both burgers and breakfast items there. I first tried this location in February 2023 after an event let out nearby. The two separate lines were wrapped around the building, but didn't move as slowly as you would think, which was good. At the time I got a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger meal with a half unsweetened tea and lemonade and onion rings on the side. The burger was pretty good! Very Juicy and they give thick patties. My favorite of the night was the onion rings as I really like the kind of batter they use. My most recent experience here was after a medical procedure in the area. I figured I would stop by for breakfast this time. I got the biscuit and gravy, breakfast "taquito" with bacon, and side hash browns/ onion rings. The gravy was tasty but the biscuit was dry AF like it had sat out all night or been under the warmer too long unfortunately. The breakfast burrito, or taquito as they call it, was decent. It had a lot of egg in it which was nice but they don't give sauce automatically like McDonald's. You need to ask for Picante, which I did, and Whataburger charges extra if you want other "premium" sauces for your fries or onion rings. I like the creamy pepper sauce, and it is a big cup, but it's like an extra 42 or 45 cents just to have it. The hash brown sticks were okay, though I prefer Dunkin/McDs/Burger King for those. Overall, I left with the onion rings being my favorite item again. At least it wasn't busy at all on a Sunday morning. I was the only car. I would probably try other items at the Snellville location as it's closer to me. Not a bad location though if you want to stop by. I'm glad I've come here twice instead of the other Kennesaw location which doesn't seem to have as high ratings.

Whataburger has one of the stickiest floors of all time. The service is okay but you ask a robot to take your order! the burgers are flat and small. Over all it is pretty comfy and cozy.

Have been waiting to try their sandwiches but I could have waited longer. Now I know how they taste, and I'm not going to be hurrying back any time soon. Was so excited to have my grilled chicken on a brioche bun. Well, the bun tasted good but it was flat and soggy. Lettuce was wilted and I had to remove it from the bun. My piece of grilled chicken was big, juicy and tasty. However, my husband's fried chicken patty was a tasteless, commercial piece of breaded bird on a bun. Then we decided to split a hamburger to see what the fuss was all about. It was OK, nothing special. The special sauce was good. I'm not big on milkshakes but I wanted to try the raspberry white chocolate shake. Not for me! It was too sweet and still not enough taste to it. Hey, but it was very large shake! They bring your order to the table and serve condiments from a tray. Person delivering your food was helpful, but the cashier was not really friendly. This is a huge operation. Kitchen looked like a production line. Employees were wearing plastic gloves, so they are taking the food service regulations seriously. Ambiance was blunt and kind of cold. Nice thing is that they are open 24 hours in case you are hungry at night.

This was my first time visiting the Whataburger in Kennesaw. Based upon the long wait times mentioned in other reviews, I decided to try their drive-thru. Their drive-through has two lanes similar to some of the newer Chick-fil-A restaurants. However, they haven't quite reach the operational efficiency of Chick-fil-A. When I pulled up to the menu board, there was an associate standing outside, ready to take my order. Initially she appeared to be talking on her cell phone or communicating with someone inside the restaurant. After she finished, she welcome me and gave me a friendly greeting. I decided to try their bacon and cheese Whataburger with fries and a drink. The fries were served hot and well salted. The burger tasted good and somewhat unique with only mustard, no ketchup or mayo, and the melted cheese was placed under the burger, instead of traditionally on top. As soon as I had finished, placing my order and pulled forward to wait, someone brought the beverage to my car. I then had to wait a little too long to get my food. Overall, the staff is relatively friendly, and the food tastes good. I would consider returning the next time I'm in the Kennesaw area; however, I wouldn't go out of my way to get one of their burgers. Being from California, it doesn't quite compare to the In-N-Out double double cheeseburger. Cheers

Late Night Nosh Making the trek to this sole location in Kennesaw, was a long time coming. I'd been hesitant because of the consistent complaints of long lines and service, but but gave it a shot - during night owl hours. Even at 1:30am on a Friday morning, both drive thru lanes were a bit stagnant. Opting to venture inside - now that it is open to the public - ordering was relative smooth. Receiving your order - it's rather unorganized and slow, even with a sizable crew. But as a longtime fan, while living in Florida, some things you just know are worth the wait... & the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit did not disappoint! It was just as tasty, as always, which speaks to the chain's efforts to maintain quality and taste. While I will say that they've still got work to do to streamline and improve service, it's good to know that Whataburger's food still hits the spot.

The food is just average. Nothing special. You only get one sauce with the 3 strips. The fries are nothing special. And the service was below average. Wouldn't come back to this location.

When I found the back of the line I was on Townpark Ln. near Zaxby's.

It's located in a shopping center (there's a racetrac sharing the area as well) but it's easy to find with the standout signage. We could tell from the parking lot that it wasn't super busy and once we walked in, we were greeted and taken to our table. The waiting area has all sorts of license plates, merch, an area for local businesses to leave cards and kinda gives you a colorful glimpse into the restaurant itself. We were seated in the Front Yard and my kiddos immediately fell in love with the vibrant colors of the decor, the bus that they could see which is located behind the bar area, and they each got a pack of wikki stixs that kept them occupied throughout our time at the table. The decor makes the space super fun, there are plenty do tvs around, and this was just a really family friendly place. Our waiter was attentive and took great care of us. While I was stuck between getting the MMY Patty Melt, I decided to go with the Totally Tubular Turkey Club. My husband got the Buckin' Buffalo, one kiddo opted for a cheeseburger and the other kiddo wanted chicken tenders. It took about 15 mins for the food to come and when it did it looked sooooo delicious. My club was fresh and tasted really good. Bacon, turkey, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato and I guess their house sauce all on sourdough. I loved it and I opted for onion rings instead of tots or fries because I really wanted some and really enjoyed them. The onion rings were not greasy and tasty so good. Everyone enjoyed their food (the kiddos mentioned their fries being a bit salty and after I tried one I agreed) but we were near the pinball room soooo after they finished they were asking if they could go okay games. Before we left the table, I got a cookies n cream milkshake which was sooooo good and came with whipped cream, Oreo crumbles on top and gummy worms. We did visit the pinball room and the kids had a blast. Bring cash to play most of the games but it was fun to see everyone having fun playing games and enjoying their Friday night. Really enjoyed this place and want to come back to try some other items on the menu. Such a cute place!
