I got the grilled chicken sandwich (maybe that was my mistake and I should have gotten a burger) and it was very disappointing. The sandwich was just a very plain and basic grilled chicken sandwich with American cheese (honestly it tasted like Kraft sliced cheese). I asked for pepper jack cheese and they said they didn't have it. I got a side of the fried pickles which were the best part about the meal but it was mostly just breading as the pickles were so thin you could barely taste them. The ranch tasted very tangy like store bought ranch. Just overall not impressed wouldn't go back BUT I was able to get through the meal so it wasn't like so awful I couldn't eat it. It was just not worth spending my money on.

General manager Sanjuana Lopez says she will take care of issues and instead contributes to the ongoing bullying. When reported to higher up management, the owners will not do anything to get rid of this woman who is running the business into the ground. There are bugs and mold throughout the store. When advised of food issues that will make people sick (like the ice cream machine not being within a set able temperature) she says we can't afford not to sell the ice cream and to keep selling it. Sanjuana constantly breaks FLSA laws and has been advised she's broken the law. Her response was "oh I didn't know you couldn't do that, I'm just doing what my bosses told me" then she continued to do it. She will threaten to fire you if you talk about your wages even though that is very much against the law. The company that owns this Sonic (Victron Group) does not care about their employees by allowing such an unprofessional woman be in charge. Sanjuana constantly lies and bends the rules so that they benefit only her and the people whom she likes (which is mostly her day shift people). The owners have been made aware of all that's going on and refuse to reprimand or remove Sanjuana from her position. One of the higher up managers in the company even states that they do not understand why the owners won't let Sanjuana go. They are constantly losing staff due to the way Sanjuana and her gang of bullies treat people. There's a reason why in the past month you've lost almost your entire night shift. You will be underpaid and overworked here. When I asked for a raise after losing almost all our managers and having to take on extra duties (which I did not mind but wanted to be compensated correctly for) Sanjuana told me that it was not in the budget and maybe by January I could get a $0.25 raise. After telling her boss I was going to start looking for another job because I could not work under her any more, especially if I wasn't going to be compensated fairly, he gave me a raise. After he informed Sanjuana about my raise she then came to me (not knowing I had talked to her boss) and lied and said she went to him and fought for me to get that raise. Beware of this location so long as Sanjuana is in charge.
