So, I want to update you guys on this situation. I call corporate and give them all this information (receipt #, name, and number). They apologize and have the store manager call me. So, the manager calls me and apologizes and tells me to come back and they will make it right. Ok fine, I'm in the area and I stop by. Not bad.. Drive through experience. Asked for ketchup, came home with none. The drinks handed to me were over-filled and had dripped all over the outside.. And it was to the point where you had to insert the straw right away and drink at the same time so the seeping would stop.. Oh well read more

What can you say - it's Whataburger, when your craving one, you gotta have it! This is the friendliest burger place i have frequented. They don't always get it right but they make up for it with coupons, credit or a smile and a do-over. GREAT food, service and always smiling. Takes awhile to make, but hey it's fresh and HOT! Well fries were cold and the burger was wrong. This place always gets the orders wrong too. Gets old to go back to reorder your food.

So this location is new has all the nice upgraded equpment etc. However there guest service is rude. Got my order wrong and it was kids meal? had to go back no apologies.... Not even wasting my time talking about it. The Round Rock location mush better and I should have never strayed that far from home. The food is "ok" but this particular location is extremely slow. During my last visit, it took 22 minutes to receive my order after placing it (drive-thru). Parking as rather poor too, making it hard to get in and out. Also frustrating is the size of the drinks. It's always a bad experience, the food is mediocre at best, the service is so painfully slow. No salt on the fries today. The only reason I went there was because we were in a hurry and it was close. What can I say about my experience tonight. It was absolutely the WORST. I went to whataburger between the times of 5:10 am and 538:am to order a simple meal of a Honey butter chicken biscuit and a medium fry. Not only did I have to wait a really long time for so called FAST FOOD, but the male associate was SO rude when I asked for the company to to make up for my precious time that I spent their waiting. Instead of doing what it took to make a happy returning customer, he went around and taunted me, asking if I would pay his bills, or how a multi million dollar company would fire him if he tried to comp my meal for waiting an extraneous amount of time. He then told me he was the general manager, to my disappointment I felt all but defeated, since I was already waiting a really long time and he was deliberately taunting me in my face. I would like to say that employees of whataburger, that rake pride in their job should be held to a higher standard of customer service, me had being in the fast food industry knows what it's like to work in such an environment. But the way I was treated on top of an extrenious wait time, just made for the worst experience I've ever had with whataburger. Hopefully they will increase their standards to make sure their customers, The people who allow them to stay in business will actually be taken care of, instead of abused and ridiculed. Love whataburger! The food is always good and the staff is very friendly! The drive thru at this location can get slammed, but the management has proven to be willing to make it up to you if it's bad. Came here a little under a month ago and the wait was pretty long, so the manager signed our receipt for a free meal. I was happy with the idea of getting even one free meal, but when we redeemed it, they not only gave us two meals for free, but threw in free Apple pies! Great customer service! Great place and the food is always what you woudl expect. The line gets a little long during peek hours and the average age is about 14 for an employee but hey its fast food. Well it is a fast food joint so you have to expect some poor service from time to time. However here be prepared for them to screw up your order repeatedly. Customer Service Sucks! Employees were short and not really friendly. When ordering the server kept talking over the top of me. The server who took my money barely looked at me and spoke so low I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. Whoever designed the drive thru here was not very smart. Making 3 windows and 2 lanes for pickup is not going to make the service any faster. I just went there and ordered 3 milkshakes, pulled up to the window, got my stuff and was done. Or so I thought. I had to wait at least 15 minutes behind the car in front of me because they had not gotten their stuff yet from the 3rd window. I was blocked in because the car in the 2nd lane was either parked right there or had not gotten their stuff either. A three minute trip took at least 20 all together. Doesn't matter what time you come here this Whataburger has a line around the building. It takes over 10 minutes to get one car moved. They need to learn how to properly staff this location. It's Whataburger food. It's always good in my book, when these guys can actually get my order correct. A few times, I have arrived home only to find a burger missing, or someone else's burger in my bag. Either way, still, they have great service and good food. I grew up in Corpus Christi so I've been a lover of Whataburger my whole life but this location is the worst I've ever experienced. The food is fine but it does not matter if I go to the drive-thru or go in they will get *SOMETHING* wrong with the order. I'll either get a partial order (I just got home to discover a large fry order missing) or they'll mess up special order instructions. I've even had the manager take my order only to have her screw it up, ironically while she was instructing a new employee. Service was absolutely horrible at the drive thru window. After going back and forth through a speaker without a screen trying to make sure my 3 meals ordered were correct (due to allergens) the woman on the speaker accidentally left her mic on when complaining about me inside the store. Irritated already because of waiting in the line for so long I get to the window and my orders are wrong and my drink was nonexistent which the worker Stephanie said that I never ordered a drink with my meal.. all the meals were combos of course they were included. So I said I did want a drink and without her apologizing to me about it she proceeded to tell me that I need to pay for it AFTER I ALREADY DID! Even on my receipt! I did not have the time to go inside or call and speak to the manager the moment it happened. Went buy at 6:30 this morning on 6/13/12, in drive thru, one car in front of me, placed my order, pulled up to the same car that was there. They handed them a spoon so I assumed they were about to leave, I swear, 15 minutes later, the other car just left, I pulled up and told the worker, this is the longest I ever waited for a taquito, I told him if my order was not here in 30 sec, I was goin to leave, he took my money and closed the window. ALL I WANTED REALLY WAS MY DRINK!! I could see it there. He finally opened his window again with my change, I told him I had to get to work so give me my money back, he then called the manager, while I was waiting, just looking at my cold drink up there, I was thinking about getting it until I saw a HAIR on the drinking edge, the manager then gave me the wrong change, short $3 I told her I gave him $6, I gave her all the money they gave and said just give me my $6 back and they could figure it out later.
