Really bad food. Charged me for two orders. Canceled one I think. They messed up on the order and gave us the wrong one and I got the smaller burger. Mom and I both got sick from food felt off afterwards. And was cranky. Fries were cold. So far fastfood out here highly disappointed. But that's I'm realzing now from fastfood its just crap! Just drove through - wanted to leave a review as the sound quality on the speaker system is so bad they got my order wrong. When I went in to sort it out, they were very nice and fixed my order. All the food was good & fresh. And on top of that, the iced tea was clean. So many fast food restaurants have bad tea because they don't clean the containers often enough and drinks have bitter taste. The worst service ever. I constantly come here and make a special order they rarely get it correct . I usually go through the drive-through to save time that's why people go through the drive-through unfortunately they always get my order wrong whenever I'm in a hurry Today was no different so I went back into the line to tell them my order was wrong and I was ignored So I just dump the burgers that they gave me on the ground and left and I will not be back. read more

It's been a looooooong time since I've dined inside a Whataburger and it wasn't 2AM-4AM. I was really impressed by the friendly service during early dinner busy time. They brought me ketchup, checked to see how we were doing halfway through our meal, and rushed to open the door when we left. Twice I commented that it's the best service at any Whataburger I've been to yet. read more

They literally always mess up the orders just FYI if you order a custom order - yeah it'll be wrong. 2 out of 3 times. Ridiculous. Receipt is always correct so it must mean the cooks and food handlers need a lesson on reading since they can't. Go elsewhere seriously take your money and go somewhere else. Decent facility, I've always gone through the drive thru and the teenage kids that work there are very annoying. I understand that teenagers make up most of the employees at fast food facilities but my gosh, it's always at least 5 of them at the window chit chatting and laughing over my food. Besides that, the food is always hot and fresh. When they get busy on the weekends, the teenagers always seem to mess up something on my order. My husband and I love Whataburger and it's 2 mins away from our house so we will continue to come here. read more

It just took 20 mins to get through the drive-thru. The food is decent, but not worth the wait.

It is pretty good for a fast food joint like this. I go here frequently and it is good a majority of the time. They do mess up my order once in a while, but not to the point it chases me off. Food is good though, and it is a clean place. Just be prepared for Friday and Saturday nights as a lot of the local teens hang out for a while. I would recommend for a fat burger joint! read more

Had a craving for a good burger late Saturday night so came to this location close to home. Went through drive thru got to window and my order was wrong. Ok no big deal, manager looked flustered told me to pull up and wait a few minutes. She comes out no more than 5 minutes later with my food and apologizes for the mistake. She then tells me to come back anytime for a free meal! I get home to eat and there is also an apple pie, which I didn't order, in my bag. Her name was Kristin and her customer service was perfect. This Whataburger really needs help. The cashiers were very friendly. However, this place is filthy and disgusting. Floor mats were sticky and caked with old food scraps. Almost every table had been left dirty with sauce smeared all over. The smell in there was horrendous. Like mildew or mold mixed with sweat. Trash cans were overflowing, trash piled on top of the bins. Flies buzzing about. As for food, both mine and my husband's drinks were syrupy and flat. My son's milk smelled rancid, despite the expiration date (like maybe they hadn't kept it cold enough). Food was good but by that time, I was legitimately afraid to eat. Needless to say, we couldn't wait to get out for some fresh air. Step outside and what do you know, it smells horrendous out there as well. The pavement is in serious need of pressure washing. There are trails of trash juice all around the parking lot and sidewalk. We found the culprit to the overflowing trash cans inside. The store's dumpster was also overflowing...if I were manager of this restaurant, I would be incredibly embarrassed. read more

The food was good but there were errors in there servings. The service isn't the best either, but they somewhat complied with us.

Service is outstanding and friendly. Food is amazing, though some food item's are a bit over greasy, such as onion ring. The wataburger is legendary, one of few places that their food looks like their picture, not a shrieked down ugly version of it. Their sausage egg biscuit taste godly as well! read more

I frequent here quite often. The staff are very friendly and professional; food is consistent for the most part which is definitely a good sign for any franchise company. My only issue is the drive through. Despite there being 2 lanes, the right one always seems to get their order ALOT slower than the left one even if there are an equal number or more people in the left. read more

Ive been to this location multiple times but when i returned recently employee named "Bryan" made me want to return even more. He was smilingly from ear to ear he was happy to serve me and my family and offered us as much as he can. The food was great, store was clean. Loved it. I will be returning soon ! read more

Friendly staff, clean restaurant!!! Security guard a good thing to have since they open 24 hrs. Everytime i go is clean and the food is good. Usually at nights there are a lot of teenagers and you feel safe!!! Whataburger is always good read more
