I noticed this whataburger has low reviews, but I honestly found it to be good. I don't frequent fast food restaurants often, only when really needed. The front faces could have been more friendly but it's not a deal breaker. The real review for me comes in the product. My husband and I ordered a simple taquito meal and a whataburger jr meal online, we get there and let them know about the online order. The employee goes to the back and we don't see them again, 30 mins go by and we ask about our order to a different employee, he goes in the back and nothing is said to us. 30 more minutes pass and we let the manager know we've been waiting for an hour! The manager then responds with "you should've let somebody know you were in here" we said "we did". I can understand if it were due to the rush, however there were people who kept arriving after us going in and out- even inside. Now I've had my fair share of Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits from WB and this one wasn't as big or as full of chicken as I'm used to so I was a bit disappointed. Call me greedy but I was also disappointed in the fact that I only received four hash brown sticks with my order. I've never ordered the meal, usually just the sandwich, but I figured paying almost $6 would warrant me more than four sticks. I purchased two adult meals and one junior meal from this whataburger location. The junior burger meal had a long 8 in hair in it. This is absolutely disgusting! With Covid 19 going on along with other viruses. I called and asked for a manager and told her my complaint. She offer to make me another sandwich. The most ridiculous service and management I have encountered by far. I am a serviceman in this area on a 911 apparatus. We came here 2 days in a row after having no other options because we were busy all shift until late and everything had closed for the night. On 6/8/20 I am met by a manager who opens the door and sighs saying "another one" "ughhh". On 6/9/20 the employees are relaxing on the tables in the closed dining room and after waiting for a few mins we get their attention. The order process alone took 5 minutes then we waited on our food for over half an hour. This is very very poor management and the employees are definitely not being supervised nor being held accountable to do their job. This is unfortunately one of the few decent options late at night for personnel working overnight but providing terrible service will definitely cause many law enforcement individuals and 911 personnel to forego this option and make sure their colleagues know of the terrible experience. read more

Whataburger is delicious however this franchise needs to be closed. Aside from the error in making hamburgers as ordered (in accordance with the menu, no special instructions were given), more than adequate staffing (probably as many as 10 employees), not many customers (after eating here I can see why-probably 10 customers and maybe 2 or 3 cars passed through take-out while we were there) the french fries and onion rings were cool and even though we sent them back twice returned cool each time, The restroom (Men's) was dirty, it appears no one had emptied the garbage or cleaned the sink in some time. They stole my heart since I first discovered them many years ago. I like to frequent whataburger but lately my orders have been charged 3 times with gravy that I did not get with my order. The third time this happened, we drove back and asked for the gravy and we got a bag with gravy all over it and it got on my clothes while I held it, not only that but our food got cold driving back. It would be great if the cook or whoever is in charge of putting the gravy in the bag to do so for once. We also had to wait in line to get the gravy for some reason.
