One of the cleanest and nicest Whataburgers I have ever been too. Now there is nothing here that's different from any other Whataburger that I have been too. The A-1 burger is fantastic just like any of the other locations. Really miss having whataburger. I have to move back to TX. read more

Although I've eaten at this Whataburger many many times, today was a very disappointing visit. There were only two cars ahead of me, yet it took over 10 minutes for me to get to the window. At the window,the wait was even longer, and when peering inside the restaurant, the two employees were standing around. The restaurant had several patrons in there, but there was no sense of urgency. After waiting for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch! I get up to see where my order is. Being that everyone around me is receiving their meal and I'm left hungry and lunch wasted. The manager tells me they don't have grilled chicken is why I haven't received my order. I asked why no one said anything and she responds with " I didn't know you ordered chicken" So although my order is on the screen no one tried or attempted to let me know that i would not be receiving my order. If I hadn't got up to check on the status I would've been there still. The managers response " not knowing" what i order has nothing to do with why no one tried to find whos the order was. I then let them know they over charged me since I had to select something else on the menu. The manager felt the need to argue with me over less than a dollar. Didn't even apologize for their mistake . Whataburger should be ashamed to have careless employees working for them. Not one apology. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO BETTER! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. This is one of many mistakes this location. MANAGEMENT at this location is HORRIBLE. This is my favorite fast food hamburger stop. The burgers are always made fresh with the freshest ingredients. I love getting the #1 Whataburger sandwich meal on their menu. Fries, drink and burger all for a good fair price. The burgers are not small and look as if they shrunk in the wrapper. Fries vary. What is addicting is their ketchup. They have their regular ketchup and their spicy version. Both are delicious with their fries. They have a drink bar off to the side so you help yourself to your drink of choice. They also have milkshakes and breakfast items for sale, which makes Whataburger a breakfast, lunch or dinner stop. Their milkshakes to me are a little too sweet for me. I haven't tried any of their breakfast items yet. Whataburger is a staple in Texas and has its headquarters in San Antonio now. read more

I have never personally written a review for anything on yelp but this specific Whataburger has continuously been a regret. Every time I'm at this Whataburger I never get what I ask for, and I continuously tell the ladies at the window what the mistakes are. They are never helpful and every time I'm there I end up leaving with the wrong food. I think there is something that this Whataburger can't get right like the others. Wether it's the line men or the management, they can't get it right. It's about the fifth time that they got my order screwed up, that I know of in my family. Not once have I been fully satisfied, from their confusion to their customer service it's lacking. I don't recommend this Whataburger to anyone, just drive the extra few miles to the next one. It's the only way I've found that solves my issues. I am not the kind of person to yell and scream at them and I try to understand their perspective but they are continuously a disappointment. I really do try to be nice but they ignore me and when They listen they don't. The other reviews are accurate on the friendliness of some of the employees but I can't go back for just that. I usually go to eat lunch on or about 4010 West between 151 and I-10. Since I went to Ingram Mall, I decided to stop at the Whataburger. It was exactly 1210, I entered the restaurant, made my order (no one was at the counter) and I went got my drink and sat down, within 2 min I got my juicy patty melt. It was hot, tasty, and very good. Loved it. Whataburger does not compare to other burger joints at all. They are definitely number one in my burger joints. Some places, I wait, and some I don't. It was full, but I got my order right away and just they way I wanted it with grilled jalapenos. Yumm. read more

Just want to give Kudos to Jenn. When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone. No one was at the front counter. Then Jenn came in shortly after i arrived and hadnt clocked in when she greeted me clocmed in, then took my order. Thats what customer service is about. read more

Had my first whataburger this weekend while visiting family in Texas they always rave about this place so I had to try one.......well not really sure what the rave was yes the burgers are really big. But nothing different then any other burger in the taste department , since I'm a NY girl I wanted mayo on my burger apparently this is unheard of cause it took me 3 requests to get a side of it ?, the spicy ketchup was different i smuggled a few of them up north with me . But the one thing I didn't understand was when the unsweetened tea got low they poured the remaining into the sWEET??? Defending the purpose of ordering a Sweet tea!!!! Borderline rude, but the food was good. Fries were subpar but the sandwich and chocolate malt were satisfactory.

This is an above average whataburger very clean and it has responsive staff that quickly bring ya a picante if your taquito is a bit short. It's on the way home for me, so of course I'm a regular, but I can also endorse it for others. read more
