It wasn't really edible. - old timer w/cheese (medium): add an additional charge for cheese! This too came out burnt! My daughter could only eat a little as it was too charbroiled/grilled. It too was over cooked and no where near medium. - green chili burger (medium): I had high hopes of this burger as it came with cheese and their infamous New Mexico Green chili! While my patty was not burnt, it was over cooked and it had zero to no seasoning! It came with a green chili mayo which was really good but it still didn't help with the seasoning! The burgers here seem fresh and the beef seems a good quality, but I still believe it's overpriced for what you get! I also understand times are hard and our economy is struggling with prices, but then they need to find other ways to cut prices down without sacrificing quality.

Both locations are order at the counter, but they bring you your food when it's ready. The downtown location is recently under renovation, but southside, is like sitting in a hogan. Every bit as good as the tourist locations, Mante's is always good for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
